Always had great service from chewy. Com after my pet store stopped carrying the litter for my very loved bunny Oreo. I was so saddened this week after a mass in Oreo's mouth which was in the bone also. He was loved so much for a little over 9 1/2 years. I tried to return huge bags of litter never used, they said to donate them and had a heartfelt email to say they are there for us and how they understand how it's hard to lose our loved pets. They then sent flowers after I told them it meant so much that it wasn't a form letter. So sweet of them to show their carrying support. I just felt like crying after the lovely email but flowers was way beyond. They will have my recommendation to everyone.

Awesome company with outstanding customer service, comparable pricing with all other stores and super fast shipping. I cancelled my other pet food & products from other vendors and will be ordering from Chewy from now on.

We have just moved and ordered two packages. The packages said they were delivered by the delivery company but were not. I spoke with a Chewy Customer Service representative about the situation. They are sending a replacement package to different address as there were 3 packages in total that were supposedly delivered and were not. The representative so nice and responsive. I will continue to use Chewy’s based off my experience and highly recommend them. Thank you for all of your help!

There are NOT enough stars in the sky to give Chewy's products, customer service and prices! We live in a corner of the world where specialized pet products are not available; Chewy employees have worked with my vet to give me access to life saving medicine and food for my 15 year old corgigirl. She has also enjoyed the HEALTHY treats and high quality toys for years. If ALL companies had the customer service I have received 100% of the time, from returns to refunds to replacements (No questions asked or arguments) the on-line ordering public would be shopping from every computer on the planet rather than masking up and shopping in person! Many thanks to all the Chewy employees for making this a top notch company!

We ordered a monthly RX for our Sheltie. Chewy had the best price. Our beloved Willie died this week so we canceled the RX. Chewy refunded next month's RX, which we had just received, and sent us flowers with a lovely note. Thank you Morgan.

I have been ordering my prescription dog food from Chewy's for years. They always ship it to me between 2 and 3 days. I did not rush to order new food because I knew had at least 3 days of food for her. I ordered the food on Jan. 8th and I am due to receive it Jan. 13th. That is 5 days. I called customer service and all the girl could say to me was, "I'm sorry." She must have said that at least 5 times. I asked her how I was to feed my hungry dog and she said, "I'm sorry" That was the worst customer service I have ever received.

I could not recommend a company more that shows such compassion and care for their customers. We had placed a special diet order for our Rascal and was to receive it on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, he passed away before the order arrived. I tried to cancel the order and Chewy.com asked that we donate the dog food to a local shelter (which we have) and then I was completely surprised to have a bouquet of flowers delivered on Saturday to us expressing their condolence. Could not asked for more from a company.

4 months ago we lost one of our 4 legged rescue's, I mentioned it would be nice in the dog's profile we could acknowledge they passed rather than the option of delete. These are members of the family. Well, we just lost another of our rescue dog's and still no change on the profile page. It makes me feel that once the pet is of no financial advantage to Chewy/Petsmart it has no place or value to them. I am considering suspending my auto ship for now.

This company has always gone above and beyond every time I've ordered from them! I have had a few instances where I received a wrong item in an order. Contacting their customer service was so easy - no wait times or lots of buttons to push to get u to the right extension. Not only have they quickly sent me the missing items, but they have always let me keep the wrong items. This past time, I got a $50 gift card as well! Can't say enough good things about them! Thank you thank you thank you chewy!

I ordered a time sensitive order and these circus clowns didn't deliver it to me on time, then Fedex said i refused the shipment, they never delivered it. Their prices are above what I can get it for locally and you will do MUCH better to get it as these clowns won't deliver it.

Frauds ! Charged my credit card over and over and over in 2 days. $556.00 in charges and management said they would fix it and stop the charges and instead have kept charging. Turned them into my CC company for fraud. They aren't worth what they do to you. Go somewhere else

Do not buy from this company. Charged my CC over and over in 2 days. Double charged for items. Almost $600 in 2 days and even though management said they would stop it they instead continued to charge. The prices are the same with other places. Avoid this company if you can. I will never purchase another thing from them

I have been getting my food for my two Yorkies auto shipped for a few years: one of my dogs is very ill and has to have prescription dog food now. I chatted with them and they refunded my money, and told me to donate the food to a local rescue. That is wonderful customer service and very nice to be able to help animals less fortunate than mine.

I needed to reset my password - something simple right? Just click “forgot password” right? NOT! Call us anytime it says all over the web sight, I called - maybe they can reset it, easy right? NOT! I called simply to be told they couldn’t help me, It become a federal issue requiring the “opening of a TECH SUPPORT ticket to reset a password! I work at a call center talking to people 12 hours a day, Chewy is supposed to make it easier for their customers more convenient to shop for our pets. The agent Jessie after I explained all this decided it was a good time “to make a sale” & offered you place my order rather than fix the problem I was having. If I wanted sales help I’d have gone to the store. Further, when I called back to cancel my account completely - the 2nd agent didn’t bother to verify I was the authorized person TO cancel or attempt to “save” the account and just did it. When I asked for an email confirming the cancelation he, sounding board, said he would “request” it be sent to me. I Manage and train call center agents for a living (Mcghan Service Consultants) This experience is made worse because of the simplicity of matter - & how ill equipped BOTH agent were - when faced with such a menial task. Wonder a billing dispute would go like? 🤔 So sorry - like I tell my agents - as a consumer I will pay $20 more and drive miles out of my way for the SAME product - for THE SERVICE.

So much stuff jammed into one box that the bag of dog food exploded. Third time this has happened. Company did not even offer to replace exploded bag of food. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My dog unexpectedly passed away one day after his RX food shipped. Once my pup was laid to rest and I kinda got myself together I called Chewy to cancel my pup's reoccurring shipment. As much as I thought I had it together when I started explaining to the customer service representative why I needed to cancel the shipments, I lost it. He was very empathetic and was able to help me quickly and painlessly. Chewy even refunded the money for my most recent shipment of dog food and told me to donate the bag to a local shelter in SAM's name. He also told me to call back if I just needed to talk to someone. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how painless Chewy customer service made an already painful time. I have always had great experiences with this company and recommend them, but now I highly recommend Chewy and commend their AMAZING customer service representatives.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer for years. Chewy stands behind their products, and promptly returns/exchanges as needed. It wasn't until my beloved Gryffin's passing that i truly witnessed the compassion and selflessness within a company, and their customer service. Thank you Savannah for all you've done, going above and beyond in handling my account during my time of grief, and for the beautiful bouquet that arrived the next day. I'm truly touched. Should I ever have another pet again, Chewy will be my #1 go to place for all my pet needs.

This company, by far, exceeds any online company I have dealt with. They care about your pets, customer service is excellent, returns/refunds never a problem. Delivery during the peak of COVID was a little longer, however, they are back on track with fast delivery. I recommend this company a thousand times over. You can never go wrong with Chewy.com.

We've been using Chewy for dog food and medications for the last three years. Unfortunately, our dog recently passed. Chewy not only gave us a refund of unused medication and food, they sent flowers to our home. Such a great company! Thank you Chewy!

a friend gave me a gift card from Chewy.com. When I went to use it, I would get an error saying something was wrong with the card and to call. Called several times with no satisfaction or resolution. NEVER PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY.
