I could see the DPD driver pull up on my street, took a picture and seconds later, l got the message ’we missed you‘ and drove off with my parcel!

This company is awful and I will not be using them again they have messed up my Delievery address twice, monkeys could do a better job, I have been hung up on twice because they are too lazy to sort my delivery address out and my problem has still not been resolved absolutely disgusted with there behaviour towards there customer and my delivery cost me £10 aswell absolute joke

Worst delivery service and lying lazy staff. Delivery attempted it said on the text?? What a delivery attempted?? No one came to my business AT ALL!! Not the first time this has happen with company. Why does Amazon UK chose to work with this company?

Paid for nominated day and extra for specific time slot, midday received text and email stated changed delivery date as requested. This was absolutely not requested!!!! Appalling behaviour for company to change what they offer and pay for because not convenient for them at that time. Shame on you , you completely ruined a birthday surprise. Give no stars

We stop and watched the DPD van pull up and deliver our parcel over the road ,no traffic or cars blocking our entrance,and just drive away,no attempt was made to even call at our house,why bother putting an address on parcels if it's alright to give them to anybody.

Respected All, It is very bad experience ever I had because 1) they took 2 days for the pick up and give me the fake resone that we could not find the address and on the same address they have picked my bags after complain so my friend wasted his 2 days for my bags 2) they have mentioned delivery within a day but one bag deliver after one day and second bag has not found at all and the bag was just throw near to road and did not ring my apartment bell or did not inform me at all because driver was affair that he took only single bag of mine from the stroaage due to second was broken. 3) I have call like 20 time to eurosend and dpd and also written mail not getting proper answer and the driver has been deliver my bag after a week and bag was broken from the bottom and i could not move my bag and I have to transfer my stuff at that moment and dpd driver told me that I am not responsible and euro sender saying that i am not responsible, meaning while last 10 dyas they played the blaming game to each other and trying to escape from the problems. After all the complain I have told them taht what should i do with the broken bag and they told me to send me picture and eurosender we will give you some compensation, after two days they send me an email we will not cover the bag damage. it is fine but why you everytime lie to me why you told me to send me picture and all those things why you waste my time ???? why you send me an email that they have attempted two times delivery this is also lie to me. Because I have waited like anything for my bag and did continuous call to eurosend and dpd. meanwhile you cant solve the problem of the customer but at least do not waste anyone important time to believing you lie thing. I hope you can understand my problme and give me the proper solution.

Deeside depot claimed a parcel they had failed to deliver ( they vlaimnone attempt ws made but we were in at the time and there was NO delivery attempt at all) has been sent back to the sender at the sender's request. This we have checked. It is untrue. The sender was Lindt chocolate who NEVER recall parcels. They send perishable goods which must be destroyed after 3 attempts at delivery. So DPD have been lying about recalled parcel and lied about making one attempted delivery because when they say they attempted deliver we were in, and had clear view of road and drive and were looking out after a botched delivery in the morning. Utterly distrustful company.

Deeside depot in north wales blantantly lying. They claim to have attempted delivery at 4.43 on Monday. We were in, it wasnt dark, we has a clear view of the road and drive. NO ONE attempted ANY delivery. They have also tried to kid us the original vendor has recalled the parcel on the day it was to be delivered. I wonder if the parcel will ever be seen again. It was chocolates from Lindt so perhaps people need to avoid both these businesses?

DPD initially managed to deliver my package to the wrong address! apparently the driver could not find the Click and Collect site quite hard to do considering its a major chain supermarket. Apparently they retrieved the parcel and returned it to there depot at Oldbury from where they subsequently returned it to central sorting and lost it completely. (This is an edited summery of the whole saga which if it wasn't so pathetic it would have made a great farce). Despite having to battle the aggravating automated system to enable communication with a human being and being made promises which did not materialise, resulting in more time and energy chasing my package its now highly unlikely I will ever see the item, however miracles do happen and one day via divine intervention they may deliver it Overall my experience has been extremely negative and I sincerely hope never to have to deal with them again

