“No refund given. Spent £60 on a dress that tore down the sides as I wore it. Im a size 8 and bought a size 10 so there would be plenty of space for dancing in at a wedding. So embarrassed that the dress I chose to wear split down both sides due to the obviously cheap quality. I was told to return the dress which I did at the beginning of July. No response to emails since returning it and receiving confirmation they received it, and specifically no refund to this day. They are an appalling company. Dont be fooled by the glamour of their website. Cheap dresses, appalling customer service. Disgraceful pathetic company.”

“If I could give -1 stars I would. Atrocious customer service and business in general, they sent me an item that was ripped in half on the back, and now after countless emails and them telling me I will receive my refund in 28 business days, It's been way over a month, guess what? They stopped replying to my emails and I did NOT receive my refund to this day. Also clothing quality is really cheap, STAY AWAY!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Dress zip broken couldn’t even try it on . Returned 12th July. Still no refund . Received 1 email saying they received the faulty dress back in the 24th July and will be up to 28 days for a refund . Well that’s been and gone and still no refund. It’s a cost of living crisis. Will never buy from this company again absolutely disgusting customer services . Sent another 6 emails chasing no reply and no one ever answers the phone .”

“Reading other similar reviews I don’t understand how this company is getting away with the way they are treating their customers. Plenty of other businesses to choose from who understand customer service. Item had been delivered to them over a week before they acknowledged they got it. After 2 MONTHS and numerous chasing by email , I received my refund.”

“Absolutely rubbish customer service. My return was accepted on 19th July and they just wont correspond with you. No phone number to chase up. No response to your emails. Absolutely diabolical way to run a business!”

“I ordered a dress which I returned and received confirmation on the 4th July they received it in the warehouse. 48 days later I am still waiting on a refund! I have sent them a number of emails and at first they did reply apologising saying they would issue the refund as soon as possible but now they just ignore my emails. I have messaged them on social media but still no response and I am quickly seeing that this is what this company do as there are lots of people not receiving refunds. Do not order from them! I have had to tick 1 star on this review however it’s worthy of 0 as I will never order from them again. I don’t know how they are getting away with keeping peoples money! Please be aware and don’t order!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! 42 days and still no refund !!! No reply to any emails only automated ones, no reply to any messenger messages, no reply to any twitter messages, and an automated message on the phone line that says they're are busy and it cuts off !!!!! Wish I had seen the endless crappy reviews before ordering !!! Still owed over £100”

“Returned 2 dresses over 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. They have acknowledged the return but still no refund, I feel robbed and cheated, especially as they refuse to get back to all the emails I’ve been sending. Potential shoppers, don’t give these thieves your money as you will never see it back if you return anything. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID”

“Ordered two dresses, returned one and still waiting on a refund it’s been well over the 28 day period was returned 27th scanned into the warehouse on the 6th and told multiple times that it is being issued still nothing. Used the company for years for occasion wear but would not use again after this”
