I still wonder why many people still fall prey to this increasingly complex Bitcoin scams? Though it may be upsetting, don't feel guilty. It's critical to report crypto currency scams and obtain the support you require if you have fallen victim to one. An internet organization has been created to assist consumers in reclaiming their stolen money from con artists. If you've fallen victim to a crypto currency fraud and want to get your money back, get in touch with Hackwest at writeme dot com for a reliable and efficient recovery. I was a victim of a crypto currency scam. I lost 205,000.00 USD while I was trying to make money via crypto currency. HACK WEST helped me to recover back all my stolen BTC from the scammers. They offer all kinds of hacking services. I strongly recommend the West.

NewHorizons has been quite helpful to me after I ran into fake agents. They helped me recover every single coin ($56,000 worth of bitcoin) that was scammed by Nixon exchange, a cryptocurrency trading company I invested my bitcoin with. If you find yourself in a similar situation and need your money back, you can reach out to them " NewHorizons001 at A0L d0T CoM "

My credit score was 450 a few weeks ago, being at my job for over 3 years with a steadily increasing income, but can’t get approved for a mortgage loan because of negative items that are from 6 years ago. A friend of mine recommended me to a credit specialist that raised my credit score to 780 in less than a month. File your reports: New Horizons 001 at AOL dot com

Worst customer service team for such a large company. Customer advisers do not log information on the system correctly. They fail to call back when they say they will. Avoid at all costs

We purchased a kettle 36 days ago and the inside filter has fallen out. We can't get it to go back in. I asked what we could do and was told that they would send a repair man to our house to try to repair it. I send that is not good use of resources for a £20 kettle. The agent then agreed and arranged a replacement. I asked what the process was and was told that we take our kettle back and when it is received in their warehouse the replacement will be sent out, so we then have to return to the tore to pick the new one up. How overly bureaucratic and environmentally poor. I will make purchases from Argos or other suppliers in future. Shame on you Currys.

Non existent customer service. Faulty cooker delivered and due to some very tight time constraints, (long story)I went and brought a replacement so that my electrician could wire it in and get us going straight away. I thought, no problem I'll sort the return & refund tomorrow. Several places on their website & their T&C's said I could return to a store. As I had literally nowhere to store this item while awaiting a lengthy collection process, I put in in the car and took it to my local store. The manager was really unhelpful said I couldn't return to store. So I left it with them anyway as I couldn't take it back. Then the lengthy saga of trying to contact customer service to explain where it was and for it to be uplifted. Their email address is no longer in service. The phone service after a lengthy wait said they couldn't help, neither could the online chat service. No one there will give you an email address to put your complaint in writing. They were happy to take my money and all is probably OK if you don't run into any problems. So the faulty cooker is now in your Stratford upon Avon store awaiting Currys to process my refund, which I've been told I won't get. So all I have left is a letter before action followed by a Small Claims through the court system. I have used Currys many, many times before and never have has such poor service.

