3 out of 6 items were miss marked for size. 3 were tiny, child size. Out of the $45 paid, $4.70 was offered without a return of items. For a full refund of the tiny items a return was needed. No problem that it was paid by me. The merchandise must be in their hands within 7days of the return approval. From the tenor of the emails no return would be issued. The cost of the items was $23.47. Shipping from MS to CA would cost at least $12, not bad, certainly better than $4.70. In order to meet the 7 day return date, the cost would have been over $50.The return policy is a no return policy for any reason, they just do not want that known.

I ordered a dress, they took payment. 2 months later still no arrival. It says on my account it has been shipped. I contact them, they say they can’t find the order and to contact my bank! No refund, no offer to resend the dress. No apology.

I Honestly Love This Website!! If You Never Shopped On Here Then Your Probaly Reading Sketchy Reviews About Dresslily But Its Seriously A Decent Clothing Site. Espcially If You Are Bargain Shopper Or On a Budget. DISCLAIMER: The Clothing On Here Is What We Call FAST FASHION...Cute Affordable Items For Literally Pennies! My Best Advice Is Just Pay Attention To Fabrics. Try Them Out And Learn The Clothing Fabrics Its Litterally How I Know Which Items Will Be Worth The Buy. One Last Thing. THEY ARE PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY SIS! And The PLUS+ Items Actually Work With You Giving You Shape & Curves. LOVE IT.

Terrible service. They take your money fast and you may get your purchases in two months or more. I ordered 4 items from this site they are not true to their size nor quality products. I wish I had read these reviews here first i would have stayed way away from this website. 2 of my items were decent the last two were sized incorrectly threads hanging off the shirt like they just yanked it from the sewing machine and a pair of earrings that were just broken when I got them. They weren't even put together correctly I basically threw the items I didn't like away because the customer service for this site is just terrible. What a hassle, waste of money and time. Please do not be drawn in by their pretty pictures on facebook its a trap and not worth your money!!

Ordered 3 things on july 10th. Emailed them after not hearing from them after a week. Come to find out 2 of the 3 items were back ordered and no where did it say on the website that tthis items were. I asked if they could send the items separately as they came in and they responded no. It took 1 MONTH from ordered date to finaly get an email saying my 3 items had shipped and a tracking code. Only thing is the tracking code was invalid!!! I emailed them regarding this and they totally ignored the problem sending a generic email back. Finaly a day after that i got a package in the mail and only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag!!!! Dresslily is by far the worst sight I have ordered from. A total nightmare. I will Never by a thing from them again! Do not shop here. Alot of their stuff is on other sights.

Horrible return ordeal. You have to take pictures and upload and write a description of problem on each item. You need a separate ticket number confirmation then you have to wait for a response!!!! I just need an address for returns of poor quality and badly sewn hems and pulled lace plus dresses with holes.

I am very disappointed with my order. For starters I ordered an extra large shirt, I could put it on but my arms wouldnt even fit in in sleeves. The sleeves were for a size small. 2nd the pants were way to long and didn't match the size. 3rd my 2 pairs of heels I bought came completely damaged, they look like they've been worn before! The heels are damaged and souls have been pulled away. I want a complete refund.

I'm never one to get upset with how long shipping takes and what not. But this is ridiculous. I ordered the 13th of July and today, it hasnt even shipped yet. When I talk to customer service they constantly tell me the items are out of stock, when they were in stock when I placed the order. This has been the worst expierience I've ever had with a site and delivery. Hopefully I get my order soon considering I spent quite a bit of money there.

Don't EVER order from this company DRESS LILY. I hope you will take it from me to save your regrets. First off it took over 30 days to receive my order: 1 shirt. There was no tracking on the order. The pictures look a whole lot better than the products! You think you are getting a good deal. Save your money. I told them that I wanted a refund because the shirt was cheaply made and now they want information that they SHOULD already have. This is the ONLY item I have ever ordered from them. They want to make it as hard as they can to return an item so you will give up and they can keep your money. I copied the following they requested: In order to offer you the most appropriate solution, could you please indicate to us the following details: 1- Please give us the product name or item code indicated on the package or in "My Orders" here. 2- Please send us clear pictures of the item, its item code and its outer packaging information. 3- In order to help us improve our products in the future, please tell us in more detail the issues with each product, for example is it too big or too small. Note: For not as described cases,the pictures need to display the major discrepancy with the website. Please keep the attachments below 10MB and use any of these formats gif, jpg, png, bmp, doc, xls, txt, rar, ppt, pdf.

