Very happy with everything except the wait time for the installation. The engineer who fitted the charger was most pleasant, courteous and efficient. The telephone and email contacts were conducted professionally.

The whole installation process went smoothly, although the time taken to gather the required information was rather long, so I had the car for a few weeks with only a 13 amp supply.

The application process was fine, quite a few forms to be completed and evidence to be provided albeit I guess this is driven by government requirements for the grants. The installer (Leon) was fantastic. He did everything he could to avoid having to put wiring through the house and managed to wire the unit straight into the exterior meter board saving messy wiring and holes in walls. A very neat job so very grateful to Leon.

Some Challenges initially getting info on charger and installation. Installation engineer great, but now where in technical info for customers was it mentioned about earth grounding rods and how it would eventually look! Engineer did best in difficult circumstances. Charging point works well though. After installation, difficulties trying to find how to register charger for data viewing - no info or contact to help.

Gentleman was lovely, attended property for a long time to install, was organised, cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Charger looks great and a really neat job.

The level of workmanship and care shown by the technician was very good indeed. He took time ensure a neat installation, one that met the latest electrical requirements with regards to earthing which has changed since our home was rewired.

Mr Neil Emmons came to install the equipment at pm. He was very pleasant, professional and committed person. He did an excellent job. With my experience with Chargemaster I found all th advisers very helpful. Khadiza and Donna were very professional on the phone.

The agent who was overseeing the work left the company. I was not told so there was a long delay in getting g the work done. The replacement had to get up to speed and did ok. The electrician who did the work was great. However, more than two weeks after work completed I still don’t have all the required paperwork so that I can claim back part of the cost via grant. Individuals seem pleasant but procedures need reviewing. Also, have tried to set up instant polar account. Tricky. No real support. Not yet activated though monies shown as “pending” on my credit card.
