I paid nearly $1000 for a pool from Costco. this over 350 pound pool was supposed to come in two boxes. I received only one box clearly marked two of two. I called and was kept on the phone for over an hour. They then charged my account for the product will not give me my money back until this 250 pound box is returned to Costco and will not pick up the box for three days. I tried to call a second time spent 35 minutes on the phone and was told there is nothing they can do about it. meanwhile they have $1000 of my money and I have a 250 pound box sitting out on the road in front of my house in the rain that they say they will pick up in 3 days before they will refund my money

Your red long thin hot dog that oversized the bun tasted not good. They use to be good. I jave not eaten there in a while. After eating it it gave me a up set stomach. Go back to the other hot dogs. Fountin tea was empty. Service was nice.. sode was good cookie was good ice cream was good. But the hot dog was not.i was there nove 16. 2024....

We ordered a new refrigerator from Costco. They set their delivery window between 2pm to 4pm. It was half past 4pm, and there was a no call, no show. We contacted customer service, and they did apologize, but then made us feel like WE were the inconvenience. My pregnant wife spent all day at home with 2 children, cleaning out the old fridge in preparation for the Costco delivery window. I left work early to be home in time for the delivery. Needless to type, we canceled our order, and will not be renewing our membership. We have been long-term customers with Costco. We hold the top membership, and do a lot of business with them. We will spend our hard earned money with someone else who cares.

My Review for Denby Studio Blue Serving Set, 3-piece price adjustment The product has been for a long time priced at $ 149.97. Recently a note has been added that the item has been previously sold at $ 149.97. Upon noticing, I decided to call and point to the error in pricing, assuming that the current price has to be lower than previously posted $ 149.9. I was told they would look into that and so they did-they changed from the original price of 149.97 to much higher of 239.99 to "justify" and keep the one they posted with a misleading note saying that the item was previously sold at a higher price. What a shame The product has not been listed at the higher price before to my knowledge, what a shame. That added to my observations from before: lower quality of produce, lower quality of many products and now price adjustments. What also ponders me is the difficulty to post any reviews on their website, especially when it is not positive and I read that I am not the only one experiencing such difficulties.

So much drama for a shopping place, full of arrogant, disrespectful, uncaring customer service, almost everyone in those location act like they are above every body eslse, most people goes to costco by nesecety not by choice, and at the end they just want more money

Ordered pizza for a birthday party. Went to pick it up and my order was not found. Was told on three different occasions said it would be five more minutes and never received the pizzas. Had to get a refund and go to my son’s birthday party without pizza. Duncanville Costco.

It’s a shame that all we want to do is spend our money at Costco and now we have be checked in like we going through Fort Knox. Got to scan card before entering really sucks and you are about to lose a lot of customers/cardholders. Yesterday I saw 3 people cancer their membership as I was walking pass customers service. You all are doing way to much when people are actually SPENDING MONEY.

We live 40 minutes from the nearest Costco store. I just went to Costco with my mother’s membership card to get bottled water for her. I have been doing this for some time, because my mom is almost 90 and can’t lift the water by herself. I was rudely turned away at the door because my mom wasn’t with me at the time. My family has spent thousands of dollars at Costco, and I feel like customer loyalty isn’t valued by the company with this new policy. Since when is it problematic for folks to take care of their aging parents. It’s inconvenient to have to drag mom along with me, when otherwise I could just stop by while I’m in town on other errands. We will take our business elsewhere. Poor, poor, business practices.

I purchase 2 packages of ground beef 1 was $26.81 the other was $27.39 I called and was told if I could not return it today ( same day purchased). Freeze it till next time I come in. I have. Small fridge & freezer live 45 min away so it’s garbage. Will never buy there will switch to Sam’s club.

