impossible to contact... returned items a month ago and have not even recieved an email saying they have received them, so dont know when ill see my refund!! if only they'd give a phone number so you could speak to someone!! ill never order thru them again”

“I purchased a gaming chair in November for a Christmas present for my grandson and when he opened it on Christmas day it was damaged.
Waited in 2 days to have it uplifted, with no luck
Eventually got uplifted by Royal Mail 15/1/24 and still no refund received.

“I've had horrible expirience with Debenhams customer service. They are not helpful but for over 2 months were sending confusing replies to my emails. I ordered from them 3 sets of beddings and only recieved 1. They kept saying that they were investigating and after multiply emails on my side someone replied that parcel was lost in transit and asked me if I wanted items to be resent or a refund. When I asked for replacement everything started again, they said they investigating again!!! You get reply from multiply different people form their customer service and it looks like they don't even read previoisly sent emails on their side just give you generic reply. So after 2 months I haven't recieved my missing items or refund for them . Defenetely wouldn't reccomend buying anything from their website”
“Please don't order from these fraudsters. I ordered before Xmas in came different parcels, 2 from Debenhams and 3 from partners. One of the parcels had clothes labelled as 12/14 when I ordered 16/18. I messaged the partner and they said they were incorrect labelled but correct size, no such thing. I decided to send everything back the quality I'd really poor. It took me an hour, to get them all ready, then drive to the post office. Then they didn't refund all my returns
I've had to constantly chase them and the partner issued the refund request. Them they have charged me £3.98 for sending 2 parcels back. Parcels which they sent 1 item in 1 and 3 items in another not my fault that they can't send it all in one parcels,and for returns that were the incorrect size again not my fault
The CEO ignores you, they just are a terrible company. Their customer service is outsourced and they work of a script”

BEWARE!!!!
Ordered a TV unit and it arrived faulty and damaged! At first Debenhams were allowing me to return, however as I was away for Christmas I advised I could only do this after I returned. Once I returned and tried arranging for them to collect, they now no longer wish to accept a return are quoting it’s out of the 30 day period!!
Of course it’s out of the period!!! I mentioned this and it was originally fine!!!
Now Debenhams are advising that I have joined the unit wrong?? And are brushing of the fact the unit has physical damage when it arrived. Images have been sent and they are now brushing the matter under the carpet!
Their customer service is useless and I had to constantly chase up responses. I will NEVER USE DEBENHAMS again!!!

Debenhams is effectively using 3rd parties to drop ship their items. Clearly Debenhams have no control over this and can't/ won't do anything to resolve untrustworthy 3rd party issues. You don't need to shop at Debenhams so DONT risk it!
Everything on offer by Debenhams is available elsewhere, if gambling is your game use Debenhams!”

They refuse to acknowledge my cancellation of order and even worse the appear to be refusing to refund MY money. Distance law means nothing to this shower. Of they aren't really Debenhams. Got delivered a parcel with 2 items that were not mine.
Messaged on Instagram for my items and I would return the others. They said they were packaged together but they would check footage and if the footage shows they were together they wouldn't refund or deliver my items.. yet they have asked for there's back, that don't seem fair. Asked to log a complaint but they ignored me. Emailed CEO but looks like they have blocked outsiders probably because he had so many complaints.
Just because items are boxed together it does not mean the address was added correctly come on guys think about it.
