Take the day off work, waiting for dpd delivery DPD, waiting and suddenly receiving email saying I was not at home. He didn't even knock or ring the door bell, picture was 2 doors down wasnt even outside my door! This is absolutely shocking unprofessional...

Driver Chris (NE Scotland) never leaves the parcels at the designated safe place or even tries the neighbours (they are elderly and almost always in). 90% of the contact info for customer service is a bit and if you call the phone number you have to wait out the option just to speak to a person which is just wild. You shouldn't claim in your company will always try to deliver to a neighbour if your employees won't even bother to try. We have a sick kid in hospital whilst expecting another baby soon so we can't be in the house a majority of the time due to appointments and visiting our son. We know that it's not attempted as we have a ring cam. Company is a damn joke these days

I'm absolutely disgusted the poor service or should I say lack of service I've received. When leaving instructions to leave the parcel with neighbours do you find it acceptable to take a photo of the door and not leave the parcel. When calling the helpline they blamed it on the driver having a rushed schedule. Shocking customer service

Sent an item that I sold from my ebay store. DPD says it has delivered to a drop off location, but doesn't give me any details of which one so that the customer can collect. Tried contacting DPD but you are always redirected to a robot which NEVER answers your problems. Drivers never bother delivering to the address and always leave at drop off locations. Now I have a missing parcel and no way of contacting DPD. Absolute clowns, pathetic service and customer service is a complete stinking pile of sh--. WILL NEVER EVER USE DPD SERVICE AGAIN

This is the worst delivery. It was scheduled for today and I was waiting, but then they just sent messages that I missed my delivery. This is a lie. They posted picture not from my address

A big hand of applause to your company and especially your driver's. Thank you to the two of you who did my delivery in the Randvaal area. You were given a address, which was the most difficult farm address to find, but the two of you pulled it off, and it wasn't even a effect, you contacted me and with in no time you were on my doorstep. I requested that my parcel be delivered to my work as I'm there most days. I work in Reception and apparently DPD tried to deliver but I was in Reception and have CCTV. Then said they tried to deliver today when my colleague was there. Took a photo of the car park as proof they tried to deliver. Unbelievably incompetent liars

Medication was due to be delivered today. Waited in all day, delivery driver was literally in the next street according to the app - get a message to say I’m next. Then they say they tried to deliver but missed me - they didn’t even come here. It’s medication! I will complain to the company directly, but this is disgusting. Looks like I am not alone in poor service from DPD. Can’t even be bothered to answer the phone in customer services.

Also, I wanted to raise another complaint regarding the DPD delivery service used. First pair they left out in a communal hallway for anyone to steal. When I raised a complaint the second pair were then delivered to the post office so I had to go to collect them. I was sent a text to say the delivery had been made there as I the delivery driver had been unable to get me in at my house. My husband & I were in all day so we know this is untrue. We have been honest & are reasonable people but feel DPD should be the same as next time the delivery driver might not be so lucky & could find the cost of replacement items coming from his wages. DPD need to do much better especially as we are paying them for a service. I hope this feedback is helpful to your company too, in order to improve their delivery service.

Shocking service from DPD, gone completely downhill. Not following instructions, sending parcels back to the seller without even attempting delivery. Now blacklisted from DPD, because I complained about their incompetence!

I am fuming! These useless morons have repeatedly told me they've missed me when I'm home,I've waited the best part of a week,waiting on them! They send blurry photos driving right past my apartment. I can't speak to a human being to make a complaint,there's literally just bots and a call centre in India who do naff all! Disgusting

It seems every time a retailer chooses to ship DPD. There’s an issue three times. I’ve had DPD shipping for upon me and three times. The package is not delivered on time and it’s impossible to call and talk to a person. Terrible service absolutely terrible.

Appalling company. We waited in for an important delivery. Eventually got an email to say the driver tried to deliver but we were not in. We were in - he went to the wrong address two doors down even though our address was stated on the delivery note and our house name and number clearly displayed at our gate - and the house he went to also had their details at their gate. The website is appalling - no way to leave a note to explain what happened, to leave a comment, and impossible to find a human to speak to. This is the latest in a long saga of problems with DPD. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Same story, a text to say I wasn’t home despite actually being here. parcel now left in a locker for me to collect, which is not an unreasonable thing but why lie to be and tell me I am not home when I so clearly am. Improve communication and tracking. If you can’t deliver - refund the delivery fee

I feel the need to share my terrible experiences with DPD to warn everyone about this courier company that scams people. Every time I receive a package from them, I run into huge problems. They indicate that they will deliver something during a certain time period, which means you have to stay home - however, they change the time period every day, which means you have to stay home for several days. More than 20 times I have had to have a package delivered via DPD, and of all these times NO SINGLE KEY has a delivery person been at our door - and we know this very well, as we have a camera in front of our door. After sitting at home for days to receive the package (and you don't get the package), you then have to pick up the parcel in the most remote points of City . Sometimes you even have to travel an hour to pick up the package. When you try to resolve it over the phone, you get rude employees who insult you and lie to you on the phone. I got so much frustration and stress and just lost time, effort and money for nothing. They drove me to madness, and with me many other sellers and buyers. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend that everyone NEVER use DPD. They don't even deserve 1 star, they deserve 0.

Continually deliver to wrong address about 100m from me. House is unoccupied. WIthin Mydpd I can not move location far enough.

Absolute worst service. I was sitting home all day waiting for parcel. Delivery person didnt call and left from main door and i got email that you have missed your parcel. I tried to contact them via phone but no reply.