Costco has recently when I tried to return 3 items in the last month or so, in different warehouses, they said they could not find the transactions. This is the new strategy Costco is using to avoid returns. I pay $65 a year for that return/customer satisfaction guarantee privilege. They are not the cheapest store to shop at anymore. As far as produce and food, Kroger and Winco stores have the best prices. I shop at those 2 stores for groceries and produce, and they have a wider selection than Costco, AND I don't have to buy huge quantities of an item. (For example, I don't have to buy $40 worth of fish when I can just buy one at same unit price, since I am single, and I can't eat the entire quantity then I have to freeze them which has no room). Here's what you do if you experience the same thing and run into issues with returning at Costco: (1) Just remind them that you pay $65 (or more) annual membership for the privilege of returning if not satisfied. I have membership forever with Costco, and have been ordering online and in store all the time, my last online purchase was disappointing, I have decided to order my appliances online thinking that the installation is included and will save time and money, didn't imagine that the whole process will turn out in so bad way, my order for the 3 items have been placed on October 16th, and scheduled for delivery and installation on the 24th, well, o the 24th I have received 2 items, one was installed and one was staying in the box because Costco didn't save my schedule for the 24th, so I called again and asking to reschedule, this time was for 10/30, well the 3rd item still didn't arrived to be installed on the 30th, so I called again and the customer services told me I need to reschedule, so the next app was set for 11/5, this time I was hopping will be the last, guest what, on Sunday the 11/3 I got a text that my item can't be deliver and installed on the 5th and will be on the 6th, here I am again, I called the customer services again for confirmation that both delivery and installation will be on the 11/6, all this time my kitchen was a mess, waiting for my items to be delivered and install, so disappointed, don't waste your money think twice before ordering from Costco, and read the reviews, do your homework, before placing an order.

Get ready to loose a lot of money with the check in and check out rules you implemented. You were making a lot of money on family members that were using a family member's card. But since they decided to make the process more stringent, get ready to loose money. People are not going to be forced on paying for a membership when they could use a family member's card. If you don't change it you will loose a lot of money. Already we can see by the reviews that people are not happy with your Service. Also the people you have working there are very rude in trying to enforce the nonsensical policies implemented by the Company. They don't understand that they get paid because we the people spend our money there. If most of us decide not to buy from you, you will go out of business and the employees that so blindly want to enforce your nonsense policies will find themselves without a job.

Buyer beware, do not accept an appliance delivery from Costco without having the delivery person taking it completely out of the box and filming the condition of the unit. Also check to see it has feet. Any hidden damage due to delivery or shipping not reported in 90 days voids your warranty from the manufacturer and Costco. Now have a $800 8-month old paperweight that no one will take responsibility for. The damage was completely hidden at the time of delivery.

Costco continues to value profit over its customers. They raised their annual fee just to be able to enter the store. What upsets me is that they charge different prices for the same item in stores that are 10 minutes apart. So now I have to compare prices from one Costco to the other. Ridiculous Lines are unorganized and long on weekends. I love being able to check out on my phone at Sam's club and will be shopping there more and possibly canceling my Costco membership

I have not been a fa of Costo ever; however, I try because my husband likes them. This weekend we were in the line for self checkout, said to go to the left there were empty lines with no waiting. We went to the left to find all the line full with two or three people each (there were others found in the same situation). We went back to inform the staff this was not so. We were then told to go to the back of the self checkout line. Yet another wait. I get overwhelmed with how crowded this place always. My husband was even frustrated this time. Still not a fan. Informed the manager who said this is not the first time this has been done and they will speak to them. Didn’t you the first time?

Purchased a TV online and while visiting the warehouse noticed it was $300 cheaper. When I called the online customer service they mentioned there is nothing they can do as online is separate from the store. If purchasing online there should be mention to please visit the store to get a cheaper price as our online prices are much higher and customer service is will refuse to help. Just terrible

Just read on the news that Costco is removing Salmon from their cases due to listeria. My personal experience with Costco is that zi purchased salmon and no sooner did I get it home I noticed maggots under the wrapping of my salmon. Another time I purchased Costco’s muffins only to get home, make ready to eat a muffin and to my surprise there was mold thriving on the muffins in the box of muffins.

This couch was on the floor in my local store. It was regularly priced at $999. Same couch is now, 2 months later, listed in the Holiday Savings booklet for $999, after $300 reduction.This is so deceptive. It is an old department store trick. They raise the price before a sale and then put it on sale for the regular price. I expected better of Costco.

Costco is becoming worse than Sam’s Club. I was just in the store and they have 4 people blocking the entrance to make sure people know how to scan a card. We have been doing this forever at other stores. Get a grip. The employees are super rude anymore and you can get any of the to do more than point and say it’s over there. We pay for these memberships and should at least be treated with respect. There are so many stores that we don’t get treated well, that it is disappointing that now Costco has joined the ranks of the Walmart customer service and I have been a loyal customer for many years
