Please do not buy anything from them. They are looking to rob you of your money with an absolute horrendous of customer service. They pawn off the responsibility to each other and do not want to help their customers. It is part of their strategy. Please spend some extra money and buy a laptop where the employers actually care about you.

Terrible experience. The current 1.5 star rating is too generous. Complete scam, Dell cannot fix, laptop is unusable.

I needed a loan for a business deal but I got denied because of my poor credit history, so I checked up some reviewed available offers for various micro-finance credit repair organisations to help me improve my credit. I stumbled on a particular name numerous times so it was easy and safe to pick him. In 16 days, he was able to erase all derogatory remarks and a few collections on my profile. It was the best news I had gotten in a while as I got the money just after that, although the procedure was a bit stressful but was worth every bit of it. Compared to other credit specialists, he was communicative in every step and service offered. ''B o o s T M y c r e d I T @ F a s t s e R V I c e dot C O M''. I implore that you hit him up via the above mail if you have similar issues. No regrets, 100% recommendation.

Purchased brand new inspirion15 directly from Dell, within 2 weeks the screen froze. You have to power down and back each time you start a new session. Fell ill and was unable to deal with issue until I then had it for 30ish days- at that point I had to send it in to get fixed instead of receiving a new laptop. When you call Dell, you are actually calling India, I'm told there is not a phone number to keep your call in America. It is very hard to understand the person that's there to "help" you. I was hung up on once. Hopefully it will be sent back and working, but it has been nothing but a hassle and will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER DELL PRODUCT, it is GARBAGE. I purchased the laptop the first week of September and sent it back about a week ago.

The in person tech was nice but my laptop still having the same issues ( system power down when it like & hard to turn back on once that occurred, they put in a new motherboard but still having the same issue plus others) and now I cant bluetooth the tool I need for work. The support team over the phone is no help. I wished I never purchase a Dell product. This is about 4 months old and I'm having so many problems already a waste of my money. Now let's see how long this problem gonna continue and not get resolved.

Tried to give an honest review but they don't like criticism. Don't believe any good reviews about Dell, they're terrible.

Disgusting service once again from Dell. Ordered and paid for a new computer 4th December, delivery estimated 14th - 22nd December. Monitored progress on website, no progress shown so phoned them only to eventually be told that Dell had cancelled the order on the 13th because some parts were not available. No contact, no email, no phone call, no text, no apology. I will receive my refund in 5-7 working days. I will go to store to buy a replacement but it won't be a Dell. Nor will I be replacing my business computers with Dell. I should have learnt my lesson previously, I bought two Latitude laptops for my daughters, one was faulty, I was told could buy a new one and get it delivered within 3 days but no refund or wait a week for an on-site repair. So once you've spent your money they really don't care.

Awful service, cancelled my Black Friday offer which was my wifes christmas present. Spent hours on the phone, they said it was oversold but still in stock on the website at the full price. I ended up getting another model. 3 weeks later had a confirmation saying the item was due from delivery on the 14th. Time window given 0900-1800 hours. Took a day off to wait in for it and nothing arrived. Two days later another confirmation to say on it's way from DHL. Awful service. Used to be a good company but those days are gone.

My new Dell laptop stopped working(Processor fan) Within the one year warranty. Dell had me mail the computer to them for repair. I took pictures of the computer Prior to sending it to Dell, Packaged it properly, And sent it for repair. The computer was damaged Whenever at Dell. They attempted to charge me for the new damage!, but thankfully I had pictures/proof of sending it in properly with no outer damage. Dell attempted to repair the fan. Whenever it came back, the fan still did not work. I did attempt to call and tell them the computer felt hot, however they stated that laptops normally do this. At that time the warranty ran out. I am still receiving error messages about the same processing fan. Dell refuses to continue to work on the processing fan which they "repaired" prior to the warranty ending. They want to charge me over a $180 just for a second processing fan repair. I do not think that they repaired it in the 1st place. All of the people I speak with are from a different country and they do not have American values. They do not take pride in their work and they do not want to make things right with the customer. My laptop was under warranty and the 1st repair by Dell should have been enough.

