I ordered a new phone as the screen on my previous device has broken and gone blank. The driver arrives with the new phone and told me I needed the pin they've text me before they will give me the order. Round we go in circles with me explaining my phone is broken etc. The driver told me to contact Vodafone to get the pin and promised to return in an hour and a half to see if i have the pin. I spent all the time chasing Vodafone for the pin and then the driver didn't bother returning. So not only did I waste most of the day waiting in for the initial delivery, I then wasted almost 2 hours extra waiting for him to return, which never happened.

Shower of sh T saying driver missed me didn't even turn up stayed in all day for parcel absolute total shower from top management to the idiots on the road avoid using don't waste your money use a reputable firm not these cowboy out fit

dpd driver illegal blocked the road, when I asked him to move he abused me. There was plenty of room for him to park legally, but apparently it was my fault.

My items were apparently delivered, however IF they were, they were delivered to the wrong address. No picture proof of delivery was taken and the delivery info on tracking claimed it was ''left in designated safe place'' - this was not the case. Customer service is awful. I eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone (as I couldn't even get into online chat since my ''item was delivered'' it would not let me get to the next page to enter chat) I tried to call several times, waiting on the line only to hear the phone was clearly being picked up/answered and then put down before anyone spoke. The lady I eventually got started off ok but soon became quite narky to the point of rudeness when she insisted my detail did not match... when telling her I couldn't understand why they could not be matching, basically it was impossible she just kept butting in saying ''your details dont match'' ''your details dont match'' on repeat! ..... after repeating it for the 5th or 6th time loudly and very very slowly, apparently it was now ''fine'' I can only assume she had misheard me and this was what ''did not match'' (no apology for the narky tone she had with me...... obviously) Eventually she announced since it was delivered there was nothing she could do as she didnt know where the driver left it. I understand that she herself is not going to know where the driver left it but had expected that an investigation could be opened. I was told the seller would have to phone. I even explained that I wasn't bothered about the items not turning up... Its the fact the driver who has delivered them to the wrong house clearly thinks he has left it in the right place so it is highly likely to happen again, I got the impression she didnt understand why/or maybe just didn't care that it could happen again if we could not correct the driver. In all, both delivery and customer service are pathetic

All other companies give you 8 workdays to collect the parcel from the pickup station. And the parcel arrived late during a holiday trip that is longer than the 4 days dpd give you.

The worst delivery company ever The worst delivery company ever, ever delivery company finds my address yet DPD don't seem able to read number or letter, I made a complaint last time and now I think they deliberately miss out my delivery now as I watched the van slow down out side for 2 seconds then dribble away, no attempt what so ever, DPD are a joke

TODAY 6/7/2024 Never have i experienced such a RUDE dpd delivery Driver , that told me he did not have time to hang around while I got him the pin digit. Experience was unbelievably shocking, he threw the card at me landing on the doorway Floor explaining go pick it up or arrange re deliver I don't know what he was saying. Totally unexceptable behaviour.

AVOID!!!!! They lack responsibility and accountability. Customer service is very poor. They lost my certificate and didn't even apologise. Sad really....

Driver failed to deliver, took a photo of a sign and failed to read it properly. Filled out redelivery form and driver still sent back yo sender which has happened on numerous occasions. Phone customer services: told they would redeliver as i requested. They lied. Phone again and nothing they can fo. All in all an utterly incompetent firm with useless staff

The driver dumped my parcel at the bins of a complex of flats. There is Evan a picture of the entrance to my flat and a safe place, but I was in.

Waited for parcel to arrive and can see on the app tracking that the driver had arrived into the estate, but left with no attempts to deliver the parcel or call me. When I called customer support for assistance, they only said to call them again tomorrow. However, the customer support assistant Onezwa was very unhelpful, and half way through the call she started speaking to her family in another language whilst I was still connected for 5 minutes (she did not mute the phone so I could hear everything), and offered no apologies for this, only saying she had system issues as an excuse. Extremely poor experience and I will avoid selecting this company to deliver all my parcels in the future.

My daughter posted a parcel next day delivery on Friday 28/06/2024. It is now 03/07/2024 & we're still waiting. Now unless I'm wrong the days run:- 29, 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. So that's 6 days late already despite the extra charge for next day. Absolutely atrocious,3 days spent waiting in for it & can't get to speak to a live person when you phone. I would ideally give minus stars, shame it won't let me

DPD delivered my parcel to a shop and not to my address. Rang DPD they told that I needed to contact the supplier and make a claim. I was disgusted to be told this. The person who signed for the parcel did not exist. It was left outside a shop entrance with no indication why it was there. The manager found the parcel and could not find a sticker on it to indicate where it came from. Fortunately a member of the public shopping in the store told the manager that she knew me and gave him my telephone number. I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. I am a pensioner, and has caused a lot of worry and stress. I asked for the manager to contact me but did not receive a call.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Service from DPD Delivery Company I recently had the displeasure of dealing with DPD, a delivery company that has consistently provided a subpar experience. In the course of this year alone, I have had a total of 12 deliveries from them, and to my dismay, not a single one arrived as promised. One incident that particularly stands out is when I discovered a parcel left abandoned on the side of the road, a whole mile away from my home. Thankfully, a vigilant neighbor spotted it; otherwise, it could have easily been lost or stolen. This blatant lack of care and responsibility in handling deliveries is deeply concerning. Moreover, DPD proves utterly unreliable when it comes to urgent deliveries. They simply cannot be trusted to deliver on time, especially when time-sensitive matters are at stake. This unreliability has cost me both time and money, particularly when essential items for work fail to arrive as expected. Attempting to address any concerns or issues with DPD is an exercise in frustration. It seems that the company's customer service is entirely automated, making it impossible to speak to an actual human being. This lack of human interaction only exacerbates the already frustrating experience of dealing with their consistently poor service. Considering the numerous mishaps, untrustworthiness, and woeful customer service, I strongly discourage anyone from using DPD for their delivery needs. If you value the safety and timely arrival of your packages, it is best to look for alternative delivery options that prioritize professionalism and reliability.

Worst delivery company going! - posted a mobile phone back to Vodafone UK using them (Vodafone's choice of carrier not mine!!!) - it's been scanned several times through their system and since last Friday has been in Birmingham - where apparently there has been a 'delay at their sortation facility' - upon checking with them today - have been advised that they can't locate my parcel and I've now had to go through the drama of trying to resolve with Vodafone UK.. I'm guessing the reason they can't find it is because one of their light fingered employees have helped themselves to it.. literally the only plausible excuse as it was packaged well, label was fine and has been scanned several times and it can't suddenly just disappear - DPD clearly comfortable with the fact that they employ scummy thieves who help themselves to parcels.

Often get messages saying 'sorry we missed you' or ' We tried to deliver' when home and nobody even rings the doorbell. They make zero effort and can't be trusted

Not delivered on the day with comments that Adress not findable. This is not the first time that this happens with DPD. No other postal/courir service has a problem. No contact details and mails are not getting answerd. Please do not use them if at all possible as this is the most unreliable company
