If there was a zero rating, DPD deserve that! I have always used EVRi for my deliveries. The first time I've been forced to have my phone from Giffgaff delivered by DPD and they come at a time I'm at work and don't give an option to leave it with my neighbour or in a safe space. Now I've got to wait until tomorrow! Absolute shambles of a company. I would never ever use them!!!

The worst! DPD Don't Bother! Terrible Experience with DPD Couriers in South-East London. I've had the misfortune of dealing with DPD couriers in South-East London, an absolute nightmare. On several consecutive days, I awaited the delivery of my phone during their promised one-hour window. However, each time, they failed to show up. I rearranged my schedule, cleared my calendar, and wasted precious hours/days waiting for them, only to be disappointed each time. What's worse is that they have the audacity to leave false evidence of attempted deliveries, as if I wouldn't notice the blatant lies. It's as if they think customers are gullible enough to believe their deceitful tactics. And to add insult to injury, they conveniently forget about deliveries after sundown, 'running late' DPD couriers in South-East London are a complete waste of time and money. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. If you value your time and sanity, I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a courier service that actually delivers on its promises

After needing to return a lawn mower to QVC arrangements were made for pick up, the first pick up was not able to take place as it was a bank holiday, far enough, 2nd attempt I was given an hours time slot, never left the house and after waiting after the time given went onto sight to see that my parcel had been collected half an hour before, strange that's still in a huge box in my hall! not the small one shown in the back of the van on the photograph on the site, rearranged for the 3td time and before the time slot was over I received a message on the app saying the parcel was not ready for collection!!! I have NEVER had such blatant lies regarding a parcel firm. Poor QVC what will their customers think, they have done everything they can DPD are a shame of a company I wouldn't ever trust them with a parcel of mine. Avoid at all costs

Unprofessionaly drivers, poor service in regards their assistance, no complaint form available, operators putting you in hold snd then hang up after several minutes of waiting. No propper outcome, only apologies and deliveries rescheduled. The operators sre bassicaly covering up for the drivers with no actual solution in solving clients problems.

This company is a completely incompetent. I run a small limited company in South East Cornwall. I get deliveries on a daily basis from UPC, Parcel Force, Amazon etc. All of whom easily find my address. I get deliveries every few days from DPD. It has got to the stage where we have to try to chase the van down in our village as they repeatedly throw our deliveries off at an incorrect address. This has cost me money when I have had to cancel booked jobs as they have failed to deliver (often stating that there was no one at home). This is incorrect. My wife works from home. I have been treated as if I am a thief or lying, when I have contacted my suppliers to say a delivery has not arrived (when they have been told it has). Only to find on investigation that it has been dropped at a different address hundreds of yards from my house. They rarely use the same driver twice on this route and despite there being a notice board displaying every address in the village, they refuse to view it. After my most recent failed delivery, I have again wasted hours of my life trying to make a complaint. But you can't speak to anyone. On the chat facility on their App, I'm told to use 'What Three Words'. It won't let me use this as it repeatedly says my 'What Three Words' are too far from original location. I have tried moving their 'Pinpoint', but can't because it is too far from its original location. How can this be right? If I could choose my 'What Three words', it would be 'DPD are useless'. So I can't speak to anyone, I can't use My Three Words and I can't move their pinpoint. They are shocking and it is getting to the stage where we question suppliers as to their delivery firm as this firm is destroying my business. I have tried to upload photos but it won't let me! How strange.

This is the second time within two days I've received notification that the driver missed me. I have a Ring doorbell and it detected no movement near my flat at all. I use the app too so the second option was "Deliver to any neighbour" and it looks like the drivers didn't attempt any of them and now I have to collect it from a random Matalan that's not even near me on another day. I was told they have a policy called "Can't Wait" but it loons like the driver utilised this as an excuse after being over half an hour late to my time slot.

Bad communication, No! Emails or text information from this company regarding delivery. You just have to hope you're at home when they turn up. Bad policy

Always a delivery when no one's home, can't change time slot once given, no depo to go to collect. Worst of all if you want delivery time or date you have to pay . No compromise at all

Dpd are by far the worst courier I’ve ever had to deal with, they had my parcel for a whole week before they finally sent it out for delivery and then they didn’t even come and try to deliver it instead they just told me that the tried to deliver but I wasn’t home.

