“Bravo and congratulations is what I can say to the Danetti Team. Over a year ago I ordered sofas. A couple of months later, I reported a fault. The customer service team said they would replace it. After 8 months of back and forth, every excuse under the sun, the sofa finally arrived 8 months later... Now produced by a UK factory as suppose to being produced in the far east. Although the customer service manager assured me she had checked the new sofa.... To be fair - I am not quite sure how. The legs do not match the instructions and the stitching and quality is appalling - please see pictures
Danetti have given me the option to replace my 'so called' new sofa with my old sofas (as option one), followed by two further options... ie, have a manufacture come and investigate the new faulty sofa or 3. Get another sofa and go through the whole torture with them again .... But to be honest, I have lost the will to live
So congratulations to danetti and the staff, they have gone full circle and got exactly what they probably wanted..... Replace my faulty sofa 8 months later, with the same faulty sofa... With no monetary compensation.

Danetti should have continued to work with the far east company, they changed to a UK manufacturer to be more sustainable, but the sofas arrived fully wrapped in thick double plastic.... Really sustainable... You couldn't write in any better way

“Would have given zero if an option. Bought 4 chairs and a bench for £1300 and all broke within a year. It has been almost 6 months that I am complaining and they keep saying the stock is coming. Once they even said the stock has arrived but it is faulty hence can't deliver. Pathetic customer service, no response on email for several follow-ups. Now I am asking refund and they are not responding to emails. It is such a health and safety issue for children due to poor quality chairs. Even Ikea chairs last for good 5 years before this. Planning to take this to Furniture Ombudsman. They should compensate for the loss of time and effort too.”

ON 28TH OF SEPTEMBER I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING IT GOT DELAYED TO ANOTHER 9-11 WEEKS! I TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE ALLOCATION FOR OCTOBER. HOW? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? WHY THEY TRIED TO DELAY MY ORDER WHEN THEY COULD DELIVER IN OCTOBER!!! THEY HAVE THE STUPID SYSTEM!
FINALLY I GOT ANOTHER MESSAGE SAYING DELAY OF 9-11 WEEKS AGAIN ON 12TH OF OCTOBER! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AS I THINK I WILL NEVER GET THE SOFA!

“I ordered a bed frame I seen in the showroom, when arrived the edges of the bed has absolutely no cushions at all very sharp edges, when I contacted them to ask them to resolve the issues they told me I need to give them a batch number of the bed and this can be found on the bottom of the head board, I checked that and was nothing there , and one of the advisers told me they can’t help me if I don’t provide that absolutely RIDICULOUS how can they don’t have an information of the bed they sold me , and also another this is that you need to be aware this is not Italian make furniture is all made in China”
“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We bought a bed from this company back in July 2021 and knew then it would be a 6 month lead time. However come January, the bed was running 2 weeks late. At the point of delivery, they delivered to our old address (despite me updating the new address with them directly & on the account), so then had to collect for redelivery which was due to be 2 weeks later. This bed never arrived on the confirmed delivery date, and so they later informed me they had somehow LOST the bed with their third-party collections service, so had to re-order a whole new bed on a further 3-month lead time. We had already gotten rid of our bed to make room for this which we thought was fine given we had a confirmed redelivery date, so were left sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 3 months. The bed finally arrived middle of May (so closer to 4 months!) and I am STILL one month later trying to get any gesture of goodwill/compensation from them for the huge mess-up on their part and the fact my partner is now attending weekly physio appointments due to a bad back from sleeping on the floor. All they're offering is a £50 credit voucher - as if I'd ever want to shop with them again?! Utterly appalling. Will be taking further.”
“I bought my gorgeous bed frame from Danetti in Jun 2020. We had issues from the beginning but I was so in love with the design that I never raised them (lesson learned)!
The issue with the bed frame is that it has two configurable support pieces underneath. Even though they are configured to the lowest setting , the surface of the bed that these pieces are support is elevated! So one third of the bed (the surface above the two support pieces is elevated), making the mattress sagging at the sides. I thought we could live with this, foolish of me for sure, but now both my partner and I are having back issues.
Even though it’s been a long time since we bought it, I thought I would try my luck so I reached out to their customer service team. “Is there anything you can do, even though it’s outside the warranty”, I asked, “Yes, we will open a case and help” they said, surprising me positively!
I shared the pictures I was asked, showing very clearly that the bed frame is immaculate and configured correctly, and the mattress clearly sagging at the ends. After a couple of follow ups and no call backs to get any feedback, I managed to talk to someone today and get the verdict. This person looked at my pictures and tried to convince me the bed frame looks great and there is an issue with my mattress! The said mattress is 3 times more expensive that their bed frame and when on the floor or on another bed it feels great, there is no sagging whatsoever!

