“Chewy's auto-ship service has always been excellent. When I had to change an order, it was easy to do online and by calling customer service. Everyone was pleasant to work with. When I lost my best buddy on Memorial Day, 2022 they were so kind to send me flowers. Very heart-warming company to do business with. That gesture was deeply appreciated and again brought tears to my eyes. Thanks”

“Chewy is an amazing company! They recently learned one of our dogs had passed over the rainbow bridge and within the next couple days I received a beautiful flower arrangement. I always like talking to chewy customer service representatives because they are so nice and so knowledgeable!”

“I am a Chewy customer for life. This company has not only sent me flowers after putting Dozer down. But they also called me. I started using them at the beginning of the pandemic because Dozers food was becoming hard to find in stores. I continued to use them because it's an swesome company and the customer service is outstanding. So anyone who is wondering if you should start using Chewy, you won't regret it.”

“Great customer service is sadly lacking today and I'm inspired to write about it upon finding it! I've been a Chewy customer for several years and have been satisfied but not raving. Recently I've encountered a few issues with my vet not authorizing a prescription and FRAUD on my account. Not setting up for a good situation. But here is where it get's amazing....I called at 5:27 PM PST to their 800 number posted on their website and a live person, who speaks perfect English answered the phone. (I mentioned the time because many companies don't service those on the West Coast) She went through reasonable questions to verify my identify and quickly addressed each of my issues. Without my asking, she immediately offered to refund the order that was fraudulent on my account and went through the password reset scenario to protect against future cases. And then we discussed my new pending order than needed the vets authorization. It was so easy and wonderful and exactly how I wish I could interact with other major companies. Thank you, Daisy (that was the customer service person) and Chewy. You have a earned a long time customer with me!”

“I contacted Chewy to cancel our autoship order. I explained to Tierra the Customer Service Rep that we were heartbroken because Joyce our 13.5 year old husky had to be put down. She expressed sympathy, saying she recently had the same experience. A few days later Chewy sent us flowers and a kind note.”

“I have been with Chewy a few year and I used them for my mother's dog too. They have ALWAYS had exceptional customer service. I remember during the pandemic we could not find the special dog food for sensitive skin for my mother's dog. The person at Chewy called for me several stores to search for this skin care dog food. We found a store 39mins away and we were happy to pick it up. Recently my mother passed but I inherited her dog plus I have two cats at my own house. I ordered medication for her dog and talk to the Yvonne in a causal way about how I now have to take care of my mother's dog on a regular basis. She was so kind an compassionate,and empathetic to my now grieving situation . Next thing I know I received flowers from Yvonne at Chewy. I will be a lifetime member of Chewy. They care for your pets as much as you do. She also cared enough for my grief and spirt. Blessings 🤗 to you and I will never forget this act of kindness”

“I’ve been buying my dog food through Chewy for a couple of years now and it’s always been a good experience with unbeatable prices and fast shipping. Recently unfortunately, my beloved dog Emma passed away. She was the cutest chi weenie ever and looked like a puppy still at 13 years old… Anyways, I had her medication on Autoship with Chewy for only about 2 months but had to call and cancel the Autoship which was due to be delivered in two days. They were so kind and instantly refunded me for the medication wether it had shipped already or not. They just made it all so easy for me at a really difficult time. A few days later my doorbell rang and I received flowers in a vase and was in complete shock when I read the note that Chewy had written in condolences for my loss. To some people pets are just pets but to my family they’ve always been just like our children so Emma will be sincerely missed and it really meant a lot that Chewy took the time to make it important. It was very wonderful of Chewy to go to the lengths they did for us, I still can’t believe they sent us flowers, thank you so much, I will forever be a customer.”

“I have been a customer for 11 1/2 years and would rate them 5* plus. I was enrolled in a yearly prescription for heartworm pills for my dog Zeus. Chewy must verify this with your veterinarian to send out the heartworm meds. During the interim, my dog passed away. While checking with my veterinarian they received the news of his passing. They kindly canceled my prescription and sent the most beautiful flowers to my home expressing how they were sorry for my loss. I cannot express how deeply touched I was to receive such beautiful flowers and such kind words. Thank you Tiara from Chewy”

“Words are not enough to thank Chewy. Aside from being a one-stop shop for all of your pet's needs, their customer service is just EXCELLENT! Special thanks to Nicolas R. and Elliott H for their help! They've treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I will forever be grateful for that. My beloved kitty just passed and after informing them about it, I got a beautiful flower arrangement the next day. This has brought a big smile on my face after all the grief I've experienced from losing my pet. They also gave me refunds from the products/meds which I no longer have a need for. They just wanted me to donate the items to pets who may need them. How amazing is that? I will always be a loyal customer of Chewy. They are simply the BEST!”

“We have been using Chewy for many years for my cats prescription cat food and our dog treats and toys. Their customer services has always been exceptional. Most recently, we have to put our beloved Elvis down. When I reached out them about his unopened bag of prescription food, they returned the funds to my bank and ask that I donate the bag of food to a vet or shelter. Then the very next day I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers from Chewy.com with their deepest condolences. I would have NEVER expected that from a company, but Chewy.com goes above and beyond. They truly are all about pets and their owners. I think many other companies across America could learn from Chewy.com customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company. Am so grateful to have such compassion people reach out during our families difficult, grievous time. Thank you Chewy.com! Much love!”

“Chewy is by far to buy anything for your pets. Customer service is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My last order i ordered 2 boxes of slide cat litter. I ordered it Sunday afternoon and had it Monday afternoon. You can’t ask for anymore than that. I could write for hours how good Chewy is, but take my advice, Chewy is by far the best website I have ever used by far. Also any order over $50 is free shipping!!!!!!!!!”

“Chewy has supplied our baby Bella with treats, food , and medications for many years. When we were unable to order her Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein canned food from 2 of our Vets and Red Bank Hospital, Chewy came through. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our Bella last month. We had a full case of her food and a prescription on the way. I called Chewy to explain our situation, and they were very caring. They offered condolences and said they were going to credit our account. They couldn't take back the food and said to donate it to a shelter. We gave it to the ASPCA of Atlantic County. They said they would send a return label to send back the prescription, but they understood we were grieving, and said we didn't have to return it. We returned it. 2 days later, they sent fresh flowers in a vase with a sympathy card. There is no better company than Chewy!! We love you Chewy! Thank you!!”

“This company is amazing! We have provided us with special foods, treats, and medications for our dog. The customer service is excellent, everyone is always friendly, upbeat and willing to help. Unfortunately, our sweet pup died unexpectedly. With one phone call (and a very sympathetic employee) our auto ship Food and treats were taken care of. The very next day I was floored to come home to a condolence flower arrangement. FROM CHEWY’s. From the bottom of our hearts. Thank you 😊 Highly recommend!! Top notch company!!”

“Got an email that an auto ship order was placed that wasn't something I ordered. Called customer service, immediately got a person on the phone, they cancelled the order, identified how my account was hacked and refunded my money within five minutes! Combine that level of excellent customer service with the convenience and prices and I am a die hard customer!”