Ordered my goods by a reputable company that kept their promise in terms of delivery. Friday. Sadly, third party involved . DPD couriers. Text message received, less than 15 minutes of the expected couriers arrival. Giving an hours window. Thus giving. Options offered to where parcel should be left if not in. Option chosen , leave outside porch. 30 minutes later received text , unable to leave as no one in and will attempt delivery Monday . Question . Did courier try the door bell , as builders were in my apartment and would quite happily taken in. Disappointed, as friends wedding tomorrow and needed this item. Thank you DPD and a special mention to Pedro . All the reviews seen , completely sums up DPD working ethic .

This courier has been having my parcels from 26.03.2024 and every time I track my order it’s says it’s out for delivery, but it doesn’t reach me. My fone is always on and everyday at home. I have to fight with buffalo courier in PTA until they told me they don’t have my order. This is the worst of the worst courier that I’ve ever known. But definitely I’m going to expose them not only here but in media as well and in their premises at Germiston. I NEED MY ORDER , as much as I’ve paid for it…this has to definitely to be taken further.

Would have been zero. Had 4 delivery’s date first was my fault had to go out urgently. My second was Between 2038hrs and 2138hrs got a text at 2130hrs to say driver will be late but never came. My third got a picture sent to say I was not in but was not my house. Forth I met the driver outside my building he said could not give parcel to me needs to take picture of door so I informed him he has to go round the back of building and press door buzzer so he could get into building again got a picture saying I was not in. Never use this company

What a shambles of a company. They lie, post pictures of the wrong house, send messages that they missed me but I was actually in and I’ve still not received my parcel.

So, I had notification of my delivery within a 1 hour slot, so in case signature was needed, I ended up spending 2 hours hanging around my front gate to catch the delivery. There was no delivery, no DPD van passed by, nothing. Back indoors, there's a message "No one was in today" & "it will be delivered tomorrow to you nearest Shop". But actually, even that was too hard for them. I had to drive over 10 miles round trip to collect it from some random shop in a housing estate in a neighbouring town despite my nearest drop off point being 1 mile away. And just to rub salt in to the wounds, the complaints phone number is just a 'we'll make you wait for 1/2 hour & then cut you off' sort of deal, when I finally got through & uttered the words "I would", that was all they were prepared to listen to. From now, if a seller is using DPD I will be buying elswhere.

Driver went straight past my house with a very important parcel and just dumped it off at the closest Post Office. I took half a day off work to make sure I was in and they didn't even try. I found out the next day, I then didn't get a pick up slip so couldn't collect and not have to go back a day later again with ID and utility bill. Lazy, terrible service.

DPD seem to go out of their way to enrage their customers. My order should have been delivered next day, 5 days later it still has not arrived. DPD insist the seller, Amazon, did not put my full address on the database so they are unable to deliver. They didn’t bother to tell me this until I contacted them because I hadn’t received the parcel. They told me to contact Amazon to get them to provide the full address (even though my address is clearly shown on the DPD app). I did, Amazon advised they had provided the full address but re-confirmed to DPD. DPD continued to say they didn’t have the full address, I contact Amazon again, they re-confirm to DPD again. Still DPD deny that they have the full address so cannot deliver my parcel. I ask DPD to contact Amazon directly as there may be a problem with their system, they refuse. I ask to escalate to a manager, the DPD customer service advisor cuts the call. I phone back, funnily enough the full address has magically appeared. But now the parcel has to be moved from the DPD depot in Chelmsford to the DPD depot in Dagenham - I live in Southend. Chelmsford is 19 miles from Southend, Dagenham is 30 miles away from Southend. I ask to pick it up myself from Chelmsford; of course DPD say no. I ask to speak to the customer services manager, apparently they don’t have one. I ask to speak to the most senior manager there, I am told her first name but not her surname. I am not allowed to know her surname. I ask for her email address, I am not allowed to know her email address. So I still don’t have my parcel & I have no-one to register my complaint with. It is ludicrous.
