“ So I purchased sunglasses from D.Franklin us store and also paid $15 extra for shipping, upon delivery I was asked to pay custom fees of $33 of which I was not informed about. I've tried to contact them and haven't gotten a reply for 4 days now and the product will only stay in the post office for 15 days. ”
