Absolutely USELESS, i live in spain, and i had my phone stolen, so i was desperate to get my replacement, i arranged for it to be delivered to a friends address, in the uk, i flew in especially in the morning, paid the VIP time delivery for 12-6pm ... sat around all damn day, checking the dpd website to track it, every 30mins its now 5.35pm i called customer service and they told me i would get a phone call within the next 60 mins... i have a flight back home, at 7.40 such a let down its now 6pm, and nothing

Mon 19 Feb 2024 What a horrendous experience! I am still in shock. Between DPD and BuyItDirect/LaptopsDirect I have had my afternoon ruined. I ordered a Laptop on Friday worth over £600. Was informed delivery today Mon 19 Feb 2024. DPD driver knocked at the door & I was expecting him to take a photo as usual. However he asks for a PIN number. I had not been informed abour a Pin number. I am now in a panic- I am severely sight-impaired- so I ask the driver to wait while I get my phone. He goes a few doors down to make another delivery. As he returns I call out to him to to help me find the email & I tell him I am sight-impaired and needed time to scroll through my emails. He said if I didn't have a Pin there would be no delivery. This was said as he jogged back to his van. He didn't even have the decency to come back to my door and he just drove off. I couldn't find the Pin and called DPD who said I had to call the seller, ie BuyItDirect. They informed me that it was DPD who would send the Pin but Dpd had already told me to call the seller. In short I do not have my laptop having been at home for the delivery and actually spoken to the rude delivery driver AMIR. I told him I am disabled and needed help but it made no difference. Their customer interaction is shocking to say the least. I have been informed that another delivery date is scheduled for tomorrow & that a Pin will be sent to me today or early tomorrow. I asked what happens if the delivery arrives before the Pin? The reply was to ask the driver to wait while I called either DOD or the seller BuyItDirect!! How on earth am I to get the driver to wait while I make calls to 2 different companies when he couldnt be bothered to wait a couple of minutes while I scrolled through a few emails to try to find the Pin. I am a very disgruntled customer who is one day away from cancelling my order, asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. What a joke!

Worst logistics company ever - automated call number that answers with ridiculous excuse as to why parcel has not been delivered. From now on I will ask the seller if they use DPD before I purchase item and decline if the use DPD.

I wouldn’t even give DPD one star. Absolutely atrocious, the delivery driver must have the knock of a mouse, didn’t even ring the door bell. I was at home waiting for the parcel, found a card put through the letterbox to say they’d been. Waste of time having a customer service number can’t speak to anyone. I’ve had to cancel my order.

If I was able to give zero start I would have given that. Worst services ever. They send you message that they missed me, but I can see that the driver was never at my location, how come he could have missed me then? They need to chin up and say that we could not deliver instead of blaming it on us.

DPD is the worst courier by a mile. Consistently do not deliver on time or even correct day. Tracking is hours behind. Cannot depend on them for any delivery any time of the year.

Absolute rubbish delivery company. Why do people use them? Paid express delivery for my item which dpd failed to collect on the Thursday for delivery Friday. Tracking updated Saturday 3am saying it was at the depot. Waited all day no parcel. Phoned customer services who said contact the seller?? She couldn't contact the depot they shut 12pm and are closed Sundays. My point is update tracking! Let customers know what's happening! We specifically wanted next day delivery and paid for it due to there being someone home! Now we wait until it may or may not arrive when we are home! It's a lottery with DPD drivers are overworked and underpaid and this shows in the non service us customers get .

