Communication from the team was terrible, confusing, incompetent and unprofessional. Terrible process, multiple emails, calls it is like everyone I spoke to had just started and were completing process for the first time. Avoid!

1. An extra charge suddenly appeared at the moment of payment, in a manner which I regard as deliberately dishonest. 2. Communication very difficult throughout process. Most of my requests were just ignored. 3. Questions to 'heretohelp@' go unanswered. 4. Waited 4 weeks for an Electrical installation certificate to be issued, and I still have no explanation of why that happened.

Actual installation of the charger was good but communications from the office were poor and suffered from "automation" errors. It was frequently difficult to contact the person responsible for my installation.

If you simply want to plug your car in and have it charge then it might work for you. If you want to use ANY of the so-call smart features like schedules that match your electricity tarrif e.g. charge overnight then you will rapidly find that the software is really really bad. Take a look at the reviews.of their 'smartcharge' app on the app stored. NOTHING WORKS, and I mean NOTHING. You might wake up to find that it couldn't be bothered to charge the car, and if you eventually manage to get a schedule to work dont even think of trying to use the 'feature' to 'charge now'.... it literally ignores you. If you call support they will take you through debugging procedures which ALWAYS involves you rebooting the unit with either a short beboot or a long reboot (leave it off for >30mins) and the support staff act as if the unit will work even though it is clear from spending a moment on the internet that EVERYONE has the same trouble because the software and communication of the unit is completely unfit for purpose. Do yourself a favour and buy another brand, that way you have a chance to get one that works.

The app and website that accompany the product are an embarassment. The website is dysfunctional, the app simply doesn't even work, and the server systems behind the whole operation seem poorly conceived - the data given by the above - when they can be made to work - is spotty.

The electrician who installed the charger was very professional, briefed me on what he was going to do and tidied up afterwards. He also gave me a briefing on how to use the charger. I charged the car for the first time last night and it worked as he advised me. The customer service is also excellent and I am very happy with the service to date

1st conversations regarding the unit etc went well, though I was charged more than originaly quoted, I dont understand just because it was a lease car, why I had to pay more for the charger. No problem with Installation and engineer was pleasant. Then it all went down hill. My charger does not log my charges and I cant schedule anything. I have rung the customer service number 3 times and still waiting for the Tech team to get back to me. The instruction manual is poor and does not tell you the correct info regarding the website you need to use. I would not recommend this company, purely on their customer service

Very efficient communication. We faced a problem after initial installation and it was remedied very quickly. Good service by phone and e mail.

The charger was fitted and repeatedly cut out having to reset. A phone call to report the fault took many minutes to be answered and took 12 minutes in total. (There should be no phone charge call the centre.) The telephone report was followed by an email received to say an engineer would visit. The appointment was 10 days after the fault was reported. The engineer fitted an earth rod 13.8.20 and charger is now working correctly. The service & work by Joe the engineer was very good. was very good

There was some delay in installing the Chargemaster, but this was largely caused by the Pandemic. On the day the installer was on time and very efficient and explained everything clearly.

Neat unit, installed simply and easily. It is an absolute doddle to use..plug in, switch on and wait for the car to charge. It has been utterly reliable. A great little device!

The installation was fine and the unit works so far. The charhemaster app is not very accurate though on the history. Two instances now I have charged all night and all it shows is a few minutes and less than a £1 charged. Needs sorting as I need the history to work out my expenses for work/taxman.
