I would prefer to give zero stars. Stuck in an endless loop with terrible customer service. I received broken make-up palette, and Debenhams are refusing to refund me the delivery charge, as the broken item was 'delivered on time'! It was broken and unusable! They ignore the Consumer Rights Act. A truly awful experience, I will never shop there again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have ordered few things from Debenhams, I have received 3 of them and one of the items got lost or stolen. I’ve been trying for weeks to resolve it with their customer service and the only respond so far is that I’ve been asked to fill few forms for non receiving item. Their customer service is complete joke. My advise never buy from them.