This company is so bad. They have never delivered on time . They never follow the instructions you give . And like today i waited in for 3hrs and still got the 'sorry we missed you' message. Online shops should say which courier they use so i can avoid this shower of sh#t. It quicker for me to drive down to chichester than to wait for DPD

Yet again my delivery has been delayed until tomorrow no reason. Wasted another day waiting for a parcel. Absolutely useless company I Will never send a parcel by this company not once in 6 times that DPD have delivered a parcel to me has it come on the original day that they stated it would come. Very poor service

A friend ordered a birthday gift from Lindt chocolate company. DPD failed to deliver it because they first failed to put the package on the van. Theythen said they would deliver it in the afternoon and failed. They saidnthey would deliver it next day. The next day their App informed us that they were sending it back to Lindt. Complete fail. Problems seem to be at the Deeside North Wales DPD

Not recommended. Inconsistent quality of service for international shipments. Sometimes when they have more experienced staff handling the shipment, things can be smooth and quick. But, when you are unlucky and have an inexperienced or newer staff dealing with your shipment, then hell can bring loose. Shipments can be incorrectly flagged or mistaken to be un-shippable, when similar items have many times been successfully shipped out without any hitches. Their customer service export team does not respond quickly too. They do not offer much help to ensure a good customer experience. Most of time you get automated emails about your queries but so far, none of them really went all the way out to follow-up and follow-through on action items towards closure of issues for a customer.

Never, ever again. So many problems with Dpd leeds. Failed to deliver goods for two days running then put them in one of their drivers own cars and he took off with my goods on his holidays! Very rude manager told me to leave their premises and wait for delivery...but it was they who had messed up! Ever since we have had major bad attitude from dpd leeds. They lie about deliveries, throw things literally through the door, leave boxes in the pouring rain and the latest is to deliver to other companys saying we weren't in. We are in mon to fri- every working day. Then when I rang leeds depot I was called a liar by their staff! Appalling company. AVOID! Dwain Macdonald sort your company out!

Ordered on Friday and paid for next day delivery. First driver called me in advance but my phone was on silent my mistake but also his because he didn’t bother to knock or ring my bell. Second driver the following day. I asked him to call me in advance, he didn’t. Heard a car outside my house but it was just a plain black car. Didn’t know if it would be DPD or not so didn’t want to step out. The d**k didn’t step out his car and took a photo of a blank image claiming they missed me. DPD is plain lazy and the drivers are stupid. Go to hell Tony.

DPD is just rubbish. Their drivers will turn up at the address take a photo and next minute they will put on the app sorry missed. How,when like no bell ringing nothing. They have done it to me so many times. It’s a rubbish delivery company. If I had my way never use them.

I have had a bad experience with DPD every time - I wish brands would stop using them!! Few months ago I had to wait over 2 hours at the depot for my parcel when the driver said he would be 20 mins, but he decided to go home for a bit before coming back to the depot!! This week I asked for parcel to be sent to DPD pick up shop because I knew I wouldn’t be able to receive it at my house because I work all week. I get to the pick up shop on Saturday and look at the tracking email to find it’s not been delivered to pick up shop, it’s still at the depot and will be delivered to my home on Monday! I don’t want it delivered to my home. I had no communications about this change. I called them and they said they changed it because the contract ended with the pick up shop - thanks for letting me know beforehand? What’s worse is that they charge you for calling them, when 99% of the time you are calling them because they have made a mistake. This company are so poor, I’m considering avoiding brands which use DPD in the future because I never have a good experience.

The worst delivery service I have ever experienced, I ordered an Iphone online and the phone was stolen, the parcel was tampered with and the content of the delivery was replaced with an e-Cigarette pen and two other boxes.

DPD fail to deliver in rural areas. Twice in one week they have promised a delivery and then sent a cowardly text despite the fact that I have even said I will meet them on a main road. The also drive like mad men and have three times tipped over their vans in our lane.
