DPD decided because of road works and the inconvenience of travelling 500 meters more to access my drop off point, that they would deliver my parcel to a place I couldn't access! nore did I instruct to be delivered too. Ham-Shankers. Another business day lost to Ham-Shankers.

DPD lie about making an attempt to deliver and instead take directly to the pick up location. Avoid if you want to receive an item to your address.

Terrible delivery service. 3 times the driver took no notice of delivery notes to leave next door. Customer services are a waste of time, make up lies, have no contact for drivers or depots. Avoid this company.

Avoid this company at all costs, they lie about delivery and the customer service agents don't care and as far as they are concerned the drivers would never lie about delivery.

DPD not for pharmacy or housebound deliveries DPD was to deliver a chemist parcel to my elderly parents who are unwell. They didn't get an answer so decided to drop it off at a local shop instead completely defeating the purpose of ordering it online for delivery. When I tried to rearrange delivery or complain there was no way to do so. Just went on a loop tracking it to be sent back to where I started. There isn't even a way to complain. Poor service, poor website, a complete waste of time and energy. Do not order anything from a chemist or similar for delivery to anyone who can't go collect it because these people just don't care. Paid for sun delivery..stayed in to be told at 19.18 not arriving.. yes figured that..try complaining on there site ..joke

Absolutely awful experience with DPD and their customer services team. For 2 days straight they gave me misinformation about my package, repeatedly told me it was on its way but never followed through after 3 days of chasing. Awful customer service from a rep called NOLI.

Utterly incompetent, 50% of my deliveries from them have been "delayed due to an issue in my area", updates are not provided and there is no way to speak to a human being. Calling their numbers simply gives you an automated message, with only one option, and that just takes you back to the same message again. I would rather trust a carrier pigeon in eagle country.

Worse couriers service ever. My parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday. Got email to say delivery was unsuccessful. My parcel did not need a signature but did not leave in a safe place and also no calling card left. Rang customer service and the most unhelpful woman had not a clue. In future if I see DPD are delivering my parcels will not be ordering. Still no updates on where my parcel is. Stay away from this shambles of a company.

I sent a parcel to France from Uk. I provided Dpd with the phone number and email that I’d used to communicate with the company. Dpd told me these contact details were invalid and returned the parcel to me. I believe they are taking peoples money for services they have no intention of providing.

looking out window, DPD van was leaving street but no delivery of TV. Driver put card in number 14, delivered to Number 12, sent me picture saying it was delivered to me, using my surname, showing picture of strange door and legs. I’m number 10, disgusted at sheer attitude of couldn’t care less driver, especially as my parcel cost hundreds of pounds of my hard earned cash. SHOCKING

cancelled a Tesco Mobile and they arranged for DPD to collect the phone. I was given a date for collection. DPD then gave me an hour slot . My wife cancelled her plans because the time slot clashed. She waited for the driver to turn up. They never came. I then received a message from Tesco mobile stating that when the Driver came to collect the phone they were advised by the customer that the package was not ready for collection. This is a bare faced lie my wife was home and never left, our cameras never picked any attempted collection up. When we phoned DPD to complain the call handler hung up on us. I predict DPD will not be in buisness for too long with this kind of disgusting behaviour.

Waited in for a replacement phone from O2 come from DPD first time they never turned up and said I was not in when knocked on the door little did they know I had a ring doorbell and she walked up the path and just walked and turned round and left then next day they stood next to my car on the road and took a picture saying the same thing when I called they said they have proof that they try to and that I was not in I then hit them with ring doorbell and I would gladly send it to them they soon shut up and could not be more apologetic if I could give a negative score never will I use DPD

My 14 year old granddaughter ordered flowers to be delivered for mothers day, they were promised to be delivered on Sunday 10th March '24, tracking tells us that they are still at the depot on Monday evening the 11th, useless delivery service from DPD now, they used to be good but have gone rapidly downhill.

I ordered a TV for delivery instead it's been delivered to the post office and now the post office won't give to me because I need some sort of code I ordered the TV for delivery not collect so I can't collect the TV because I'm not allowed so thanks a lot nice one much appreciated

Take the day off work, waiting for dpd delivery DPD, waiting and suddenly receiving email saying I was not at home. He didn't even knock or ring the door bell, picture was 2 doors down wasnt even outside my door! This is absolutely shocking unprofessional...

Driver Chris (NE Scotland) never leaves the parcels at the designated safe place or even tries the neighbours (they are elderly and almost always in). 90% of the contact info for customer service is a bit and if you call the phone number you have to wait out the option just to speak to a person which is just wild. You shouldn't claim in your company will always try to deliver to a neighbour if your employees won't even bother to try. We have a sick kid in hospital whilst expecting another baby soon so we can't be in the house a majority of the time due to appointments and visiting our son. We know that it's not attempted as we have a ring cam. Company is a damn joke these days