I have had my Dell Inspiron 7373 2-in-1 laptop since 2017. The laptop is lightning fast performance-wise (Intel Core i5 8th Gen, 128 SSD, 8GB RAM). My main complaint is that they have replaced FOUR motherboards in addition to the one that came with the unit for the same exact problem. So FIVE motherboards in total in 4 years. The problem starts with trying to put the laptop in "sleep" mode. It goes into sleep, but you cannot bring it back out of sleep. The button and keyboard light up, but it never comes awake (the screen stays totally black and off). One has to hold down the power button and turn it off then turn back on. Eventually, the problem extends to turning the laptop on from being completely shut off. You press the power button and the button lights up and so does the keyboard, but it does not power up. The screen stays black and off. One has to hold the power button down for several seconds to shut it back down. It will take 3-4 tries before the laptop finally boots up. When these issues start to happen, they are consistent and not just a once-in-a-while glitch. After 3.5 - 4 hours online with a Dell tech support rep, each time it ends with them sending a tech out to replace the motherboard and it will work for a while. Not too long after it starts doing it again. These motherboards may be manufactured incorrectly/defective as the issues will reappear within months. My other complaint is that I am also on my fourth OEM battery. The battery lasts under a year and by that time will old hold LESS than one hour of juice. I treat my battery well by charging it to 100% then disconnecting the power supply after it is charged until it gets down to less than 20%. No, I do not leave the charger plugged in, but they always want to blame that for the embarrassing short battery life. I do not think I will purchase another Dell, which is unfortunate as I have made numerous Dell purchases (notebooks and desktops) for over 20 years (since the late 1990s).

Bought a Dell Laptop in 2018 it was an Inspiron 17 (5000 series). It was on sale for $400. Had the 17in. screen full HD, with a light-up keyboard. Only wanted to use it for school, so I wanted a mid model laptop. So I want a processor that was in the middle so that it wasn't too slow but also wasn't going to be too expensive. It has the Intel Core i5 (7th Gen) Processor. When I got it, the damn thing is slower than a windows '98! Seriously! Takes forever to boot-up and when it finally does, it still freezes and can't handle Chrome open with Word open without it taking forever to switch back and forth. I have a Dell XPS Desktop from 2009 with a First Gen i7 Intel Processor and that still runs better than this newer laptop. I'll never buy another Dell again, nor will I but a computer with an Intel in it as well. Be nice if they made the parts changable, I'd be glad to put in a better processor. Plus Dell's customer service is horrible, all they want is your money and can never admit their faults.

Dell is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service associates are very unprofessional. Dell's only point is to transfer you around and around until you just give up. They tell you to expect call backs from Supervisors that never materialize, as well as phantom emails they claim to have sent. There products are garbage, and Dell refuses to stand by their products when they fail to work unless you are willing to pay them more to fix or replace it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....

Worst decision I made was buy a dell. The amount of software issues from windows and constant “not responding” error Messages and uninstalling and reinstalling….. EVERY SINGLE time I have to do this taking hours. I’ve had an apple before and never in my life have I dealt with hours of just messing around vs actually using the pc. Windows doesn’t seem compatible on dell. Chrome freezes! Edge freezes. It’s annoying and this is a new pc!! I barely use It because of the issues I have to deal with (this leads me To constantly revert to my work computer)….. why is windows 10 not compatible with dell???

I tried to buy a bluetooth speaker from Dell online on Black Friday after being directed there by Wirecutter. The speaker was 20% off. I got an email five days later telling me to call Dell. There had been a technical error, they would have to replace my order, but the item was now out of stock. The confidence with which the rep told me that the item was in stock when I placed the order, but that it was no longer in stock so I couldn't order it was Kafka-esque. So now I won't get the speaker and I have no chance of finding it with Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals at a different retailer. It's no wonder I haven't purchased anything from Dell since the early 2000s. What a joke of a business.

I purchased dell laptop from Amazon. So i got my laptop by delivery. After few weeks, laptop got starting hearing and we I went to dell service. They told me RAM was defective. And there was no warranty as it was not dell's. So i mailed to Amazon but they also refused. Now with my money, I purchased a new one. But, I got to know that the slot was also not working. But they at that time didn't tell me. So, verdict is that I purchased 40k dell laptop from Amazon. And In 8 months, laptop stopped working. And both Amazon and dell are, acc to me, not good companies. Most importantly, Dell.
