The item shipped on the 27th December. No sign of it by the expected delivery date 15th January. Multiple contacts were met with the scripted response of "please wait 30 days before contacting us". No offer to help or investigate the missing items prior. Cannot believe the level of indifference for a first time customer. Bank is now handling the dispute.

No answer 10days waited for return form, had to pay shipping costs! They received the package and I still didnt get my money! Big problem 401€

Very bad website. Tried to order a pair of boots in NOV but didn't have enough money in my account so left it, only to find I have just paid for a pair of boots I DON'T WANT and we are in January. Tried to cancel the order to find out I can't cancel as the cancellation page 'cannot be found' after going through the rigmarole of filling out the cancellation questionnaire. I won't be using this site again and I wish I never found it!!!

Ordered some boots for pre-xmas delivery, paid extra for next day delivery. When I saw that the item hadn't been despatched I sent a message to ask when they would be sent. The next day I logged in and saw the item had been cancelled, no email, nothing to indicate why. Won't be using these again, absolutely appalling service.

I implore you never to use Coggles. This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought an item on sale and then on the same day an hour later it had been discounted by a further 10%. I called up customer service at a premium cost to find out what this was all about and if they could refund the difference or at least do something. And wow. What I got on the other end was some smart alec "customer relations expert" who spoke to me in an insulting, discerning and quite frankly rude way. Not once did they apologise, instead referring to the terms and conditions to answer every question I asked. They insisted that they would not be offering any form of compensation to me for this slight, to which I asked them what they would think of this situation had they been in my shoes- "Infuriated" is the word they used and that is exactly how I felt dealing with unsympathetic jobsworth on the other end. I then asked who I would need to speak to to take this higher as it was clear it was going nowhere and I was outraged at the way they could a paying customer. They said they were the highest point of contact and that any complaints would be dealt with someone of the same level as them in their office- utterly unbelievable! Reading the other comments on here I am shocked that this is still a business. Needless to say I will never be using this "service" again, horrendous horrendous company!! Avoid like the plague!

I Ordered a 32" pair of APC New Standard jeans and a 30" arrived despite the site displaying that 30" were out of stock. Rang Coggles, was told I've get a call back - didn't. After 2 days, I finally received a return number which was for a refund whereas I wanted a exchange so another day passed. I then waited for a courier to come and pick the jeans, nobody came. I rang DHL and they had no record of a collection arranged so another phone call (at a cost) to Coggles to rearrange a collection and was told that the collection was arranged with DHL instead so I rang them and they had no reference either. When they were eventually picked up, the jeans took 8 days to reach Coggles (as they had chosen the cheapest service possible) and a further week to 'process' the jeans to which after 3 weeks of premium phone calls and emails to their extremely unhelpful staff, I was told the 32" wasn't in stock and shouldn't be listed as such on the website despite the website still showing them not only in stock but a further 15% added on to the price. After another angry phone call was told I would receive a 10% (incredible) discount on my next order to which of course to live up to the Coggles standard, has not arrived. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Quite frankly, it's disgusting.

I made a simple order online only to find they had messed up my order. I am still waiting for a pair of shoes to arrive and its been 10 days ! Contacting their customer service is like pulling teeth - how hard can it be to send out the correct order. They made the mistake yet i'm paying for it. Awful company to deal with.

Horrendous experience with Coggles. I returned my order in AUGUST and it is now nearly NOVEMBER and they have not refunded me. I have followed up continuously over the past weeks through their online messaging system (they don't let you just reply to emails) and each time a different person replies saying "financial team is investigating". AND STILL NO REFUND. I posted a negative review on trustpilot.com and within 8 hours Coggles reported it so that the site takes it down!

I would have given a zero but this isn't an option! This is a site selling very expensive deigner items and as such the customers expect a high level of service and will quickly move on to other sites that do meet the expections very readily! The basis for my review is that I was shopping on the site over a lunchtime and adding items to the basket, giving a total order of £500. However when I went to pay for the items and noted that one of the'sale' items had actually increased in price since I had added it. This looked very strange so I contacted their "customer service" who stated that per the terms and conditions prices can change at any time. When I stated that I didn't actually expect a sale item to increase between putting it in the basket and paying for it I was again simply referred to the terms and conditions. As I was getting nowhere I asked to speak to a manager who I though may see sense and honour the previous price to ensure the sale was made, but this was not the case as I was met with the same by rote response of me needing to refer to their terms and conditions. When I stated that therefore they were happy for me not to purchase any items if they wouldn't honour the difference (being £17) they said yes! I've since discovered that this website is no longer the online site for an upmarket high street store, (which did have customer service), but is now after a buyout a website only retailer. This new owner obviously employs people who are morey suited to working in Macdonalds rather than people willing to spend a lot of money on a single item and therefore the staff have no concept of customer service whatsoever! The only good news is that given the awful reviews that are now appearing I expect the webiste will disappear sooner rather than later as they are clearly going to lose all the previous customers , so hopefully the new owner will lose their investment as well.

For the first time I decided to order something from this tedious store, though later that day I cancelled my order. Without single response from the store on the cancellation, I did send another request to cancel it early morning the next day. Also no confirmation from the customer service. Later in the noon, I received the message that the order is just despatched. Now I received the order, but had to send it back, since I changed my mind in the first place. Coggles refused to refund the return shipping costs! which is outrageous! customer service responds with huge delay! and their communication is very robotic, they don't care about the issues as long as it doesn't cost them a cent!!!! BAD BAD BAD! Think twice before u decide to order from them!!!!
