“I ordered a maternity support belt on 24 Jan and did not hear or receive anything by 4th Feb (11 days). I had to call to find out that they had only just received it in their warehouse and it would be dispatched soon. It would be nice to have been notified how long the order could take else I would have ordered elsewhere. Not impressed and won't use the service again”

“According to their website item in stock with fast delivery, what a joke!!! Been given a complete runaround with no end of different excuses as to why I havent received my order!!! Phoned to cancel my order this morning and was told that as the item was coming direct from the suppliers they have to contact the supplier to cancel and it may be too late as it may have been dispatched! yea right! appalling service!!”

“I ordered an item on 20th January and the money was taken from my account. When I found no trace on their tracking system I tried phoning but the line was permanently busy "with other calls". I emailed my complaint and received a reply saying the item was out of stock. Why was I not told this when I ordered? Why did they take my money immediately? I was told they were "expecting more stock" by 25th January but still no-one has been in touch with me. This is the first -and last- time I use this firm. Dreadful customer service.”

“ordered wheelchair seatbelt cc5714 on the 15th jan 2019 now the 25th jan 2019 and still no item every time you phone to find out why they just keep you on hold just phoned today again just to be told its on its why this is the second time been let down by this company will never use again just a rubbish company”

“I ordered an item on 6th January 2019 and received an email telling me that my order 'is being processed now.' My order didn't arrive by 15th January and upon enquiry I was told it was out of stock when I ordered it. Why didn't they tell me at the time of ordering? I note that I have already been charged for the item. It is now 24 January and my order still hasn't arrived. To take money from a customer when an item is out of stock and before despatch is unethical and bordering on the dishonest. I feel they don't 'Care' about us.”

“Fast and reliable also good produce. The toe cushion tube I bought has made a big difference for my 91 year old service user and prevented rubbing of her shoes on her little toes also they are comfortable”

“Can I give them less than one star???? Item purchased almost one month ago was not delivered and I am still trying to get my money back. Each time I contact them they ask when I am going to return the item but how can I return it if I haven't received it? Come on Complete Care Shop - refund my £179.70 and let me get on with my life!”

“Ordered a foldable walking stick which was at a good price. The item was ordered on Thursday and was received on Monday. Was able to track the item from despatch to delivery. Was informed by email when it had been despatched and it’s tracking number. All in all a very good service from initial order to receipt of item. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Very disappointed, i mgiht add, this is the second time they have let me down, we have spent a lot of money with them over the last few years. The last order did not arrive, told "problems in the warehouse" when id finally came it was not complete andthey had to post items seperately. On this occasion I ordered as I thought in plenty of time for the christmas period, no WRONG. I ordered bed pads quite essential in our situation. The wrong size was sent. I contacted customer service straight away, only to be told they could not send the correct ones till they had received the others back. The collection was made as promised but no sign of the new ones despite being promised they would arrive for Christmas.It has put us in a difficult situation as you can imageine if you use these products. The warehouse definitely needs a big shake up, and customer service need to sharpen up and be proactive not re-active.”

“The delivery came as per the date given and was a ''white glove'' delivery, everything was done quickly and with care, also was completely checked to ensure all was working well. The delivery men were courteous and friendly. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the customer service is very poor, when requesting a delivery date having waited two weeks and hearing nothing, the person answering, loudly and sharply told me I had been contacted before I gave the reason for my call; I had to tell her to listen to the reason for my, call then she abruptly said I would receive a call back, she needs retraining or replacing. Other than that incident all was good and I would use them again. Go to jw.org for a free Bible study and much more:-)”