It took about a month to receive 3 shirts I ordered. Each shirt was labeled the size I ordered but each shirt was about 2 sizes too small. For the next month it was back and forth with them wanted pictures and offering a 20% discount, a credit to their site but not the refund requested. They confirmed they received the shirts back on 7/15/19 and to process the refund with be another 10 to 14 days. Best advice is avoid this company. I know I will.

Like so many of the others, I paid extra for expedited shipping. After several days of my order "processing" I contacted them and I was told that paying extra only mean it will ship faster once they receive the product. This certainly isn't outlined in their fees. This was the second time I had service issues like this. Another time I actually forgot I had ordered something and it arrived THREE MONTHS later!! I have cancelled my most recent order and requested a full refund for everything... including shipping. Here's to hoping they get it done a lot faster than they ship anything. I'll not be doing business with them again.

Since giving zero stars isn't an option I am leaving one just to give my review. I placed and paid for my order on July 9th 2019 and paid for expedited shipping since I was needing the bathing suits for a trip to the beach at the end of the month. When looking at their website it said orders take 1-3 business days for PROCESSING and then 3-7 business days for SHIPPING. Its now July 23rd 2019 and no word on my order. I went to track my order and it still said processing. So I opened a live chat and asked why. I was informed that one item in my order was on back order as it was out of stock when I originally ordered it, no one informed me of this not by email or on the site when I was placing my order to begin with. Had I known that I would not have ordered it at all. Anyways, I then asked them why my other item had not been processed or shipped if it was in stock at the time. Their response? 'oh we were waiting on your other item to be restocked but now we have it processed and ready to be shipped within 48 hrs and you can expect it within 7 business days after that'. So I asked for a refund considering the beach trip I originally ordered them for is this weekend and was told it would be refunded to my D wallet on their site for future orders. I informed them I wanted it back in account as I had no intentions of ordering anything else from them. They then told me that $29 would refunded to my account. My order total was $47.79. I informed them of this and again was told 'yes the $29 will be refunded to your payment method account and the other $18 has already been refunded to your D wallet for future purchases'. I had to tell them AGAIN I had zero intentions of ordering from them again so I did NOT want anything refunded as credits to their site. So now I am waiting another 3-5 business days for my full refund. If it is not received by then I guess I will have to contact them again. One of the worst websites I have ever dealt with and I order online ALOT.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid 18 dollars with shipping for a tapestry. Three weeks later with no word, I receive an email that they cancelled my order. No explanation, nothing. I'm supposed to get a refund, but a week later and I still have nothing-- and it seems whatever 'refund' I get will go into their 'DressLily Wallet' function on the website, NOT back onto my card. This doesn't work for me as I have zero intent on purchasing from them again, and now an identical tapestry is available but the price is hiked way up, so they're clearly just milking the money here. I tried contact customer service and I received no useful information, as all the responses seem to be fake people and automated responses. Incredibly frustrating and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered a swimsuit and paid double for expedited shipping. I waited and waited, never shipped. So I reached out and they told me the item was out of stock and I’d have to wait. I asked specific questions and it was like a robot was replying each time. They never actually answered my questions. It was SO FRUSTRATING. Finally I just asked them to refund my money. So disappointing.

Hi i have ordered off dresslily £341 of clothes!!!! Apparently it's been dispatched I have had an email from DHL saying they want £94 off me for importation costs. No way am I paying it!!! It said only when I went to pay for items free delivery. I have set up a ticket for them to sort it. And no reply. Has anyone else had this problem before?? I am in the UK and All of there clothes looked so nice online and can't get anything like them over here.

DON'T ORDER FROM DRESSLILY. I ORDERED OVER $100 WORTH OF ITEMS WITH 5-8 DAY SHIPPING AND IT TOOK 35 DAYS TO GET HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE, YOU CAN ONLY MESSAGE THEM ONLINE AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A REPLY, AND EVEN THEN THEY'RE NOT HELPFUL!!! HALF THE ITEMS I ORDERED APPARENTLY ARE FROM A COMPANY CALLED ROSEGAL! NOT EVEN DRESSLILY!

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered two swim suits over a month ago, paying for expedited shipping. One arrived about a week ago, and I am still waiting on the second. I will never order from Dresslily again.

Ordered and paid for 3 items, 2 of which were delivered. (promptly). On being informed of the deficient item, DressLily claimed the total order had been delivered. I suspect that is an automated response, clearly their system fails to recognize the delivery status of an order's every item. I am awaiting delivery of the outstanding item or a credit and are hoping for human intervention to correct their system's inadequate response.
