I placed a review on line regarding a load of crap that i bought on the Debenhams site. It was a cabinet and i got scammed by them. Trustpilot who are also as incompetent as them with dealing with customers in so far as, they emailed me to say they had received a reply from Debenahams to which i read and the idiot there asked me for extra information but not how to reply. There was no phone number or email address for Debenhams, so how am i supposed to give the idiot the details she requested. I aked Trustpilot who are also difficult to contact but managed but again i am dealing with another idiot. The whole matter is ridiculous when all i want to do is send the idiot at Debenhams the information she has asked for. Anybody know how i can without difficulty to get hold of Debenhams. You wouldn't believe how impossible it is and when as is the bane of my life to have to deal with so many stupid people which makes everything so much harder
every number that says it is Debenham's customer that I have called says I have called the wrong number, I have got the number on there website and have tried to call 08445 616 161 I need to speak to customer service,
I have been through to the call centre twice today to have them put me through to the wakefield store when they put me through the call disconnects this is frustrating given I have had to wait 20 minutes then 35 minutes to get through to anyone in the first place. Can someone from the wakefield store call me?
