Get your FICO score raised with the help of CyberDon, I can tell you he’s the best I will refer to you. I desired to get in touch with him, I provided my info to him and he started working on my credit report. Lied to about reasons they wouldn't price match including returns policy (which was better than Currys), the competitor was not a UK company (they were) etc. Issued a voucher by Currys which they then declined, failed to call me back over 5 times, webchat team refuse to raise complaints, don't understand the issue and do very little but take a look time to deal with (I am up to 7 hours and counting!) Really poor service, unclear returns policy, much better customer service from competitors which I would recommend in a heart beat. Avoid.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 16 years working in retail. 6 phone calls, twice they hung up on me. Last call I was told I'd be called back because the agent had to speak to the manufacturer but she never called me back after 2 weeks. I have been trying to return my twice faulty unit now for nearly 1 month and nobody wants to help. I even tried the chat but after describing my issue they left the chat. Having working in customer services I can say with confidence that the agents are all cherry picking their tickets and if you raise an issue they don't want to deal with the will just hang up on you or will give you a BS story and empty promises to get you off the phone.

I used to have an amazing life and credit score but that changed last year when I couldn't pay at once,  the entire balance of my accumulated medical bill. Although I set up a payment plan with the collections agency, but the debt continued to crumple my credit score even as I kept paying it. I thank BoostmyCredIT @ FastservIce dot Com, a reputable credit specialist I found on Quora who helped in clearing the situation  and restoring my credit back to its previous high credit score. Words ain't just enough.

My husband wanted to buy a House and car, but he found out that his credit score was too low to do anything. He had about 13 cards in his collection. One was a medical bill I guess. Cyber Don came highly recommended by a friend of his. In Less than two Weeks, His credit score was raised to 802, took care of all collection cards and added a seasoned line of credit. Collection FINALLY after many their mistakes from new address which I provided everywhere and to everyone I arranged the collection but delivery with replacement to and old address!!!! which I underlined 100 times that I do not live there anymore! Collected from different address snd delivered to different: Don't expect cleverness from them, they don't even listen to you, contacted currys many times, the same robotic talk, promises and until now I do not have neither the replacement and refund and ofcourse NEVER email as they every talk promised, just ignore you likable rubbish! HORRIBLE experience, horrible customer service,they really do NOTHING except talking,some of them rude on the phone, looking, not blaming them but you, they just ignore problems and their obvious mistakes to deliver my replacement to someone else! I lost the old coffee machine and money!!!!! Somebody who live now at my old address have my machine!. HOW IS IT ACCEPTABLE!!! AVOID Currys.

Bad customer service!!!I was Sold a JVC tv which started to give problems in no time. Went in store an take the tv an it was not a pleasant process. My friend also had this same telly with the same issues which she got the choice of a tv exchange while I got a hard time In store and was not offered the same. Would not recommend buying from Currys pc!

I invested the sum of $ 203,800 in Bitcoin with a cryptocurrency company I met online. After a couple of weeks, my initial investment had increased from $ 203,800 to $ 391,650. The worse company ever. Especially delivery team. Driver Kieran delivered parcel 32 cross my street. Mine was 33 so next one,but he just passed my area, I seen him by window. Have been contacted Currys four times and I finally I had to raised official complaint. Still waiting for sorted out my delivery On customer service told me twice that my item will begin delivery next day morning,that I am first on the list. Now offered me delivery two days later!!! I am already lost money for two days unpaid holiday, and food worth over £100 which I must putting to bin. Because I recycled my old fridge. Don't using their delivery service!!!!! Arrange your own transport otherwise you being waiting days and hearing only lies!!!!!

Just this past month, I was in need to get my credit fixed and straight as I needed to get a home for my family, I”m a mom to 2kids. I got scammed of $47k on a bitcoin investment platform. It turned out the platform operated as a Ponzi scheme. I reported to the authorities and was made to write a series of statements which they didn't follow through, hence delaying the investigation. I lost my mind completely until a friend recommended Jerry, a recovery expert (JerryFixesIT @ cyberservices . Com)  who interceded and helped me recover most of what was swindled from me. Although a little percentage was taken out as service charge but is nothing compared to having my crypto back. I'm grateful to Jerry.

Bought new Candy Gas Hob. Quality was so poor I had it removed and purchased a different brand. Emailed Curry’s Customer Services and got absolutely nothing by way of reply. No way of getting out of it, my complaint was ignored. Even poor customer services send a rubbish reply. Where does this put Curry’s?

I have been making regular payments on a loan that was opened in January 2021, but my lender did not report my account to the credit bureaus until September same year. When this account popped up on my credit report, it showed that I had only made two payments even though I had not missed a single payment. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and contacted my lender to fix the problem on my credit report. They've been back and forth for months now with no signs of repair. Excellent, problem-free on-line shopping, until you need customer services, which are absolutely hopeless. Forget trying to get a query answered, other than such as appear in their limited range of automated answers. The telephone call-centre seems to be in the far-east and is impossible to use.

Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com . I had two older credit cards in collections that I had not paid off from a few years ago but I had two credit cards that I was very responsible with, and pay each one off in full every month. Few months ago I paid off the two older cards that are in collections but my credit wouldn't improve and that got me really stressed. Many credit repair agencies suggested it will still take me almost seven years to make my credit better. Thank you 'Cyberdon AT techie DOT com' for changing the narrative and restoring my credit back to a high 800 within a few weeks.

I was once a victim of a cryptocurrency scam online that cost me a lot of money. Still ongoing problem , purchased a 65 inch samsung tv for £599 in january and within 2 months lost it’s picture but they state they cannot replace and Samsung have to send out an engineer to confirm there us a fault this has been going on now for over a month with no picture and no engineer even though we contacted Samsung ourselves , terrible customer service from both Samsung and Currys and as a retail business owner ivam stunned they are even operating ( do not buy from Samsung or Currys ever ).

The Price match took so long I had to get another product. Calling customer service was awful and they couldn’t even explain how to submit a price match request. Really so difficult to use it is a false promise
