Bought sofas two months ago and still waiting for the delivery. Everytime we contact them, they are not helpful. We need our sofas that we already paid for!!
This is giving us stress and health issues as we have no sofas to sit.

I contacted DFS regarding my delivery date because it is scheduled for when I am away and told I have to wait for a call in 72 hours (like we can stay near a phone for 72 hours) then I had a lamp delivered that was damaged and attempted to try and get a refund but you can’t ring anyone or request a return and the chat team tells you you have to wait 72 hours (another 72 hours) for a phone call to arrange return.
