Very bad company. Would not recommend to anyone. Received two weeks ago my table with a missing leg. Customer service has not responded to any of my emails. Not one single response. The package is standing in my living room and I cannot do anything with it. Also no refund. Terrible company. My next step will be reporting to financial ombudsman as the company completely ignores my emails.

Don't use this company! No customer service at all. You can't phone them as you need an extension number to get through so I am unable to return faulty goods or get a refund. I took delivery of a nest of tables not only were the tables a different colour than advertised but there is puncture damage to the top of one of the tables. I have emailed three times and provided details through the return of faulty goods link on the website and have received no communication at all well beyond your company’s stated response time.

Con artists, refund process is like pulling teeth, slow to no communication. Intentionally makes it as slow and painful as possible.

Cant leave 0 star. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Desk I bought cane with a wrong part meaning its impossible to built. Been waiting since start of January for a reaolution. Customer service seem to believe asking to send the part we need is an impossible ask. Inital resolution given was if we wanted Β£20 off the desk to keep it. Keep a pile of wood. What a joke. No response now to emails and got told 30 workong days for a pick. Which once picked up we should contact the company to advise its been picked up. Absolutely fried minds working for them.

This company does not publish negative ones. To quotre from their customer service email "we have made the decision not to publish your review as the feedback given is unfounded as there is no fault with the product provided it just simply did not live up to your expectations. We are within our rights to do this." Dishonest, dishonourable. Avoid.

Shocking customer service and poor quality products Shocking customer service, item was purchased just before Christmas for a January birthday, on putting this together every piece had damage or had cheaply done paintwork. I emailed the company to raise this and was told it was too late, it was a day passed the 30 days even when I pointed out this was faulty and damaged they would not do anything, no part refund or exchange offered. Very poor quality products and even poorer customer service.

Ordered set of drawers Friday afternoon, delivered Tuesday afternoon. Exactly as advertised, great value. A first class service from start to finish. Can only think that the adverse remarks about this company have been made by competitors who cannot match this company

Excellent service and communication from start to finish, don't understand all the negative reviews, really satisfied with our sofa much better than I expected, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous.

Avoid! Customer service is terrible and you will have to fight to get your refund for the rubbish furniture they send you. Im still trying 4 weeks after returning items

Ignore this company don't buy anything they never reply to you and they sent me cheap damage item and they ask me to pay for return postage on my cost poor customer service don't waste your money and time with this company

Stay away! I've ordered a desk and after a week i havent received any communication about it. Not even a dispatch note, nothing. Huge silence from them. I've co tacted their customer service (as the phone number provided is not working) via a Web form. They got back to me with an answer that its a general automated message saying that order will ve expected within 3-5 working days AFTER its been dispatched. So nothing about MY order just a general b..s.hit. I've sent a second query and got the same automated message. So I'm waiting and hoping that I'll get my order or my money back. Would not recommend them!!!
