So much small print it's hard to keep tabs with what's going on. We "rented" with this broker but didn't see the part that said, if you are delayed and fail to meet the car rental place within 2 hours after pick up time, the entire booking will be cancelled and you lose everything. We then had to pay the same again direct with the rental firm. Disgraceful small print. What difference does it make if you are late but still arrive ag the car depot within opening hours. DoYouSpain? I'll go to Spain bit never with this firm.

I had a terrible experience with this company (DoYouSpain). My reservation was cancelled because my flight was delayed, which was completely out of my control. Despite multiple attempts to contact them—twice by phone with no answer, and numerous emails—they refused to respond or assist. In one instance, they even hung up on me. To make matters worse, they are refusing to refund the €512 I paid for a reservation that they cancelled. They claim that the car rental company is holding the money, but when I contacted the car rental company directly, they confirmed that they do not have the funds. Instead, the booking service is holding onto the money until the car is picked up, which never happened due to the cancellation. This company is displaying clear signs of fraudulent behavior by refusing to issue a refund or take responsibility for their actions. I strongly advise against using their services.

Scam ! During arrival I was asked to pay again as the prepayment was not for the car , this was mentioned by Go Mobility. So pay twice ! Total scam and I toke action on European compliant organization which was accepted . These companies should be forbidden !

Never ever ever use this service. Utter disgrace. We picked a car to accommodate us and luggage and we were offered a much smaller car which didn't fit our cases. Goldcar added a further €526 for insurance. Left us stranded with no alternative way to get to our destination

Don’t you spain! Afgelopen week hebben we twee auto’s gereserveerd en vooraf betaald om te huren in Spanje (Nerja). Wij konden een tijdstip kiezen om deze op te halen en hadden 18:00 gekozen. De auto’s zouden we ophalen bij EuropCar. Toen we daar aankwamen bleek dat Europcar eigenlijk al dicht zat, op onze afgesproken tijd. We moesten de borg nog betalen maar dit lukte niet. We werden hier niet mee geholpen en kregen geen tijd om het alsnog te fixen. Toen we vroegen of we de auto’s de dag erna konden ophalen zeiden ze dat dit (terwijl we de auto’s voor 4 dagen hadden gereserveerd) niet meer kon! We hebben ons geld niet terug gekregen, en vinden dit zeer onterecht. Onze reservering verviel gelijk, dus deze auto’s zijn waarschijnlijk gewoon weer aan andere mensen verhuurd… belachelijk.

I had to pay €60 extra to Goldcar when I picked up the car at the airport of Girona. They said it was for doyouspain. When I tried to reach doyouspain I didn't find a way to contact them. They have no telephone number!

No volvería a alquilar nunca más en esta empresa. Contraté un coche por 20 días a través de la página Do you Spain, para tener tranquilidad en mi viaje, compré todos los seguros que me ofrecieron hasta que me apareció el mensaje de que ya estaba totalmente cubierto. Cuando llego al mostrador de Goldcard la chica me informa que no sirve para nada el seguro que contraté, que debo pagar más del doble del costo del alquiler como extra por el seguro, y que de no hacerlo, puedo llegar a pagar el costo total del vehículo, ya que Goldcard obtiene ganancias de que los usuarios tengan accidentes (dicho por la propia chica que nos atendió). No solo me sentí estafado, sino que arruinó nuestras vacaciones, al no poder disfrutar del vehículo como pensabamos por miedo a que algo ocurriera. Hay una descoordinación, sabida y mantenida, entre Goldcard y los terceros que venden sus productos, algo que sería muy simple de arreglar si hubiera voluntad por parte de la empresa. Pero ya que no es una rentadora de autos, sino una empresa que (dicho por la propia muchacha en el mostrador de Goldcard) se dedica a obtener ganancias de los problemas, accidentes, choques, etc que pudieran tener quienes rentan autos con ellos. Realmente una decepción total que hizo que no disfrutaramos nuestras vacaciones como teníamos planeado.