- PRIORITISE COMFORT: Please make quality products not only to the eye but from a comfort perspective! You are risking the structure of people’s spines here!
- DON’T WASTE OUR TIME: If you aren’t willing to investigate an issue outside warranty, you are entitled to do so and you will be right in doing so! But please say so from the beginning and don’t waste people’s times!
- LOSE THE DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE: Lastly, any more importantly, teach your customer service team to be respectful and not dismissive!!! I am sleeping on my bed for months now, I have used the mattress on other frames and different beds, I don’t need to be “convinced” that my mattress is the issue and hear ten times on a 5 min call that “there is nothing wrong with the bed”.”

“Agreed a £1200+ sale over the phone on Saturday for a lounge chair and footstool, paid by card, was promised following Tuesday delivery. Main reason I agreed sale was for this speedy turnaround as another furniture company has recently left me with no furniture after waiting 14 weeks. Sat on the floor here. I mentioned this during the sales call, to which the nice sales lady replied "that's awful" and I was promised the date, again, and that an email confirmation to that effect would be sent. Cha-Ching £1200+ please.
Yes, you guessed it, no confirmation appeared. Left me phoning four times over days, looking for confirmation, to be told "system issues" were not allowing them to process orders, organise deliveries, etc. This is the same system that lets them take the money, right. By Monday I realised that my order was not going to be fulfilled in time. Raised a complaint by email, asked for refund on Monday night, was told 3-5 days for that.
Am now being told they will process the refund once this magical system is up and running, which they're HOPING is Wednesday afternoon. My refund apparently will be back with me in 3-5 days from then. That's what the first girl on Monday night said. So is that 3-5 days from Monday or Wednesday? This is the same system that took the money right? Suddenly it no worky?
Utter shambles. Misleading sales person. Unclear refund timeframe. Not a company I want to deal with again.”
“Terrible customer service. I ordered a cabinet. Paid extra for an after 6pm delivery. It turned up mid day and was damaged. Booked in a collection and redelivery for after 6pm, it was early and again damaged. 3rd time lucky, no. Again the 3rd cabinet was damaged. Apparently they have no managers working there so you have to deal with people that can't process anything.
Finally booked in a collection for the 3rd damaged unit for after 6pm and they was so early we wasn't in.
Such a bad company. I strongly advise against dealing with these.
If you end up have any small problem Danetti will manage to turn it into a big one.

“Very bad company on so many levels. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. The main issue was delivery lead times. Worst I’ve seen as I’ve bought from other companies recently. Another issues was the delivery of a damaged ceramic table, which they will not compensate me for the dealing with the hassle. Please avoid this company, they should not be allowed to operate in my opinion. They come across as a complete shambles.”

Where do I begin with the Danetti tale of woe. Brand new customer ordering a new dining table available to preorder, with a 5 week wait. Order arrives roughly to schedule, but table top has marks all around the edges, paint chipped and flaked off the glass. One of the legs has been threaded incorrectly so the protective feet do not sit flush and unable to screw in. Replacement ordered, have to drive another 150 mile trip to the new house and wait in all day for delivery. Courier calls late afternoon to say it’s shattered, but still manage to collect the original table. Meanwhile trying to fix the table leg issue. After calling customer services to chase for a replacement, they agree to check the table in the warehouse before sending for a Sunday delivery. All arranged on the phone for this to happen. Late Saturday I’m concerned there’s been no email from Danetti / panther (their chosen courier) so I call up to find out it’s not been checked and Sunday delivery won’t be happening. It’s a good job I called to save myself another 150mile trip for nothing. Danetti didn’t think to call to tell me of the delay… so agreed on the phone to now deliver on the Monday. This has yet to happen, and having already driven 300 miles so far, I am still without a table top and a leg without a protective foot. I understand damages can occur but talk is also cheap, promises have been made but each time have failed one way or another. They have agreed to offer some kind of compensation for all of this, which they are only looking into once I have a dining table I’m happy with. Let’s hope it’s worth the 3 days taken off work, 450+miles driven. Hopefully everything is resolved enough to persuade me to ever shop with Danetti again, because so far I would only warn people to avoid this company based on my experience so far.”
