Ordered my 3 and 2 seater zinc sofas from DFS Exeter, where we received excellent service. We were given a 10 week delivery scale, so I was absolutely delighted when received a text after 8 weeks to say they were ready to be delivered, arrived on due date by 2 really efficient guys. I have seen some negative reviews about DFS, but for me 100% great service.

I’m calling them DFS , approximate, estimate as everything is designed to give them a get out for poor service.

I called the aftercare department who sent a service man round to view this issue, I told him he could take the chair back as I couldn't have a chair which tipped every time you get out of it, but would have feet placed on the sofa.
