“I placed an order on Disturbia a month and a half ago (I haven't received anything, nor have I gotten my money back).
A month and a half ago, I placed an order that was supposed to take a month to arrive—I accepted that. On the day my order was supposed to be delivered, I noticed something suspicious. The tracking showed that it had been delivered at 11:57 AM, but no one rang my doorbell or called my phone. I went downstairs to check if the package had been left at my door or in the building hallway, but there was nothing.
I emailed them to ask what could be done, and they told me to check everywhere—neighbors, etc. I did that, but there was nothing. So I contacted them again, and they apologized, saying they would resend my order free of charge. They also assured me it would arrive within 7–15 days, faster than the first time.
However, the same thing happened again. On the day my package was supposed to arrive, it didn’t. The tracking once again marked it as delivered at 11:50 AM, but no one rang my doorbell, and there was no sign that anyone had attempted a delivery. I contacted them again, and they apologized once more.
The courier company (Track678) is a scam. It was my mistake not to check beforehand, but I had never heard anything bad about Disturbia—only about the courier. It’s not about the money, but I was really upset because I loved the clothes so much and truly wanted them. Unfortunately, I’ll never get the chance to wear them. I’m very disappointed.”
“Awful experience. I'm having a problem with an order I've placed that isn't showing up on my Disturbia account nor I got any order confirmation email in my mail inbox. Clearly there is a technical issue of some sort on Disturbia's end. I'm trying to get customer support since December 27th from Disturbia through multiple platforms (email, live chat, social media) but I still haven't received it. Today I've been waiting in a live chat session since 10am, an agent (Abby) picked up my case, it's been 6 hours and I've waited patiently for 6 hours INVAIN because she seems to have few issues: lack of focus, 1hour+ delay between every reply, lack of basic understanding of the issue. Don't get me started with the other 2 channels I've tried: email and social media, zero replies from either of them. It's been 4 days, I've been charged for 300€ and I still don't see my order in my Disturbia account nor I got any order confirmation email in my inbox. I don't think I'm asking for much.”
“This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. My order was never sent, and they didn't bother to inform me or follow up with the shipping company—| had to do it myself. Initially, they refused to replace the order, claiming it wasn't possible. When they finally did attempt a replacement, the item was out of stock. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund due to 'an error,' causing even more delays (which I had to follow up on). I ordered almost a month ago and am still sorting their mess. Extremely disappointing!”
“If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT buy from this company if you're not in the US or UK. Their customer service is beyond incompetent and you'll never get a refund or return if you request one for an incorrect size. I measured but the clothes I ordered were still too big. I tried to request a returned label (for a lot of Monet for international shipping btw) and it just wouldn't work. I reached out to customer service but that's where it became a circus. They kept replying to my email chain with weird cryptic or brain-dead responses like they were either a bot or a completely new person every time. I had to tell then 3 separate times what my issue was. Now they just ignore my emails altogether and I'm stuck with clothes I can't return because they just avoided me. AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“They sent me a dress with a defunct strap, sewn twisted. I reached out to customer service for an exchange but they refused to cover the mailing cost. Had to send emails back and forth for a couple weeks. They ended up sending me a $5 coupon so I could order a new dress and get free shipping to my address. But not so that I could return the defunct dress. I usually buy large carts so that I can avoid paying for shipping. This is the 2nd dress I've received that had a flaw, the other one wasn't sewn correctly and the waist had a space that wasn't sewn together at all. Just disappointed. Customer service threw me around to different associates each day. All I wanted was to exchange for a dress that had proper straps.”
“They're super scummy, greedy and they lie to their customers. I made an order and realized it charged the wrong credit card. I wrote and asked then to cancel the order not even 2 hours later and they claimed it already shipped and I'd have to wait 7-10 days until I got it, then 7-10 days to ship it back (on my dime) then 7-10 days for a return. My account is in the negatives and other bills will now bounce and I will get even more overdraw fees. They're claiming in under 2 hours, my order was packed and the post took it. But, when I checked my order it still says "Processing" - I will never buy from them again.
Don't trust this company!”
“I was sent a dress with the sleeve sewn upside down! I returned it and it took them 26 days to process the exchange only..they sent me the same defective dress AGAIN only this time it had added white fingerprints all over it! It's unwearable. It won't let me return it saying it cost £0 so I can't get my money back! SCAM! They are trying to make sure I can't get my money back for the defective merchandise I was sent! Contacting Trading Standards and disputing Visa charges now.”
“Now charging UK consumers to return items, despite the fact they’re an online exclusive brand, meaning you cannot try clothes on in store before you buy. So you don’t know if something will fit, their sizes are not consistent, and their size charts are inaccurate. Therefore you get charged for their lack of quality control! Not to mention you have to provide your own packaging AND deliver it to post office yourself! So what is my return charge actually paying for?”
“I waited for 2 months for 2 failed deliveries. When bringing it up to customer service, they said i could only recieve a 70% refund and am still waiting for said refund.”
“They mailed me the WRONG dress and refused to refund me or send me the new dress till I returned the incorrect dress. This situation was frustrating because the customer support person made it sound like they were being so generous allowing me to return the incorrect dress for free, and also the dress I paid for was $105 and the dress they sent me was $51 and a completely wrong size…..”

“First I waited for over a month and a half for my first package that was sent. I never got it. It was never delivered. The company when I contacted customer service said that they contacted delivery service and the package was delivered inside and For, but there was no one here to sign for the package, got an email couple days later saying oops they lost it. I opted to have them resend the package with expedited delivery and we did about 13 days package said it was delivered again but again there was nothing here. I asked repeatedly for the delivery services contact information from customer service and they blatantly refused to give it to me , this company is a scam buyer beware .”
“I ordered some clothes in a sale they had on and tracked my items. Eventually the tracking stated that my item had been delivered and it definitely had not been. So I contacted them and they said they would send it again and the exact same thing happened.
So they said they would refund 70% as it had cost them (I don't believe it had cost them anything) to send it out twice. So they refunded me 70% of the postage costs! That's when I got sh***y with them, but in the end I still didn't get back all of the money. This COMPANY IS A SCAM. They pretend to send something out and then refuse to pay you your money back. Stay away from them.”

I contacted customer service and they originally told me the package was signed for and delivered. When I told them no one was here to sign and would like conf In the form of a picture or delivery receipt they came back with an “update” saying it was lost. I opted for them to send another package with expedited delivery. I have repeatedly asked for the delivery companies contact information in case there is an issue and I need to pick it up. They refuse to give me this information going around in circles. Still waiting after the 7th time asking the same question. I feel like I’m being scammed and I’m not going to receive anything”
“Ordered the mortuary dress, size 20. There is no way that dress is £52. It is cheap, thin, short, tight and it STANK of cannabis. It's like something from Shein, there is no way this is the quality I accepted.”