This company is the same as Carjet the biggest scammers in car rental they are a Spanish company all you need to find out what a big Scam they are is to read the reviews and do not hire a car from this company as they offer a cheap car rental and the fact is 95% of the time their partner company in another country which they provided the car either their office is shut or gone bust and if you have to claim the insurance from this company you will never get through and also they will make take another insurance policy with them as what you ve taken originally is not acceptable by them even after you pay the top insurance with them and if the scratch the car they charge €250 deducted from your €800 security deposit so just keep away from CARJET AND DO IT SPAIN and any company related to them they will rub you to your last penny I do nt think they have customer service or any staff maybe 2 or 3 so watch out for this scammers and save your money and pay a bit more and get the car that you are able to pick up and enjoy your holiday

Ne passez jamais par ce site pour faire votre location, vous n’aurez ni le véhicule choisi, ni le montant payé au départ sur le site. D’une manière ou d’une autre, la compagnie de location va vous facturer plus une fois sur place et vous n’aurez pas le choix que de payer. Le tout est de lire les rating, choses que je n’ai pas fait par manque de temps.

Do NOT rent a car with this company. At the pick up adress on Mallorca we had TO PAY 45% EXTRA on the costs we had already paid. A lot of costs are not included. And you have no choice anymore because you need a car at that moment.

Scammers alert! Rug-pull style terms and conditions Extremely rude customer service If you are looking for a reliable and relaxed trip stay as far as you can from this scammer company. If your flight delays 6h, they will just cancel your reservation with "sorry no refunds", even with a 20 days long rental

I rented a car through this platform for the period 19-30.07 The reservation was made for 11:00 p.m. I received the car at 1:20 a.m. on 20.07. From 07/20 until now, I have sent 10 e-mails and called 15 times without anyone answering. It's a fraud on the face, you book on the website and pay the taxes plus the insurance in my case 255 Eur when picking up the car I had to pay another 367 Eur [even now I don't know why] plus 118 Eur for fuel as a deposit. I handed the car over on 30.07, clean and with a full tank, and until now I have not received money for fuel and an explanation for the extra amount paid.

This company is actually Carjet or part of it so don't hire a car from them they are big scammers and in most counties, they have a reputation for not delivering the car or the partner company not being there so don't trust them with the cheap offer is all a big Scam and they do nt have customer service all they do send you link and they reply is We will get back to shortly and they never do and phone number they have there nobody will. Pick it up so pay a bit more and read the reviews and Trustpilot and do not trust them they are big scammers

This company are running a SCAM, they know you will not be able to have the vehicle booked unless you pay a lot more. July 2024 We pre paid for a hire car with insurance and paid extra for an insurance platinum waiver. Goldcar at Murcia International demanded we pay €180 for their insurance, plus local taxes at the incorrect rate or we cannot have the vehicle, their operator advised ‘DoYouSpain’ insurance is worth nothing! I have sent several emails, with no replies. Yes, this is a scam!

Less than one hour before I had to pick the rented car they sent me an email telling the insurance I had booked they must cancelled it, sudenly something was missing... something they did not asked for sine I had booked 1 month before. So i had to get an insurance at the rental office much more expensive...

I booked and paid a car, pluss insurance and the company refused to give me the car. The reason for this was that, the UK citizens needs an international drive licence which is false. The British drive licence requirements incadrates in EU standards, therefore it is not needed unless you have the old paper one. When I asked for full refund they refused. The company doyouspain.com should be highly investigated because there are many scammers inside the company.

“Terrible company, who makes use of people. No customer focus whatsoever. We rent a car and the first name of the booking didn’t totally macht with the creditcard and the computer said no! According to FIREFLY RENT A CAR, who provided the car via doyouspain, we were not their customers and had to contact doyouspain. It took more than an 8 hour to get them on the phone and to hear that it was not possible change.
