Terrible customer service , I’ve ordered some clothes since 2 months and they were suppose to send it to me in Côte d’Ivoire , Africa. My order never arrived and I’ve tried to call them and send some emails . After a long time before answering to my email, they asked me to talk directly to the carrier ( FEDEX) to know where my order is. They didn’t assist me ! I have no idea how to talk to FedEx also. So my money is lost because I don’t know what to do. This website is not a good website.

Sent item back 28sep, they said not received til 11oct. Promised refund on multiple occasions when they could be bothered to reply. Apparently my refund bounced back to them 🤷‍♀️ ( mmmm never heard of that excuse before) . Had to get PayPal involved & hey finally got a refund today 19 nov. Will NEVER order from them again or ever recommend to anyone . Avoid this awful company

Absolutely terrible customer service. I returned a number of bridesmaid dresses after ordering various sizes, so was due quite a large refund. I spoke to customer services after the 14 day returns period was up, and was told I would be refunded, yet several days passed and no refund issued! I was then cut off on the phone after waiting in the queue for 2 hours (twice!) I contacted Chi chi through social media, and was again told my refund would be in the next batch, but it never arrived. Eventually they stopped responding via social media and email. Absolutely disgraceful service! I later escalated the case through PayPal. Chi chi never responded to them either, so the case was found in my favour and I was given my refund - but this took weeks! I strongly advise against ordering through Chi chi, it is just not worth the hassle!

Sent dress back 28 sept & still no refund as of 16 nov. Constantly ignored over about 8 emails. PayPal now getting refund for me (although chi chi are ignoring their request too) DO NOT buy from them as they are 💯 con artists . You have been warned about them so don’t complain when you can’t get refund

I sent my order back on the 10th of September and I am still waiting on my refund, this has now taken well over a month. I have raised a ticket which was responded to and was told it had not been scanned back into their warehouse until the 29th of October and it would now take approximately 14 days for my money to be returned, also, an email would notify me of this. Surprisingly, it is now over 16 days, and still no money, and still no email. If you are buying from this company I would think twice. If I could give them no star rating I would.

I ordered a dress from Chi Chi for my graduation over the summer which fell to pieces throughout the day of my graduation (the first and only time I had worn this dress). I contacted them online and was told if I returned the dress along with my other returned items I would receive a full refund as there were no replacement dresses in stock. It took way over 10 days for me to receive a refund and when it was finally sent I realised they had not included the money for my faulty worn and returned graduation dress - only refunding me for the unworn and packaged items I returned. I contacted them to ask where my refund for the faulty dress is and they demanded I showed them proof of the conversation where I was told I could have a refund, which I was able to do so. They then took OVER A MONTH to respond to this email and in October I was told that i need proof of postage of this parcel in order to receive my refund. I was outraged as I knew my parcel had been received because I was refunded for the other items in the parcel. As it is now November, and I sent my return in July, I am no longer in possession of my proof of postage. Not only am I not able to be refunded for my expensive dress but I am now not even in possession of the dress anymore - so I have been charged for a dress I do not have and cannot take to be repaired. I really do feel cheated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 35 days to acknowledge a return and a further 5 days to refund. No apology and even charged me for the return parcel even though there service was shocking! Do NOT buy from them!

I Ordered a dress on 28th September and it was returned by Envi on the 12th October and chi chi said it was in their warehouse on 20th October as since then emails to them reply from Emellia and Ellie saying my refund is with the refund team. I have been so stressed its a lot of money to me . I have now got on to my bank and reported it so I hope now they will sort it out for me . Think this company should be reported keeping our money into their bank and making interest. It's a shame because the clothes are lovely. But customer services is really bad

Dresses lovely. All emails read and answered and to be fair the refund process was exactly as customer service explained when they answered by queries. But.... Refunds take too long. Waiting over a month isn't exceptable. But from reading other reviews I should be happy I'm not waiting 3 months plus like some customers.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Absolutely THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. I returned some items worst £300 over month ago and cannot get my refund. They ignore my messages and after 2 hour call they just hang on me. Dont bother with them. They regurlaly delete coments on ig from angry costumers about their refunds. SHOCKING!! I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS

Absolutely would never shop with this company again took 6 weeks to get a refund had to email 4 times for refund saying they had received my returns but still 6 week wait I had to contact PayPal in the end to help get my refund I wouldn't even rate them 1 star stay well away don't know how there getting away with this

They will not refund you!!! Sent my item back 6wks ago which they confirmed receipt, now apart from one sarcastic email they will not respond to me!! Kept the returned item and my money it seems

They are absolutely awful! I had it delivered to a corner shop to collect to collect. They told me I needed a code, I went back to Chi Chi, back and forth. Eventually the shop said anything over 14 days would be returned. I've mailed over and over, they said there is nothing they can do! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!

DO NOT use this company Order dress & returned after 2 days as too big , order another which was better. Still waiting after a month for refund & whoever is on customer service needs a kick up the A. . Constantly being ignored by email . DONT ever order from this so called company , I will never again 😡 Gave them 1 star as no option for 0

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Awful aftercare service. Not only did they receive my returned goods but are refusing to refund or offer me a gift voucher. I was unaware the issue of a gift voucher wasn't automatic and needed to be confirmed within 7 days. Be very careful giving this company your money - very bad communication and customer service.

BEWARE of purchasing from here. If you end up having to return the items, your items will likely get lost in transit. I have waited for 3 months since the return and yet there's still no confirmation of receipt or refund yet. The customer service isn't very helpful either.

Avoid purchasing from this company. I placed an order for two dresses and returned one, and received an email confirming receipt of this return on 2/9, and a duplicate also confirming receipt on 9/9. As of today, 13/10, I have not received my refund, despite contacting customer services to chase this and receiving a reply on 29/9 stating that 'it is with our accountants'. Such a shame, as the dresses themselves were beautiful and I would have been happy to order many more times. Unfortunately, I cannot wait this long for a refund if I have to send anything back again.

ABSOLUT FRAUD!!! I was charged for an order I never received. Tracking shows that the order was never delivered and automatically returned to Chi Chi London because I forgot to enter the correct street name. However, CHI CHI London still does not refund me and acts stupid! Really bad customer service and trying to rip off their customers!! NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THEM