DPD are useless, was expecting my delivery to day between 14.14 & 15.14, was advised that he was running late. At 15.31 I had a message saying that they had attempted delivery, I was here the whole time, no bell rang, no knock on the door nothing. Then, I go to the app where it shows me a picture of a random house somewhere - god knows where DPD, you need to sort yourselves out!! 2nd time you've done this now I've attached a photo of whoever's house this is

Most stupid app on my phone. Against my will I had to install this stupid app because i cant add details on the web version. Today the courier came to deliver my parcel, DID NOT call, DID NOT ring my bell....just went to the concierge which reject the parcel because it was too big. Now dpd, please tell me, why do i have this stupid app if your driver is going to ignore all and not deliver my parcel?? Why? This was an ikea delivery so i am heading as well to ikea to tell how awful your service. Honestly....how hard it is to deliver a parcel when you even have the client number

Probably the most unprofessional, uncaring & rule bending courier service Will never purchase from any company using this service Communication..None. Excuses second rate Give seller one story & another to customer Contact staff unreliable Customer service wholly unacceptable None of the following questions applicable as item & replacement disappeared…..Hope someone at depot enjoyed my gin!

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL ALL ROUND SERVICE WE ARE A SHOP OPEN 10AM-4PM TUESDAY TO FRIDAY, 10AM-2PM SATURDAY - SOMETHING MY SUPPLIER STATES IS NOTED ON ALL DPD DOCUMENTATION. RECEIVED A TEXT SAYING JAGIT WOULD BE COMING AT A TIME WE WERE OPEN, ONLY TO RECEIVE A TEXT AFTER 11AM TO SAY "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" - WE WERE OPEN!! RECEIVED A TEXT STATING DELIVERY WOULD BE TODAY AT A TIME WE WERE CLOSED AND I WAS UNABLE TO BE THERE. RANG DPD JUST AFTER 9AM THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD RING ME WITHIN 2 HOURS - IT IS NOW 11.51 AND NO CALL

I've got 2 tries of getting my parcel at my door, but I was advices 10 minutes before it arrives, I was sleeping, since my schedule is completely different than I would like thanks to job purposes, they called me 2 times at 10:10am, I've had my telephone on silence, that day, I noticed this once I got woke up at 2pm, I re-scheduled the delivery to 2 days after, and I received 2 calls again the next day, that I didn't ask for it, later on I contacted the delivery man, he told me that in 1 hour he would go to my delivery point, he didn't showed up, the product got to the storehouse, I contacted support, they offered me to re-schedule the delivery, I provided the data, and nothing happened the next day, I didn't got a response either, I checked the status of the delivery and It got sent back to the original sender

I had a valentine surprise lined up for my partner . I managed to source it on ebay as it was sold out elsewhere . 13th February DPD arrive with the much anticipated parcel . Sneering contempt was employed to dismiss my protestations when informing the driver of the fact he had been supplied with an incorrect phone number and thus I had no pin number although as I was in my home I could supply even the details of the ebay transaction to verify it was indeed a valentine gift . 14th February rolls on and he returns even more mocking and aggressive than previously and subjected me to ridicule -"not my problem" when I asked who to contact to rectify the error . I attempted to schedule a re delivery but contrary to company protocol the driver had returned to sender . This is by far the worst treatment by any delivery person I have ever been subjected to .

I've been sitting at home all day for the past 2 days waiting for my parcel and all I get is an sms to say no one was home, I wonder which home they tried to deliver to because I was definitely there and received 3 other parcels from evri and royal mail. I'm very disappointed, this is the second time dpd has done this and I end up having the inconvenience of going to collect my parcel from them!

Keep saying for 2 days that they don’t find me home while I am taking days off work to get my parcel (which need signature). They don’t call, don’t buzz the doorbell, nothing. Absolutely miserable. Every single experience with them is the same. Not to mention their “WhatsApp” customer service, a robot that only knows to ask for post code and order number but nothing else.

Driver pretends we weren't in, and, despite us having a safe place logged in their system doesn't deliver and takes to a shop. Very bad service.

DPD stole my parcel on 2 separate occasions. Once a PS5 Christmas 2021. Once an expensive perfume worth £170. The customer service team just don’t care that their depot team steal from customers.

One star exclusively for their WhatsApp "service." I've sent three messages now on two separate occasions, and they don't even get acknowledged. Completely useless.
