Fridge faulty within a month. Still awaiting item ordered over 6 weeks ago. Cut off on at least 7 occasions trying to rectify. Wasted over 6hrs of my time. Customer care dreadful. S.A call centre beyond a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hello, in a few days ago I had been in Currys in New Malden. There is a terrible customer service. I had speak with the manager ho is it very rude with me . I want to return laptop, but they declined my request. I had pay my insurance for full cover and is look like I wasted my money. Every one there in the shop they won’t me to help or fix the problem and use my insurance. When I said I will write my feedback to the website they say “ We don’t care”. I was surprised to hear that, because the cost of my laptop is £1200 and the process is doesn’t work at all. DON’T TRUST THEM. They are lied every one customer and they promise the thinks ho doesn’t cover. I am very angry of them and there behaviour is disappointed. One star is too mach for them. Take care

A credit repair specialist and his team were nothing short of phenomenal. My case was deemed challenging to other credit repair companies and contractors I've explored but Cyber-don took hold and got me to close on my 1st home in a little under 2 weeks after cleaning my credit and boosting my score to 788. Hello everyone my recommendation goes to TROVIAN CREDIT REPAIRS for what they have done for me I wouldn’t have believe that I will bounces back with a wonderful credit profile, I got an terrific accident that almost toke my life I was hospitalize for months not realizing that all those affected my credit report with a lot of bills I couldn’t bear with so I went ahead to look for help there I found the contacts of TROVIANS from an old friend of mine with good review so I went ahead with mine and to my greatest surprise they cleared all medical bills phone bill Tax Liens Bankruptcy and utility bills also gave me a perfect score of 810 with good Tradelines. Customer care is shocking don't know whot they get paid for , purchased a coffee machine but after 3 days we caught covid my husband being intensive care and my self realy I'll .it didn't work so rang to request if i could have a new one and told to take in to local currys were I was asked to prove we had been ill showing them picture of intensive care . After an hour long explaining why it was not returned in the month ,i left the machine to be mended or a new one to now be told it will be are fund the machine are double the price now and we can not afford to rebuy.I only want a new machine and think that currys could keep there customer happy and realize there's been a pandemic will never buy from currys again but think customer care should gave a shake up I'd be embarrassed to say I worked in this department shocking unhappy

Customer services absolutely shocking purchased a gaming monitor on the website there was no cables including in the box when I got the item there were cables and I've already bought all the cables off Amazon PC World Currys agent phone to try and sell me insurance I told him the problem and he basically said just send them back as faulty I said that is disgraceful and they should put the bill for this and he just refuse to help me

Shocking service. I bought a washing machine and tumble dryer. Took a week to be delivered (unless you pay up to £45 for a slot!!). Then when delivered, the tumble dryer was faulty. Spent countless hours trying to get through maze-like phone systems to arrange a replacement. Now have to wait another week for it - with an unusable tumble dryer sitting on the middle of the kitchen. Never again.

Terrible ... just terrible. If you are buying something online, better hope it works perfectly cause if it doesn't and you have to deal with them on the phone, GOOD LUCK!

They don't even deserve one star!! Purchased a microwave 7 months ago and it blew up, didn't have receipt so had to throw it and buy a new one. Purchased a TV and that wasn't working properly, had to keep taking it back to be repaired but, it kept getting Sen back with the same problem. It's been two weeks now that it's been in repair for and I still haven't heard from them!!!! Worst place ever to buy stuff from.

Not even one star !! I wouldn’t buy anything from them anymore!!! Very poor service! No one wants to do their job! No incentive for the employees to work and they lie not to do their job properly.

After placing my order I was notified that part of the order was no longer available but the rest was dispatched. It didn't arrive in the specified time frame so after a couple of days I phoned "customer services" an automated series of menus which eventually told me to contact the courier. Eventually the courier declare it a missing item. Used web-chat to contact Curry's but it couldn't understand my problem, was eventually transferred to a human who was not very helpful. Then told i needed to wait for the 'lost in transit team' to contact me which would take upto 14 days. Then parcel turned up in less than perfect condition, and as i had already sourced alternatives from elsewhere I used the online form to organise a return and refund. I received communication from the courier (different firm to delivery) but nothing from Curry's, no return label or barcode to include in the package. I had to discover the return address from the very small and badly printed label on the original package. I will never shop in Curry's again and nor will i suggest anyone else goes there.

Can’t speak to a manager, went through to complaint team and they said we just log it we don’t respond to it. My tv will need sending away to be fixed and no replacement while I wait. I’ve reviewed your comments below and it seems they don’t get fixed anyway. I will never buy a tv from you again.

Purchased a hoover it broke down sent it for repair and it came back not repaired have written to them requesting a refund with no reply so will take to small claims section of the county court

Avoid at all costs. I will never use curry’s again. I have tried a few times and have been met with failure after failure. Awful customer service being passed from pillar to post. Ridiculous protocols and losing £100 worth my products I had paid for and then saying it could take two weeks to find out what has happened to it on top of the 3 weeks already waited, but cannot send out another one. Useless company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

🌟Avoid at all costs!🌟 I can’t believe how bad Curry’s have got after using the company for many years with no problems. I purchased a Kenwood cooker (it is their own brand who Curry’s make under licence!) during lockdown. With 2 key workers in my home I needed reliability. What a joke!! The cooker broke down after four months and we had to wait over 3 weeks to repair. It then broke down again after another 4 months with the same problem. It took over 2 months to get it fixed for the second time. The engineer even said this is a common fault and their elements only last 4 months as Curry’s use cheaper elements at £10 rather than £17 for a better replacement! Curry’s now state that their appliances need to break 3 times in the first 12 months for them to even “consider” a replacement! This is “their” warranty terms. I have lost faith in the cooker and asked for a replacement or refund which has been refused too. The emotional stress, constant telephone calls, the run around and outright lies that this company has come out with is unbelievable! I have been pushed around from pillar to post! I have lost so much sleep with the stress this has made me ill I have also had to spend so much more money on microwave meals during a time that has been stressful enough. I am going to inform Trading Standards and continue through their complaints procedures because this is shocking.