On 18 December 2022 I ordered an integrated fridge freezer, with delivery and installation arranged for 20 December 2022. On the day the installer found the fridge was too deep for him to fit and said he often had issues with the specific manufacturer (Samsung). Rather than leave me without a fridge freezer over Christmas as the old one was broken, he left it (with instructions how to turn on in a few hours) and assured me I would be able to order a replacement in due course. Despite his assurances I also called customer services (0344561000 - 14 minutes) at 13:30 GMT, I made it clear what I had been told by the installer, and that the fridge would be used in the interim, and it was confirmed to me that I would subsequently be able to exchange the item for one that would fit. The next day I again called customer services (03445611234 - 24 minutes) at 11:32 to re-confirm the situation and was assured an exchange would be fine. At no point in these conversations was there any mention of the bizarre and frankly baffling policy of replacements needing to be within a 10 per cent price threshold of the original item, although in my case, as it panned out, that was the least of my concerns. Having researched potential alternatives I called again on 29 December 2022 (03445611234 - 43 minutes) at 12:54 explaining I needed to exchange. I was informed that the replacement product I had chosen was outside the 10 percent price threshold for exchanges. This made no sense to me, I tried another product and was told the same thing. I then said I wanted a refund and when it became apparent I had used the fridge freezer (as instructed by the delivery team), I was told it would not be eligible for exchange or refund, effectively leaving me with a £650.00 fridge which didn’t fit my kitchen. As you can imagine this was a highly stressful development considering I had acted on the instructions of Currys employees throughout. I tried to explain my position during this and two subsequent calls (13:48 – 44 minutes 14:32 – 45 minutes) and was met with a complete lack of empathy and no attempt whatsoever to do anything other than get me off the phone. The various operators I spoke to were terse and unwilling to discuss anything outside the ‘process’ despite my situation being wholly the result of actions and advice of Currys. Finally I demanded the installation fee be refunded and was offered that an ‘engineer’ could be booked in to remedy the situation. I accepted this and the visit was booked for 31 Dec 2022 between 12:20 and 16:20. On the 31 December 2022 at approximately 13:00 I tracked the status of the visit online and found the job had been marked as complete at 12:14! This obviously had not occurred. I called at 13:01 to explain this but was placed on hold and then cut off. I called again at 13:06 (50 minutes) and having been put on hold by one operator, only to be picked up by another and starting again was eventually told that despite the job being marked as complete, I would receive a visit on the day. I believe this was a lie designed purely to get me off the phone. No visit occurred that day. Being forced to deal with the situation myself I subsequently fitted the fridge/freezer successfully which means the whole situation could have been avoided with a bit of effort (and less terrible advice) from the original installation team, who I foolishly gave a £10 tip, thinking I had been given a good service. on 3 Jan I recounted my experience to the online chat and twitter DM simultaneously and managed to get the installation fee refunded. I also claimed a price match as the fridge was cheaper at AO.com. Neither of these payments can be considered as compensation. An email sent to the Chief Executive, also on 3 Jan, detailing my experience has not been replyed to. This experience, over the festive period and while suffering from Flu, was highly stressful and took up many hours, and I cannot see a situation where I will use Currys again. It is, in fact, more likely I will go out of my way to inform people of the risks involved of making a major purchase when any problems are ‘dealt with’ by a disinterested call centre based overseas.

I purchased an Xbox and an additional controller on Currys website on Black Friday, happy that I could get a good deal. It was supposed to be my son's Christmas present. I received confirmation of the order and an order number. A few days later, when I didn't receive any information regarding delivery time, etc. I contacted them. The guy on the online chat said that the order had been cancelled for some unknown reason, possibly having no stock available. I visited their branch in York; the customer service lady could not find my order on the system. She rang their central customer service office, and after a while, she accepted their solution of a refund, without even checking with me!! I didn't want a refund, I wanted my item. She said there was no other alternative and that the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days, indicating that it will most probably take more than 5 business days. She also said that I could complain to their customer service, but she was certain I would get nowhere with my complaint. A refund means that I will have to pay £80 extra to buy the same items elsewhere. This is not the end of the story; nearly a month has passed and I have not even received my refund!!! This ruined our son's Christmas and made me so furious and upset. Currys is a horrible company. I'm addressing Currys: If you don't have stock, why do you take people's money and hold onto it? Is this anything other than charlatanry and fraud? Do you think it's fair to suck up people's little money in the current economic climate with these horrible methods? PLEASE AVOID CURRYS!! Even if you see a good deal, don't trust them and be deceived. I haven't got my money back yet and they don't give a damn about it.

I bought a laptop at the Brighton store that was in fact, used by someone else before as it had the previous user's details still stored on it including their passwords and bank card details. When I took it back to the store and showed it to them, a staff member in the store suggested that this laptop may have been bought online, returned as unused and no one checked it. Utterly unprofessional for such a large retailer to have such low standards of service.

Awful customer service. What happened to Currys - in the last few years they have gone downhill. No staff on the shop floor and the ones that are there are useless, rude and dont have a clue. Bought a vacuum, had it delivered, it was broken. Went into Currys in Hayes and the customer service rep was uninterested and verging on the edge of rude. Said Currys would email me with a pickup date and confirmation of replacement - this email was meant to be the following Monday. By Wednesday no email received - went back into the shop, the lady on the customer service counter rang through to the customer service group, again they promised an email next day with pickup and delivery details. This email did not get sent. Waited 5 days, rang customer services - option 2- the person on the phone had no idea who to contact, kept saying she didn't know and couldn't help - all she kept saying was it will get sorted next year. This has been going on now for nearly a month and not one single person has been helpful or exhibited any kind of customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CURRYS - they take your money and do not follow through, Now we are left without a vacuum and not idea when this will be resolved.

