I wish I could leave zero stars. Despite the correct delivery address being provided, the tracking stated the driver could not find the delivery address. The address is a marina that can be seen for miles around and an office clearly obvious. Their website states "Get in touch with us. We’re here to help you in any way we can." If only that was possible.. After completing all the details for a live chat, you get a message to say no advisers are currently available. The phone numbers only get you to automated servicesthat then hang up on you. All the other delivery companies manage to find the address on a daily basis. Such a frustrating service.

The driver was extremely rude. He refused to deliver a double bed frame to my third-floor flat and left the flat-packed boxes at the communal entrance. I begged him to help me as I am not fit enough to carry all of them by myself, but he just shrugged his shoulder and left. The online customer service live chat was not working, they suddenly stopped replying to my messages - 'I am looking at your case right now' was the last response I received. I would never buy anything from sellers who use DX services.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer care I have received today. I was originally given a delivery slot for new sofa delivery of between 17:08 to 19:00. This slot was then rescheduled to 15:08 to 17:08 via text message. My husband who is self-employed then had to take half a day unpaid to be at home to remove our window as this is the only way we will get a sofa into the house. We were delivery No:20 After delivery No:19 which was two streets away from my house we received a call from DX at 17:53 informing us that the driver was stuck in traffic and had ran out of time. We are a small estate, there is no heavy traffic and the tracker was showing the van literally on my doorstep. I would question the following: A) If the driver had run out of time why was our original slot 17:08 to 19:00? B) Why if our sofas are on the lorry are we expected to wait until Thursday- Are the sofas just going to sit on the lorry until then? Surely we should be first in line for redelivery and not expected to re-join a queue? Our experience with Furniture & Choice has up until this point been fantastic. You are not only letting the people down that are waiting on goods that never arrive due to one feeble excuse or another, you are also tainting the name of businesses that entrust their deliveries to you. Words fail me.

AWFUL!!! I paid for nominated delivery, I am still yet to receive the item. No communication, no apology from them. Apparently it got sent to LEEDS hub... I am west midlands (by Wales). I took the day off work for the nominated delivery. They are now expecting me to take another day off work for the delivery, which I cannot do.

Delivered eXactly nothing. Retailer dispatched on time, DX have pretended to attempt delivery on 3 occasions and now can’t deliver at all (they’ve damaged the goods). Worst courier company in the UK by far. Check with retailer if they use DX before ordering

Terrible. First two failed delivery attempts not their fault - i was not in. Third time however...sent it to a different address so i would get a better chance of receiving it. Tried to track but wouldnt let me. No emails, nothing. Phoned and the automated machine told me, after asking for postcode and tracking details, that it would be delivered between 9 am and 6pm. It is currently 6.06pm and the delivery has not arrived after my poor mother in law waiting at home all day for it. Called again only for the same thing to happen. Called a different number and they said they had closed. Stupid online text on the website doesnt work either. Terrible company. "Deliver Exactly" they do not deliver exactly at all. They do not deliver! Looks like my mother wont be getting her birthday present which is almost a week late. Tip for DX - customers prefer to talk to humans not computers.

Parcel left on my doorstep, mere feet from a public footpath at the end of my short, unfenced garden. Nobody knocked. DX’s email re delivery stated: “We take additional steps to ensure that our customers' goods can only reach locations and address types which they have specifically earmarked as being appropriate for safe delivery” DX also stated: “If we can we'll leave your item in a safe place or with a neighbour.“ If they’d simply knocked at the door I’d have collected it from the driver. The first I knew of it was an email, however. DX didn’t fulfil any of the promises in their email. Sadly, this is what people expect from some couriers, and I don’t think that this will change while margins are cut to the bone. I’ll be contacting the sports company, whose item was delivered, to tell them I won’t be using them again while they use DX. I’d rather pay a few pence more for a responsible delivery service.

Absolutely waste of time, had my parcel since 14th of April (two day postage), only send it out when I got in touch with them, 3 weeks waiting for 2 days delivery, avoid at all time!!!!!

Your customer service is appalling. I paid for Saturday delivery and was given a 8am - 12pm window. When it still hadn’t arrived I used the customer service chat feature and was given a separate number to call. I called twice and was told my order was on the way. Three hours later I called again only to be told that the order was undeliverable, even though I was standing at the window of my easy to access street and did not receive any calls or see and vehicles. This service is a fraud and I would caution anyone against using it.

Absolutly appaling service from DX Note: NOT DRIVERS FAULT ..,, was told my retuned item was due for pick up and to be fair it was picked up .. BUT Managment need to amend instructions to drivers that by no meens have they to ring customers .. WHY well thats because i was told they would ring and if i did not pick up phone they might not arrive to pick up parcel .. so i had house phone and mobile in my hand all day till they rang doorbell .. i said to driver you was suppose to ring me .. He said " I havn't time to ring customers,, then i asked for tracking or proof of pick up ; he said " i cant give you one " Ha what a outfit .. then he proceeded to tell me his work ethics ie: up at 5 travling from leeds with umpteen jobs to do and all for £200 a day and using his own van .. YES it made me feel Guilty .. just a tad, but i had paid £20 to be lectured on why he wasn't singing from same hyme sheet as his employers DX .. all i can say is Driver arrived to pick up parcel.. That in itself is worth brownie point these days .. but poor man looked like he run ragged and nearly lost it with me . so i had to calm him a bit . in end we saw eye to eye but i was fuming inside . and can only say DX you need to get a grip of your policies and look after your staff with Clear instructions , so us customers don't feel the brunt . Parcelforce next time ! OH and ringing them is a ball ache ..good luck with that .. end of ..

Constantly getting texts saying items are out for delivery be delivered today and it NEVER turns up! Next day same message again and again, doesn't show! Trackings beyond useless! Due to be delivered, out for delivery, due to be delivered, out for delivery....... Dont reply to emails soo customers service seems about as useful as there tracking system...... And there delivery drivers. I'll add a tracking picture for 1 of my packages, its like a clown show.

Tracking number/ calling card numbers never recognized. Think I'm going to start invoicing dx for the time to chase them up to try and get a package redelivered. Beyond useless. Unfortunately it won't let me give zero stars or I would give them a big fat zero

Bunch of Liars our shop was open all day, nobody came and now tracking says calling card has been left, wait what ? nobody came and no calling card was left just lying.

It should be zero stars. They should not be called a delivery company because they simply don't deliver anything. For the 5th day today they said they would deliver my parcel and they didn't show up!the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Urgent package should have been delivered yesterday. I waited in all day. It was then put back till today. Now had a text to say no delivery today I’m fuming No one’s returned my call/email/query Not good enough Can’t speak to anyone Don’t even deserve one star

Absolutely useless. Supposed to be having a delivery today after they failed to deliver on Friday. Now apparently tomorrow. You can try calling them but expect to be on hold indefinitely. Their live chat also doesn't work. Absolute belters of clueless halfwits. Now contacted the seller on ebay for a refund!!

If another company books me a delivery with DX I will be cancelling the order straight away. DX have cost me a fortune with time off work, they are the worst delivery company ever
