Collection arranged for 12/10/23. As no time was given, stopped in all day ready to answer door bell. Now have found a DPD card in the mail box stating that we weren't in when collection was attempted! No time or date on card. Ref number on card is not recognised when trying to re-arrange collection. Have had problem in the past when trying to send parcel by DPD. Had to collect parcel from drop off point and claim charges back. Appalling service. Would not use again. Evri are far better.

Parcel sent to wrong depot resulting in not receiving delivery. 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened. Not good enough 🤬🤬

They are useless. They don't attempt to deliver. This is not the first time I have been home and they have told me they "tried" but that is not true. I have even waited for them with the allotted one-hour time slot and they didn't show up. Once, my dogs barked when they came to the gate (I saw the delivery van outside!) but the driver didn't come into the courtyard and by the time I got outside he had left.

The driver was running late. I was in all day but received a message stating that the driver had tried to deliver my package. He then went and dropped it off at a pick up location costing me more money as I have to get a cab there and back. Appalling service

Worst delivery company ever. They usually don't even bother ringing to deliver your package, they directly notify that you were not there (seen it happen through my window several times, driver arrived, looked around, and bam I get a notification that I wasn't there. Then I have to run out to catch the guy and get my package) Absolutely ridiculous

Every time I have something delivered by DPD they send a text saying the driver is delayed and this usually happens for 3 days running and then they usually leave the parcel on the doorstep. Not impressed. No other delivery service is as bad.

DPD are just the best company you’ll ever find. They never lie about the fact they’ve attempted delivery, they never take a blank screenshot to evidence you weren’t in your little black hole. They never take a random picture of a house 5 miles from where you live. You can always get through to customer services where you are dealt with by polite staff. The staff never lie either. I LIE TOO. What a load of s##t they are

And they did it again! Paid £10 to get it delivered Saturday, 7/10/23, just to get an email that says the driver could delivered because I was not at home. I was. Heck the photo uploaded by driver and was not my house. My address is correct, not ambiguous on google maps. No costumer service no one to help. So I am left with another attempted delivery tomorrow without knowing if the driver can actually reach my house. Shambolic…. This is a rip off of money from people can can only receive deliveries over the weekend… there is no way in hell the driver could not find my address, this is because they didn’t have time and make up an ridiculous excuse… because dpd does not have enough driver to guarantee a service that is paid … how is this company still allowed to do business? I will avoid purchasing anything that uses this company and already complained directly to the sender about them as well. They need to ensure delivery is appropriate.

DPD drivers are not responsible for anything. Company tries to protect their privacy, but it is the worst system ever for the customers. Do not use dpd if you want to buy anything very special and expensive.

Took a photo of the next street and said he left a card. Absolute shocking service. Paid for next day delivery for Friday. Now delivering Monday.

Shambolic service. Multiple occasions have driver failed to attempt delivery. I can see them locally, and they don't even try to enter my apartment or give me a call. Reflection of the appalling working conditions and pay-by-delivery model DPD uses. Customer service non-existent, links your phone to your parcel so you're unable to talk to an agent. The App is dreadful and crashes constantly and rarely allows you talk to someone. When finally able to, they offer no resolution whatsoever.

Your driver Artur claimed to have come to my address to attempt delivery but this was fraudulent as I was sitting on the step outside for over half an hour up until I got an email saying that he'd tried to deliver but I wasn't in! You'd even put a false photo of my doorstep in the email to make it look like you'd attempted delivery but when compared to a real photo taken at the same time it's clear the photo was from another day because the lighting and plant growth is quite different! Maybe you took it straight from Google Street view! Surely this is a class action lawsuit just waiting to happen because you're pretending that you've attempted a guaranteed next day delivery when you actually haven't!

so bad, how was i meant to know they arrived with no notification, and no they wont send it till the next day WHEN I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY TO BE QUICK. customer service chat is horrible as it lags when you try to type something, probably a tactic to get disconnected. "sorry we missed you" shut up! you didnt even try to contact the customer who BTW is home all day!!! i live on top of a pub so i need to be notified WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING THE NUMBER IF THEY DONT USE IT.

Joke of a company. Supposed to have a parcel by these jokers tday but the driver decided to deliver it to a random shop out of my area. I then got an email off them to say it had been left with a neighbour. Promised call backs but didn;t receive them.

Poor experience! Ordered an iPhone from Apple to be delivered to a pick up point for Oct 3. Received a text from DPD stating that it was ready for collection, also received an email with the QR code for pick up. Went down to the pick up point and they said DPD hasn’t been in at all. So why send out a “Ready to collect” text and email me my QR code?! Wasted my time going to the pick up point. I guess someone else is now enjoying the iPhone. Next time I’ll just order from Amazon to avoid having to use DPD for less stress!!

Collection supposed to be on 29.9.23, driver "George" refused parcel as didn't have sticky label, although online it said George was told parcel wasn't ready, so rebooked for collection on 2.10.23, email confirmed collection would be between 9-5.30 on 2nd, surprise, no collection took place, as DPD tends to use same drivers for certain areas - George covers the Hull area, so assumed he couldn't be bothered, anyway, needless to say, impossible to speak to anyone directly, so have lost money, and DPD have fraudulently taken money with no intention of providing a service, avoid at all cost ......and hopefully "George" will be replaced for future fools who use this service

Yet again, I am here waiting and DPD Cornwall don't even bother to attempt delivery. This is the 3rd time now. Same driver as usual "Tyler". DPD seriously need to look into this drivers activities as he simply isn't even bothering to deliver parcels. Surely you can monitor Tyler's GPS locations of when he claims to have attempted delivery. From now on, I will be leaving DPD 1 star reviews everytime your driver deliberately doesn not deliver, so expect a lot of them. I've previously complained to DPD and nothing has changed. Once DPD resovle this ongoing issue, I will start leaving decent reviews. I runa bisiness and am reliant on deliveries arrivng on time.

I have been deliberately targeted by your driver Florin and as such i have now made 4 complaints about him yet I am still being abused. Today yet again he never even bothered to deliver my parcel on purpose. This is his new approach to harassing me and so I did get my parcel. Prior to this he has damaged my orders. Inhale previously sent in pictures of the boot marks. When he misdelivered a parcel he harassed me by keep turning up on my door asking for the parcel. Now as stated he just does not bother to deliver though I am waiting by my door. The local depot does not help in anyway so was wondering why you allow such behaviour to continue and also why you allow him to abuse me.
