I ordered a kayak which didn't arrive at the store and was told to reorder; which I did. Then when I received the email to let me know it was at the store; I drove to Edinburgh to pick it up, only to find a box with no kayak. I reordered, I received an email to tell me that there was no kayak in store and to reorder online. 2 days later, I received a phone call to tell me it had arrived (depite having not re ordered. I honestly have no idea what's going on

The delivery time was a lot longer than I expected it to be and wasn't able to be altered. Also the item was very difficult to put together and for the price I was expecting it to be assembled

I still didn't receive my order. Regarding email I received from you I supposed to recive it next day. 'We have great news for you! Your order DCUK2613337 has now been dispatched and will be delivered the next working day by 6pm. ' My order is still in transit. I'm not happy with that. Regards. Agnieszka Dlugosz

Sadly, Decathlon is going downhill. My nearest store now charges for parking, even if you want to buy, so I will no longer go there. My second-nearest has no stock in of anything that I want or need at this time of year, and two wasted long car journey to prove it! Had to resort to buying a protective helmet online and they didn't have my size - or, rather, it stated that they did but when it came it was way too big. I really needed to try it on. The item quality was also poor, although to be fair it was a reasonably cheap item in the range, and it isn't really safe for use, not adjustable enough and so on. I need to buy boots, as my lovely old Decathlon pair are going to wear out soon: but they don't do them any more online or in store - and again, buying something that needs to be a good fit is silly online unless very cheap or identical to what you've already got (which is what I really want!). My girlfriend also wasted journeys going to buy some decent walking boots and finding out that they had nothing even near useful in stock in early October... Only trainers. A real pity: I used to love Decathlon stuff but it's not a pleasure to shop or buy from them any more and their quality and range has declined.

All the life jackets I looked at were all missing important bits. Pause I had to make 2 journeys from Stoke on Trent.

Brought an Adidas tracksuit advertised as age 10 from the Internet site. Took me nearly an hour to get to the Decathlon store at Giltbrook, Notts on a Sunday afternoon (not Decathlon's fault just the stupid car park) however when I got home the tracksuit was actually aged 9-10 so way too smal for my son

Thank you for contacting us, Dear customer. Thank you for the time you have spent giving us your feedback. We apologise you have not received the correct size for your Adidas tracksuit. We looked into the cause of this error and have discovered that we have made an miscalculation with the UK & US sizing of this model. Different brands use different measurements to measure their footwear, we have applied our Decathlon branded size chart to this product which has caused the UK & US conversion to be incorrect, the EU size remains correct. We apologise profoundly for this inaccuracy and will be reporting this back to product manager to make the necessary changes so that we can avoid this occurring in the future. Have a nice day.

I ordered the product on line for click and collect which was fine and straight forward. I ordered it on a Friday and it said it would be available to collect the following Saturday which I thought was an ok lead time but I needed it that Saturday as it was a birthday present. I didn't receive an email by Saturday morning to confirm I could collect. I spoke to the help line who confirmed it had been delivered to store but needed to be checked into click and collect system to generate the email. it got to after 2pm and still no email. I rang the store direct who then confirmed it was in store and that I could collect. I turned up around 20 minutes after that phone call, the store was very busy with it being a Saturday. I got to the till and they said they couldn't find the order on the system. I told them I had called and eventually someone came with the parcel. it was a lot of chasing around from me and I still never received an email after that to say it was ready or confirm I had collected which I normally get from other stores when I have done click and collect before. needs more organisation I feel.

There is not enough varity of stock compared with other Decathlon stores I have visited in Europe, such as the one in Cherbourg, just outside Futurescope/Poitier, off the Etoile in Paris and either of the two near Palma. If the stock in the Belfast Decathlon store was as good as these stores, there woud be a bigger draw for potiental customers, as they would not have a wasted journey.

No stock on website so can't purchase anything I keep checking but nothing on the speargun section and nobody knows when there will be another intake of guns I want to buy off decathlon because they have been really good with other orders I have had and I want to get my points up .

Order came and the items are not right for what I need but this is fair enough however there is no return label with the parcel so I now need to spend time finding a store and returning that way which is an inconvenience for me

Your delivery system was very bad. I chose a drop at a Morrison's; the whole locker set went unusable. It was dropped from the list of available sites when I was trying to track my package, which was "in transit". The distributor could not divert to another drop, or to me, without instructions from the merchant. So I had to get back to Decathlon; it was not known that there was a problem at Morrison's Aberdeen. Mechanics were to try to fix it (I think only after I had made the problem known). The package could be delivered to it after it was repaired, but nobody knew how long that would take. We agreed a new order to be delivered direct to me. I had wanted a speedy receipt when I purchased; I did not get it by many days. I was not impressed by my being responsible for discovering the problem and for having to make contact with both distributor and merchant to identify and rectify. There should be a better feedback of a delivery problem, so that rectification can be quickly initiated by Decathlon.

Out of 3 orders I have placed every single one has had a problem. First one, the order went missing, second one the wrong order was processed and this last one should have been delivered Tuesday 18th by 18:00 and I'm still waiting and Inpost can't find the order yet! Really bad service. I just dispair.

I'm not familiar with computers and nor is older generation. So I struggle in making order. Also where store lacks is once you have made an order and gone to pay at counter I thought item I had payed for was at back of shop in store room. Like way Argos is.now I have make another journey into Southampton to collect an item that I ordered week before

The order never arrived and when I tried to track it the tracking number wasn't valid. It then turned out Royal Mail can't find the parcel.

I had a very bad experince for the 1st odering online for matter of fact i placed my order then it was delayed due to 1 items was out of stock. because of 1 items they could not send the whole order unless i cancel the item. Also most of my order are size different to normal, i placed order for small now the look as xsmall for me. i will drop all the order back this weekend. I love your shop and the brand decathlon long live the barnd but please get it right!

I bought one product, it was perfect. Delivered ahead of schedule and its high quality. Many thanks. You loose a star for the reticulate amount of excess packaging, and two stars for all the spam emails afterwards. I didn't sign up for anything, yet it was unavoidable to just buy something without creating the first steps of some kind of profile with a points system. It's a terrible idea, people just want good products and convenience; they don't want a decathlon profile any more than they want a pg tips profile, or an Argos profile.

I ordered sandals in size 7 & was sent size 8.I returned them & requested that the correct size be sent & very quickly received ,once again,size 8!!! Each time I checked online & size 7 were in stockI returned them & got a full refund but will never order from Decathlon again.
