“i purchased the same laptops from three different sellers. i received the tracking numbers from all three sellers, tracked them and all three were delivered to different states. the only positive thing i can say is all three orders were refunded immediately. stay away from electronics they have no positive feedback and there are lots of people buying from them everyday. you will not receive what you ordered because it does not exist. a package being delivered to the wrong place one could be a mistake but three times in a row is a total scam so buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this company has been in business a long time the problem is the sellers.”

“I ordered a seagate portable hard drive. It was used and did not work when I received it. I never got any reply from the seller for a refund or resolution. It was never said in the advertisement that it was used. The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the device, and the markings on the device were worn out. I will never buy from this place again.”

“I placed my order 3 days ago and they took the $400 out of my account immediately. I received confirmation email on all my orders but the next day they said my order was pending payment verification and I had to call my bank to get an authorization number. I gave them the authorization number and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and I still have not heard back from them. When I wrote another email to them I received a note saying the company was on holiday from Oct 1-8th. None of the sellers will ship my items, the $400 is still taken out of my account and it is the 4th of October. So I'm waiting around for over a week to get a response from someone after they already took the money out of my account. Do not order from this place.”

“The seller sent two tracking numbers. The first was listed just to get the funds released to them, which was delivered to an address in Yorkshire, however I live in East Sussex. Whereas the second tracking number was sent as a decoy so while I was following this, upon delivery confirmation of the first tracking, funds where automatically released after 7 days! The seller informed me that the first tracking was another customers hence the second tracking number was sent to me. BTW this second tracking was delivered in Scotland! This is just TOTAL FRAUD! Dhgate has Totally washed their hands of this completely voiding their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! They say only the seller can refund me the money however the seller is longer selling and has no funds to refund me! So £120 gone, no goods with two tracking delivery confirmations, both to wrong addresses! Their customer service is just like a repetitive parrot "our hands are tied, only the seller can refund you, however we will encourage the seller to refund you!" please take my advice! Do not purchase from this unprofessional and unscrupulous company! They do not have any control or security measures in place regarding their sellers!”

Price for every products is $95, so 4 x $95 is a LOT of money for me. I opened dispute for all faulty products, they ask for pictures, videos, shipping label and other impossible things just to protect their seller!!!! Finally after almost one month and tons of emails all case closed without any solution for me as buyer. So People, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEB SITE!!! “Ordered a bass guitar from one seller, it shipped to New Jersey ( I live in UTAH!) after a week or so I was able to get a partial refund. Ordered the same item from a different seller, this time it went to ATLANTA! was able to get a full refund this time. I have ordered for the 3rd time from yet another seller. We'll see if it arrives or ends up in another state. Either way this is the last time I order through this website.”

“Ordered three items, got email the orders process and didn't hear anything else, looked a week later to find out that 2 of my items had been delivered to New York and TEXAS, I live in Florida where they were supposed to have been shipped. Chatting live was not much help and the forms they send to negotiate refunds of reshipment are too explicated, easy to click wrong response and settle even if you are not trying to settle. You money is tied up instead of just REFUNDING. Wrong address shipped to dose not seemed to tell DHGATE, hey got a delivery that I didn't order? Tells me there may be some people at the selling company sending to people they know in the states ? RING ?? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DHGATE AGAIN. TO COMPLICATED trying to resolve and now have to shop for gifts again, HOURS wasted shopping. I can't even get information where the 3rd order was shipped but says it is still in transit! Not much hope it will arrive at my door !”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS VERY DECEPTIVE. I have paced an order with over 3 different suppliers over a month ago and have not received a package from any of them. each of my orders from different suppliers were sent to the wrong address when I tracked them. I have reached out to each seller very calmly and still no reply from either of them. This is a very malicious company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE. Aliexpress is a much safer place to shop.”

“I have ordered from DHGate and got what I ordered. I have ordered from DHGate and never received anything. Their refund process is a joke and the site is full of sellers that send nothing and offer a partial refund when you complain. I think that is the way they do business. I will never order from DH again and if you do GOOD Luck! you will need it. Don't be a SUCKER.It only cost me 35.00 to find out. I am warning you for FREE!”

“People are telling that DHgate is scam, but I've been doing purcharse on it for more than 3 years. I've never had any issues. Sometimes quality not perfect, but it's because i choose the cheapest seller. I've bought more than 20 000$ on this website and never had any issues. You have to find good sellers, same as eBay. Shipping sometimes long, but this is what happens when you buy in China. I highly recommend DHgate for reseller. Thank you”

“Ordered soccer shoes after a month reply to seller and he said they was shipped. The tracking number was changed a couple times which never showed where the package was at. Then received a small envelope from over seas with a tissue in it. Thinking that’s the proof they sent something. So after filling out claims they said item was shipped and received. The dispute experience was a joke I had tons of evidence that I didn’t get product but wanted something from post office that doesn’t exist. Total scam stay far away.”

“85% of the reviews have 1 star...what does that tell you. I ordered leather sneaker shoes USD$138. Delivery took ages. When they finally arrived, they were the worst quality shoes ive ever seen. The whole inside part of the shoe lifts out (insole and beyond). Absolute RUBBISH. No heel support. They also sell the exact same shoe (non leather) for USD$58 Dont get Caught out. This company should be SHUT down”