Absolutely fuming 😤 Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not use currys again. Purchased a TV as a Christmas present, which arrived today with a broken screen. Did a live chat with customer service as we wanted to exchange it at a store tomorrow, to be told by a very unsympathetic Currys rep that we can't return to store, we have to send back ourselves via dpd and it will take at least 14 days to get the exchange. And then be sent a new tv via dpd who broke the first one! She refused to let us chat to a manager. Now we have to send a huge tv back by dpd and wait long after Christmas until we can get a new one for the Christmas present. Not getting an exchange, we will go elsewhere. Thanks for ruining our Christmas Currys. NOT HAPPY

They turned up today with my new washing machine. I'd paid for them to take away the old one and install the new one. They did neither. On phoning they tell me the extras I'd paid for had been rescheduled. For 6 weeks time! So I'm looking at a new maching machine sitting idly in the middle of my kitchen floor.

Most awful customer service experience. Ordered an iPad online. Received order confirmation email. No delivery. When chased the delivery was told that the order did not exist. Apparently they had a technical issue. The money was taken though. Over 4 weeks and still no refund. Tried all forms of media to get it sorted but no chance. Ignoring emails, social media comments and messages and phone calls are hung up on. Don’t ever buy anything from Currys most awful company.

Ordered printer. Paid extra for named day delivery. Received email day prior stating I would be given 'one hour' estimate of delivery time by 11am on day of delivery. Sat in all day, received email 2.46 pm stating delivery delayed until following day with same 'I would be given 'one hour' estimate of delivery time by 11am on day' - now have to take another day off work on off chance they may deliver. Tried ringing, after 5 minute loop got recorded message to ring courier! Problem is the courier doesn't provide a number or email, so how can I! Total abdication of responsibility by Currys, my contract is with you Currys, not the courier! I would ring courier, but they don't give a number or email. Why did I pay the extra delivery when Currys can't fulfill? Are Currys going to refund extra delivery cost? Er, no because I paid with £20 voucher and rest using card, I am only entitled to 64% on card and rest in another voucher? Unbelievable! Are Currys going to refund a days wages for extra day off to take delivery? No, I'll have to take that hit. Currys you are the worst! When item finally delivered following day, top tape on box split, had package been dropped or just tampered with? After telephoning complaint yesterday I was offered refund of the 'extra' paid for delivery, problem is Currys didn't have the decency to refund the full amount - 36% given as a'voucher' for Currys despite me stating I would never shop with Curry again. Currys you really are a despicable retailer. My advice, find a proper retailer, because Currys don't give a damn. Currys have obviously given up - will Currys be the next to go under? If Currys can't improve customer service they probably will be.

The worst shopping experience ever. Ordered a television. Delivered wrong one. Returned it within hour. Assured correct one would be delivered. Heard no more. Contacted customer services. They said go back to shop and collect a television. Three hours spent in shop who refused to give me the television I'd paid for. Unpleasant shop manager said "There's no way you're taking a television out of here today" even though we were standing next to half a dozen of the very model I'd paid for. Said new television would be delivered sometime in the future. Not very hopeful. If there's a worse place to shop I hope I never enter it's doors. Even the staff hate the place. No compensation offered. No incentive to shop there again. Been sixteen days now of bashing my head against a brick wall. As a pensioner who just had covid and then been hospitalised after two small strokes I really don't need this stress. Some companies will go to great lengths to make their customers feel valued. Some companies only pay lip service to that ethos. To make things worse, when I returned the television to the shop I was offered no proof that I had returned it, and was assured that the problem was solved, new television on way. Now I'm told that they won't refund me because I have no proof of return. Currys have just told me they're keeping my money. I'm a pensioner, I've just had two strokes, I'm on my own and don't know where to turn.

Returned the item to store but they don’t want to receive the return. Customer service don’t want to provide a label so I can leave it with a courier of their choice. Ruined my weekend with what should be simple task. Useless. No email to confirm return request. Customer services say they have no use of their own reference numbers provided for the returns. I think they just don’t want returns and they make every human possible effort to prevent returns. Do no recommend. This is not how a serious business operates.
