Terrible company to deal with, they let you wait on the phone hours the airline cancelled and they don’t want you to get refund even you paid for cancellation fee terrible customer service not helpful at all

Aero mexico canceled my flight and has been more than 1 month no refund. The credit card company charged me interest .The customer service is not helpful,

I don't recommend this airline because they posted a good deal. A month later or so, you receive an email that the flight is no longer available, and after you book, they give you an option to cancel the flight and confirm the flight is not available. It's very frustrating, and they didn't give the exact amount that they charged you. 😕 Long story, but honesty, this is not supposed to do, and for me, this is abusing hundreds of people trying to save money and not having enough cash, and then they taking the rest of your money. This is sane !!

Wow!!! This company should be shut down by the government, and the CEO and Top Employees should be prosecuted for theft and so many other crimes. Total Scam. Violations, Added Fees, Employees trained to take every dollar you have available and then lock you into a deal that cannot be changed without thousands of dollars of fees. Foreign call center with who follow a script. Do not fall VICTIM to this company... Again the GOVENMENT or FBI needs to shut this company down. Use at your own risk. Total Fraud taking place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a ticket from them, paid and received the confirmation email and after 7mn they called me asking questions about y i didn't pay for carry-on, nicely told them no thx and there were very persistent. After the phone call my flight got canceled and they refused to help when i called them back abt what happened. Now thought that was my bad luck until my cousins and my 3 sisters experienced the same problem still with cheapoair after declining paying for carry-on. Worst Agency ever bad customer service extre rude hang-up on my face 3 times. That picture evidence down below was received exactly 10mn after that phone call and it happened to the 6 of us buying separately 4 of us with different last names.

We traveled JFK to London for a cruise. Flight outbound no problem. Two days before our return flight while on the ship we got an email that our return flight was canceled. Called Cheapo who informed us that every flight on our return date was full and they could not book anything until the next day or even 2 days later. When I told them that it was impossible there was no flights they argued and argued and argued. We hung up and called our carrier Virgin Atlantic who informed us that our flight was never canceled but only the departure time was changed. They also informed us that not only was the flight available there were plenty of seats on that flight and 7 other flights that day. With that info we called Cheapo back and they continued to lie to us and said there was no flights available. I actually have a flight lined up on my phone on the original flight as they were telling me no. I then asked to do a 3 way call with Virgin who continued to support cheapo position that there were no seats available. When I asked the Gent with a very poor English accent he would neither give his last name or employee number saying that it was none of our business who he was. Talk about dishonest business. Actually having someone impersonate another companies employee is a step to far. They ended up getting us on a flight with a stop over for 3 hours in Paris and bringing us home much later then planned. The reason they were resistant is the price they had to pay for the seats that were available. However if they didn't sell our original seats to begin with they would not have the problem to deal with. I'm not sure what to do or who to call but I don't want them to get away with this. We certainly wouldn't let them ruin our vacation but it was very stressful and very very very bad business.

Booked a flight to Rome, Italy and arrival date was changed twice one month AFTER I paid. Hotel and tours had been booked and Cheapoair was useless in resolving the problems. Numerous online chats and four telephone calls today to the Cheapoair Indian call center. I was given contradictory info from everyone I talked to. On hold for over 2-hours total(one was 43 minutes)and each call was ultimately disconnected. Everyone I talked wanted to pass be on to yet another department (cancellation dept, exchange team, etc) that seemingly did not exist. I wasted over 5-hours today contacting these idiots to no avail. Don't waste your time with this business!

When booking my flight the website asked me if I would accept alternate date, I select yes after my booking instead of sending me a booking confirmation I received an email the next day stating that I have two bookings and there is no problem they will keep the two bookings. I sent an email to them notifying them that I booked for one booking and I only need one. I called them right away after my email and I was told funny stories They kept putting me on hold and the line kept dropping. They said they will contact the airline and called me back they never did. Today I called again an I was told that I have to cancel today or I will lost my complete flight ticket and they charged me $577.24 for cancellation fee. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ORGANIZED SCAMS!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Have been using this site for years now, and before you accumulated points that you could cash in for discounts on future purchased flights now all of a sudden there's literally nothing you can do with them, also im on the phone with them as I text this because they double charged me 985.50 on a flight and I have been waiting 7 days for it to drop off, I reached out to them and all they tell mr is it should've dropped of in 24 to 48 hours but can't answer why I was even charged twice. One of the agents even hung up in my face.

Bad experience. I booked a plane ticket then had to cancel before 24 hours which the website said it was free but they gave us hard time, wasted all day waiting for help. I would never buy anything from this company or recommend anyone.

One of the worst services ever seen till today.they will not be helpful with any queries. I booked tickets for India, but the flight was delayed for 12 hours, and they finally canceled . In the meantime when we are trying to reach cheapoair, they were not helpful. My 5-year-old child and 3-old daughters waited for 12 hours of the flight . I booked the flight for Emirates but after cancelation they have given flights to different airlines flight . These guys are not helpful. While, I am I trying to reach them, they disconnected the calls in between.

I book tickets from Dallas to Miami, right after booking, they called and told me I would need to pay 300$ more to seat next to each other. I refused to pay then they turnaround and said 19$ instead. I checked, it came out tobe they did automated check in.

They tried to charge me for flight insurance when I told them our flight insurance was covered and already paid for with the cruise company that we booked our cruise with.They charged our credit card any way without authorization.We are still fighting with them 3 months after our initial flight booking.Never would consider booking anything with them again.They are hard to communicate with and are very frustrating to talk or deal with.

I booked a flight which got cancelled, company took 6 days to return my call, then filtered me through several people, all telling me a different story, finally got someone who said yes, you are due a refund, from us, but we have to get approval from the airline we booked you onto that cancelled your flight. What does that even mean? I asked but got no real answer. So again, I am waiting. I paid for my luggage directly hrough the airline I was booked on they refunded me the next day. CheopO Airlines is very difficult to deal with, very difficult to get ahold of and frankly lack customer service.

Beware of the CheapOair scams! After i made my last reservation on CheapOair they called me twice. Once to strong arm me into buying trip insurance that I clearly marked as unwanted when I made my reservation. The second time they called me I was told that my ticket name did not match my passport name AND I would have to repurchase three plane tickets. I did not repurchase the tickets and, although I suffered anxiety during my travels, there was NO problem with my tickets. Very annoying scam. I will NOT use CheapOair in the future.

WISH I HAD READ ALL THESE REVIEWS TO RUN FAR AND WIDE AWAY FROM CheapOair. When you encounter any problem after paying them their hidden charges you are on your own. Even the airline told me not to ever deal with them. They buy tickets from airlines way in advance and then double charge to sell them to people who make short notice travels to their departure time. Refunds forget it and count your losses.

Book a flight and get immediate call from India informing you that flight no longer available (after you have paid). Magically, they have another - at a significant increase. Then you will have a problem with seats you have to pay for. Avoid these guys. After paying them and then cancelling, within 24 hours I had a half dozen fraudulent charges on my card - perhaps their website is not the least bit secure? Good luck.
