Purchased two Christmas rug. The quality is terrible. Nothing more than foam rubber. The advertising pics made them look very nice however they arrived and look cheap. And then they make attempts to return the items extremely hard in order for you to give up at returning. I do not recommend this company or it’s products at all.

Buyer Beware! I received the item which smelled like it came from a glue factory. I was wondering if perhaps I received the wrong product. The one I received was much different; * My collar was much thinner than the very thick one shown. Mine was as flat as the sweater. * The drawstrings were also much thinner than depicted. * The "knots" design on either side of the sweater are depicted on your page as being thick but mine are flat and the material was very loosely put together. I can put my finger through it without trying. It was holy. * The color is different as well but that could have been overlooked if the rest was in order. * Inside of the sweater is very stringy and frayed. * In addition, there is a size tag sewn into the right outer shoulder. I provided them with several pictures. They asked for more pictures so, I gladly and promptly provided them with more. They attempted to reimburse me with a store credit by using a confusing "points system" and (to add insult to injury) they insisted that I pay for the return shipping. I of course believed that I should be fully refunded the full amount promptly as I had provided evidence of the poor quality, carelessness, and dishonest advertising of the product followed by them trying to keep my money in my "wallet" with them although I didn't care for their business practices and didn't wish to do business with them any more. Furthermore they admitted the wrongdoing by stating, "For the item issue, we will inform our colleague to care for them in the future." But they persisted in not wanting to reimburse me fully so, luckily I had purchased using Paypal. I filed a claim after they kept trying to reduce the amount of the "refund" and I immediately escalated the claim as they weren't being logical.. After a week and a half Paypal returned my money to me. after a few more weird threats that I was "lucky" that they were finally offering me $10 back after I pay return shipping. Poor experience. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Avoid this company!! I placed an order on Nov 26th and received all but 2 items in early December. Unfortunately, the size was off on one of the shirts so I elected to take a partial refund on that item. I have been waiting on the remaining items for weeks. When I inquired with the "customer service", I received a canned response showing item number and estimated dispatch time. I opened a ticket today and finally was able to find out that they never planned to ship my items! At no point was I notified that there was a problem or that my items weren't being shipped. Completely unacceptable customer service!! This is the response I got: Dear Angela, We wish to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused. remaining items sku*quantity:3529xxxxx * 1 3586xxxxx * 1 For the remaining item, we unfortunately cannot ship it to you at this time due to having an RMA refund on this order. We can cancel remaining items and refund to you. When you get the money, you can place new order from our website for that item you need to get. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I would rate this company a 1/2 star out of 10. I purchased my dress on December 1st. I paid for the top tier shipping (3-5 days). after the 8th day, I contacted support on facebook messenger. I was told that it is "peak shipping periods for present" and to allow more time to get my order. I asked to have a refund for the difference in shipping and they told me this on Monday (December 17th) "As for shipping method,please note that it is just faster theno other metods once the order has been shipped out. We hope you could give more time for your order" (that is copied and pasted from messenger). I then asked for a refund and that was when they started ignoring my messages. It took a total of 16 days for me to receive my package. It also took them 6 days to just get the dress packed in a box and mailed. I realize this company is not Amazon, but you would be better off paying a little more just so you don't have to deal with this untrustworthy and in my opinion a trashy company.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS AREN'T AS DESCRIBED, VERY LOW QUALITY, SLOW SHIPPING. IF RETURNED THEY DO NOT REFUND PAYMENT.

1. Paid for expedited shipping- it took nearly 2 weeks to get my order 2. When I received my dresses, they were junk and looked nothing like what I ordered. Very poor quality. 3. I have emailed them twice within the week to request a return and refund and still no response. 4. Don't waste your time! They are only in this business for the money and do not care about their customers or quality.

Purchased a dress for a Christmas party and paid for expedited shipping to get it to me within 3 weeks. The dress arrived a week after the party and was horrible quality. When trying to get a refund of the dress and my extra fees for the expedited shipping they kept lowering how much they would refund me and will not resolve the case. I should have read the reviews before I bought the dress - I have learned a lesson and will never buy from this website again. I reported them to my credit card company and the BBB. They are very fraudulent and just take your money hoping you just give up trying to get a refund! Shameful that they can exist!

Don’t order from dresslily! They just want your money. My sister ordered me a shirt so I could wear it to my moms birthday, we paid $20 for expedited shipping and we still haven’t received it and it’s been almost a month!! Customer kept saying it’ll come but now just saying it’s in backorder even though we have been saying the whole time we need it by the 21st! Like wtf?! Don’t expect your order to come at all I guess! I am def telling my sister we need to get a refund and NEVER shop here ever again, this is def why I never shop on line, idk why I took a gamble on this one. Very upsetting

Shipping is horrible, along with customer service. I ordered an idea on November 27th with insurance it would arrive before Christmas. Still, no idea and tracking stopped on November 30th. Will never order from them again! Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Bought two dresses that i made sure were the correct measurements. They arrived poorly and cheaply made and dont even look like the picture. I am so upset with this company and i wasted 50 dollars.

I ordered a dress through them that didn’t fit and they said I would get a full refund to my original account (PayPal) and then said they couldn’t do it and I have to return the dress, which is no problem but they want to charge me $6 to send it back. I paid $28 (includes $6 shipping fee), they owed me $22, minus another $6 for shipping back, and I get a whopping $16 back. Keep in mind, they wrote me back in an email saying “full refund of the $22”.... then changed their mind. I have proof of them doing this, thank you screenshots. I will never do business with them ever again.

