As with all the other customer reviews I have paid extra for a specific day when I'm home for delivery and they can't let you know where the parcel is you can't track it and its not even been attempted like they say as I have a ring doorbell the worse customer service in UK they just hang up half way threw after waiting for an answer. AVOID AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE

I have waited in for 3 days for my appointments and watched an email ping through from the driver to say sorry your driver missed you today. Escalated to a complaint and promised the driver would be returning that same day.... only to be contacted by DPD later on to say he wasn't answering his phone. He wasn't even attempting to deliver the parcel to the correct address, but 1/4 mile down the road and must have driven past our property which has 2 large signs naming the house and business at the end of our drive. Completely useless driver! I am beyond despair trying to get a replacement phone. They are trying again tomorrow with a different driver.

I would give -1 if I could. I was expecting a parcel today and took a day off to receive it. The delivery time was between 3 to 4. And at 3.45 I got a text message that they were unable to deliver it as no one home. I was home, I left a note to the driver to say knock on the door or call me . I am sure that the driver neither knocked or called. I could not see the calling card anywhere and when I opened the door it was on the edge of the drive wa nearing the door. Tried to call, but everything is automated and other then the option of talking to someone they have all other stupid options. Their automated system doesn't give the complaint procedure list either. This is really irresponsible of DPD. Never want them to deliver any of my parcel again. Horrible service.

Don't even bother knocking just drive past your house to the nearest drop of location so you have to pick up yourself. Why pay for delivery?

Advised that delivery delayed due to problem in my area (Buckingham). Now advised goods are in Inverness, 300 miles away. Hardly in my area. What a joke.

The driver takes photo of my door, but never knocks at it... I rung in time to have the parcel delivered, told that they will ring me back, they did, but the driver did not picked up his phone to answer, as he knew what he did, and instead he dropped my parcel to a dedicated store, for me to go to pick up the parcel. But who pays my wasted day, and calls back and forth? Shame on you dpd!

By far the WORST delivery company out there!!! Nobody has any idea of what is going on, a manager was meant to call me back 4 times!!! Never once did he call me. A carrier bag has more intelligence than this absolute shower of…….

Driver had an exact instructions including my phone number if he would have any difficulties with finding my address, the moron took the photo of the trees and gone, moreover, on DPD service chat I've been told that someone will contact me within 1 hour, right now 1 hour just gone and noone has called me, I just cancelled my parcel and I don't recommend this amateur company at all.

From last 2 days I am expecting my parcel according to the tracking message. It is showing, driver could not deliver as no one was there to attend. But no one has knocked us. It was important parcel so I am in my house only. Customer support is not approachable. Even when I could get them to talk, they listen carefully but no results l. Today I got the same tracking message 2 times that driver could not deliver dur to my absence and they kept the note. It is not true.

Terrible company.. parcel thrown over back gate with a sign on it saying Beware of the dog!!! Needless to say the dog chewed through the packaging and the item!! Reported it and told to contact the place I bought from who have issued a refund..PLEASE businesses take all these comments on board and stop using this appalling service!! By the way this is the second time I have had such an issue!!!

If I could give 0 stars. I would. Driver arrived on my street and delivered across the road! He went before I could confirm it was mine. It was. I rang the call centre and spoke to Jordan who was ok.He advised me to try the neigjbours later when they were in to see if my parcel was there. Anyway, i decided to look through the letterbox and it was there - not fully gone through. So I managed to retrieve it. I called a second time and the service was appalling. Background noise, the agent (south african) wasn't interested and hung up on me! Called a third time and better response but not at all convinced would be escalated. I would be extremely reluctant to receive goods via DPD. Atrocious. (my parcel was an covid antigen test as well).

Absolutely dreadful customer service even if you go to the top! Completely agree with other reviews regarding drivers inability to ring a doorbell so that a problem never arises in the beginning. Ring and ring and are continually fobbed off with different stories each time which contradict the story from the last phone call. After a week of around 10 phone calls and as many emails am told that its not the driver's fault that he couldn't ring the doorbell and now I have lost £180.00. The case is closed and there is nothing more I can do. Joke of a company.

I would like to give DPD 0 stars if I could. Im currently sitting in a cab on my way to the depot wondering if ill even make it before closing time. (18.30GMT) Why am i in a cab? Well DPD once again promised to collect my business parcels between 09.00-17.00. We waited and waited no one came. I knew this would happen as whenever im not provided with a one hour time slot for collection DPD decide to wait until 5pm then put a message that the driver attempted to collect but no one was home. Funny. I called at 12pm on the same day saying it was imperative the parcels were collected today as i have customer deadlines to meet. After calling they told me to contact their livechat which I did and was further assured it will definitely be collected between 09.00 and 17.00. No one came. Now im rushing in the back of a cab with a bunch of deliveries trying to make it before the depot closes at 18.30. (Its 18:07 at the time of writing this) Im honestly tired of the service ive received. This is the third time. I will ensure this review is posted everywhere until DPD start treating customers with respect and start acting like the big business they claim to be.. Oh they also tried to say they left a card, funny that I have not seen any card from DPD in all of my time using them, even the guy on the phone line checked the driver geolocation and said he could see the driver has not even been close. This has got to stop.,

By far the worse service i have ever… By far the worse service i have ever had. Drivers not even coming to the property or even bother to ring the bell. CCTV footage available to prove no driver ever arrived. Is simple as follows DO NOT ORDER from companies that work with DPD if you NEED your parcel in time. Except if you ok taking it from their office or have a secure delivery place for them to throw it..

Awful service, my parcel was delivered in wrong address and driver (Preet Sunny) update the system saying I have received and sing by me. From the point I received this notification I have made Alost 8 -10 calls to DPD and every time i was given different info and false promises. To this point I was given false promises and no body can tell me where my parcel is or not even a single call from DPD. spoken to 3 different staff from Greenford Depot and all 3 gave 3 different info and no body cant tell me when exactly I receive my parcel.

Before 68 days I have send my parcel through DPD to Germany..but still missing and dose not reach to the destination.i tried many time to contact DPD through email but no response....it's more then 2 month gone but DPD not answer my question about my parcel
