However DFS were quick to fix these problems as they cropped up on 3 separate occasions and My experience with DFS customer service has been nothing short of outstanding.

i have had an engineer out to visit and then a follow up call from the cambridge store manager who has told me it’s like a jumper that you need to de-bobble, all you need to do is get a debobbler tool, i explained that if someone had told me this about would never of bought it, really unhappy with this service and would advise people not to buy this sofa or use DFS.

First time ever bought from DFS Big mistake Had issues with the cushion on my chair from the first week Had a manager out 4 times who said it’s normal for a cover to move around that much and to redress it every day Never heard such rubbish Customer service were good at engaging but no positive outcome Will not accept that a new chair has any fault Don’t even go to the store Always looks so plush They probably spend all day redressing the furniture
