I ordered medication for my dog for the first time. The price was substantially less than the vet. It shipped right away. Today I received a get well card with 2 squeaky toys. My dog was excited when he heard the package squeaking. That was such a nice thing for them to do. I get my dog food on auto ship, and they always send the shipping information to let me know it is coming. 6 stars for chewy!!!

There are no words for the kind, compaasinate description of Chewy. Aside from any orders we ordered, the immediate prompt shipping on both meds and food, Chewy went beyond and above all expectations. After placing a $over $200 order of meds, we had to euthanize our little pom, 4 days after they box came, which was immediate shipping. Since I never even opened the box from Chewy, containing 3 medications, I inquired if it was possible, since the shipping box was still sealed, never opened with the 3 bottles of meds, I could return them. Hoping for a shipping label, or would understand if no, this wonderful company, REFUNDED the $200 purchase, and I will give the meds, no longer needed, and our other dog does not require, to a shelter. There is not enough space to give enough praise to this company, it tops them all by heaps. Chewy will be our forever go to place.

Absolute worst customer service. My dog is going through a critical health issue and this company is the worst to deal with. The woman on the prescription diet line argued with me on the prescription my vet put in. In a time like this it’s unbelievable. In addition they took 2 weeks to get his meds out which caused me to have to go to another carrier to get the meds until this finally showed up. The vet approved the meds the day it went in so the delay was complete on them. I would NOT recommend Chewy to use for anyone with an aging pet that needs good care in a timely manner.

Due to a mistake on shipping, it went to the wrong address. They shipped it to me again free of charge.And offered a 10% coupon for my next word.

My fur babies and I absolutely LOVE Chewy!!!! They are always very understanding, polite and very patient with us whenever we call them. We can always count on them to come through for us!!!!!! I would recommend Chewy to everyone that has fur babies!!!!! They always go above and beyond. I can’t put into words how amazing they truly are!!!!!!

I have never before written a review but I have to say that my experience with Chewy has been amazing. The company is easy to reach and staff seems to be knowledgeable and friendly as well. I recently had complications with my dog and chewy went above and beyond to be flexible with my needed changes. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to have been a customer.

No more live representatives to help with customers orders. There is always an issue with orders duplicating and no one answers the phone so you can stop the delivery and get your money back. Also, when you don’t receive something you can’t talk to a person to get a refund or another shipment of the item. I’d give it a zero if I could. I’m waiting home all day just so I can refuse the order. Chewys gone downhill. It’s too bad, because I spend an astronomically amount of money with this company. Thousands! If this situation doesn’t clear up, I will never do business with them again. It’s not worth the stress! Chewy, GET LIVE REPS BACK. Also, You can’t even have a live chat. I hope they are email friendly. If chewy can go back to the way they used to be, I would consider becoming a customer again.

If I could give Chewy a zero, I would. Yet again, they've lost a delivery that is an emergency delivery because Chewy continues to use FedEx, the most incompetent parcel delivery service, after the USPS, hands down.

Ordered live feeder bugs for my reptiles. The shipped FedEx. Waited all day, while my bugs were in a 90° truck all day. Waited until after 8 pm and chewy says it's on its way. FedEx says at a early convenience. Dubiaroaches here I come. You lost a customer.

I have been a customer of chewy for the last four years. Their customer service is over the top amazing! My Mastiff just died and I called them to cancel an order. They not only refunded me the money but sent me a dozen roses. Who does that these days? Amazing. Thank you

I had to put my Abby to sleep. She had all the symptoms of old age dementia that the online vet gave me. Didn't advise what to do but left it to me. She had all the symptoms. The day after I let her go a case of food came. I called to ask about returning. The representative refunded me and told me to donate it to any charity. Yesterday, I received a flower arrangement from Berry and the Chewy family. I have never experienced such service from any company. Thanks to all !

I have been using Chewy for years. I have a number of items on Autoship and it is very easy to adjust the delivery date and add/subtract from those items. I always get a notice that the Autoship is coming up and the deliveries are always on time. I find their prices to be very competitive. A recent transaction prompts me to write about their stellar customer service. I bought a $90 bag of dog food. Before I had even opened it, our vet recommended changing the food because of a skin issue. Without hesitation, Chewy refunded my money and told me to donate the food to a local animal shelter. Love that philosophy!

I tried to order cat litter from Chewy. It has been a while since I used my account and I couldn't access it. I tried resetting my password, no luck. Called the 800 number. They said they couldn't reactive the account unless I could verify an order that I placed in August of 2023 and the last 4 digits of the cc I used. Who does this? I asked if I could create a new account, they said not with the same email. I tried to tell the things we usually ordered from Chewy, but none were correct- which makes me wonder about the account- maybe someone else was using it? All I wanted to do was order some cat litter? Why would a company make it so hard to place an order?

Outstanding customer service: friendly staff, great communication (you get a live person quickly), orders always correct. Now, I have never had to return anything so, I do not know anything about that- however, I am a tough customer and I have high standards on how I should be treated as a customer and they have checked all those boxes. It is funny with all the business I deal with there are only two I give 5 stars to and both are animal related! My two dogs, George and Molly love their dog food and the delivery man. I know the delivery man is not part of Chewy but delivers the dog food right to the barn and gives George and Molly treats. They know when it is the Chewy delivery!

Chewy look at Order #1500216356 and you will see why you get a one star rating. Never again will I purchase something from your company. After spending close to 300.00 + a month I am sure that your competitor would appreciate my business better. You claim that the refund of $354.00 has failed twice but you were able to take the money out with no issues, and I used the same card today (my debit) to buy lunch. You have spent now 31 days trying to issue me a refund - I call BS. Funny that you are not pro active in anyway to contact me about this? Horrible customer service and corporate values. Now can I please get my money back.

I have been on AutoShip and I wanted to order something else. They wanted to charge me two separate shipping charges. Lexi was my representative. She was very rude. I do not recommend this company.
