“I ordered a car charger for Samsung Galaxy S8. I received the charger for S6 which does not work for my phone which is s8. I cannot find an address to retun the item. I googled but there is no address for returns. I sent an email asking to send me the address for return which I have not got. I would not order anything from them again. It is not worth the stress”

I'm returning a product by registered post, it was received broken in 2 pieces, not packaged correctly/in a new state, (all the product had on it was a sticker), and hopefully I'll get a refund but itm I have purchased the product elsewhere.

Shocking customer service.
Purchased 2 gaming chairs on the 5th Feb for delivery a few days later in time for my sons birthdays.
Had an email a few days later to say one was out of stock and I could either pick a different one or wait 20 days. I picked a different colour.
Had another email to say the colour orginally wanted was actually in stock and was in a different stockroom so I agreed to take my original choice.
I then had an email to say it was an older version not what I had ordered. So I replied with I didnt mind what colours I had, as long they were the same design as ordered.
Then had an email to say they would available on the 28th Feb?
I asked for a refund on the 10th Feb and was advised it would take 3-5 days.
STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED AND EMAILS NOT ANSWERED.
contacted PayPal to be advised my refund 'should' clear by the end of the month.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Totally appreciate issues arise but this is awful service and left me £200 out of pocket having to re-purchase chairs elsewhere.”

They keep asking me for more information... the tracking number which i gave then; a copy of the postage receipt, i sent it to them with the returned item but fortunately had a duplicate which i scanned and sent them; now they've asked for my paypal email address which they already have. “Ordered an Apple Wireless Keyboard - it arrived and I didn't open it for a while. Upon opening it, I realised that they sent me a Danish keyboard - nowhere on the website does it say that the keyboard will not be the standard UK one. Lots of other disgruntled reviews on there complaining of the same thing. Emailed them and got a one line response saying 'you have to return within 30 days'. Scam company - do not use.”