Terrible customer service. The person just hung up on me and deleted my order instead of helping me with the purchase! Looking at the reviews here maybe it is good I wasn't able to place m order.

On Nov 4 I placed my first ever order with dresslily. I ordered nothing but Christmas clothes except I also ordered an everyday hoodie. I will never order from them again. Their customer service is horrible. I've been chatting with their customer service representative, Mary Wang, for weeks now and I'm no closer to a solution then when I started. In my order, I ordered a hoodie, a sweater, a pair of leggings, 2 dresses, and a long sleeve shirt. So far as of 12/15 I have received the leggings, the hoodie, and the sweater. Let's start with that. The hoodie is a long sleeve tshirt with a hood. It is NOT a hoodie. The sweater is a long sleeve tshirt. The leggings are made out of the same thin see through material that a cheap kids halloween costume from walmart is made out of. As for the 2 Christmas dresses and the other Christmas shirt I ordered, I haven't seen those yet. When I ordered them they were listed as IN STOCK. I contacted their customer service 11/19 out of concern that I saw where only some of my items had shipped. They contacted me back on 11/19 and told me those items were not available. I was told that 1 of the items would be ready to ship 11/28, one 11/26, and the 3rd item would be ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. On 11/27 I received contact from them that 1 of the dresses and the shirt were no longer available due to high demand. I was given the option of waiting for the items to become available yet again or exchange for other items in their catalog. They said if I chose to wait they would make my shipping priority and the stuff I ordered could possibly go out on 12/01. I wrote them back and said if they stuff would definitely ship on 12/01 I would wait if they would ship it asap to me as it is Christmas attire. I did not hear anything again until 12/13 when I was still showing that they hadn't shipped the last of my order. I contacted them to inquire where my stuff was. I was then told that the 2 dresses shipped 12/05 but the shirt they were unable to ship. The dresses would be here in 10 to 18 days and the shirt I was given the same options again, to be patient and wait or pick something else of equal value from their catalog. On 12/13 I responded back to them explaining everything I have written here today and requested a refund on the shirt. Mary Wang wrote me back 12/14 telling me to be patient. They had taken money from me over a month prior to this, did not send me what I paid them for, and then had the audacity when I asked for a refund to email me and tell me to be patient. I wrote back at this point demanding a refund and they offered me a dresslily credit or a partial refund of $13.59 on a shirt that I paid $16.98 for. The 2 dresses, by the way, were sent in regular ole mail and they lied about expediting the shipping. They are scheduled to be delivered 12/26. I told them I didn't want the clothing if I couldn't get it before Christmas. I spent $82.47 with this company and I have received 3 things that I might could resale for $15.00 total. Dresslily is a con. They're clothing is not as described and when you call them on it and ask for a refund after a month of chatting with them they might offer you a partial refund if you are lucky. Do not buy from these thieves.

Well, I should have read the reviews before buying. Everyone is right. This is a horrible company. I ordered something in mid November and once I realized it was taking too long to receive my item, I tracked the package. It was returned back to their company with the reason being "couldn't deliver, VACANT". Wrong! This building is very much occupied. Still no package. I doubt I will ever get it. Tracking says it is still in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! One reviewer ordered the same item I did and said it was very poorly made. GREAT!

Ordered three tapestries from DressLily with 3-8 day shipping. I placed my orders on November 20th. After not hearing from DressLily regarding my order I reached out to their customer support team and was informed that even though the item advertised “Availability: In stock” it was in fact on backorder, they had no intention of informing me of the issue or recommending a solution other than “wait.” After much correspondence and swapping out gifts trying to find something I might receive before Xmas, I have only just now received my first item 23 days after order, the other items are still pending shipment according to the tracking companies and dresslily support claims they shipped the items at 10-18 business day shipping even though I specifically paid extra for 3-8 business day shipping. The product in which I received is made of poor quality as of purchased directly from a sweat shop. I will not be purchasing from DressLily again, I advise that you keep looking around, it’ll be worth spending a couple extra dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. Barely legal.

The WORST company ever! Never ever order from them!!! NEVER! I ordered a very cute while faux fur winter coat size M. I have XS; however, I like to have my winter stuff s bit loose in case I will be able to put a sweater on underneath. I was waiting for 3 weeks instead of 5-8 days and, finally, got .....something - hard to describe - in a yellowish-greenish shade in size that fits 8 years old skinny girl. ..... I paid extra $30 for customs that is half of price and I was not aware of it. The shipping was from Saudi Arabia. Not US. I asked about refund and taking THIS what I definitely did not order to take back. They offered me $20 (out of 99) and suggested to donate this ITEM to charity...... They took my money with no hesitation, but are not about to refund it.... So TERRIBLE! AVOID THEM!!!

The items u see online are not the items that are sent to you .. They provided a run around to return items and receive a refund .. This is a scam and bullshit

I ordered several 3XL shirts and several other 2XL sweaters. Delivery was slow (more than 3 weeks) and every single item was FAR too small. The website will not allow you to talk to anyone about an existing order ("Call volume is too high"). I can see why. Never again. The address is in California but I'm sure this stuff comes out of Asia. I will try to get a refund but I'm not optimistic.

I ordered a "Christmas sweater " from Dresslily on 11/20. They now tell me delivery will be around 12/20. A month wait - ridiculous!!!!
