Staff very unhelpful. Engineer in to much of a rush to finish. Lead not long enough and no explanation of operation of power unit

Initially I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for installation, actually took over 9 weeks. I had to chase for all information, was told I would get call backs but rarely happened. Just very poor service throughout.

Great service and product. Contacted a day before installation to state time when the installer would arrive. Installer arrived on time and job was done to a high standard. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service. My experience with BPC was superb; always got through on the phone quickly and usually to my named point of contact. If not, another agent was familiar with progress and able to help with my query, very knowledgeably. Installation Engineer was punctual, friendly and did a great job of mounting the charge point. Well done BPC - other organisations could learn a lot from you!

Waited in for 8 hours for a confirmed appointment, for which it somehow took 2 hours for the Chargemaster 'homecharge' team to finally tell me if was not actually scheduled after all (despite the confirming on the morning) because they gave the job to a sub contractor...! What really annoyed me was that Jamie Ruocco - the same person who confirmed the appointment by email - had said it was my fault because I did not confirm with the subcontractor!! We'd had absolutely no contact from anyone about the installation other than the installation confirmation from Jamie. Subsequently, the offer of compensation (6 months free use of Chargemaster stations) has yet to materialise....I just wonder if they were also unable to project manage that too. The engineer on the job was very good but let down by lack of project management.

We haven’t used it yet, as car still awaited! However, we don’t yet know how to use the App to get electrical recharges on the road, at other stations!! Is there a code or special system we need to log into?

Arrived on time, following a phone call indicating time of arrival. Explained what he was doing and why after a full consultation. Carried out an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Explained what he had done and then showed how it worked, giving me the keys to the unit and left. Total time on site just over 4 hours.

Installer did a good job - was on time, friendly and made good suggestions on how best to ensure it looked good (minimising visibility of power cable).
