I couldn’t rent from Hertz, National, Alamo or any other more reputable brand of car rental company as all cars were rented. I called Easirent and told them my plane had been delayed and I wouldn’t arrive before they closed at 10:00 PM at Palm Beach International Airport and would get the car the next day. I showed up at 11:00 the following day and was told they had no cars and couldn’t find notes on my call the prior day. A second person working there looked at my reservation and found the note. They then found a car for me that had a huge dent in the trunk and scratches on side of car which they noted. I have never rented a car in this condition. After 8 days I was driving around with my wife shopping and the car electrical system completely shut down at a light at a busy intersection. I called Easirent and they said I needed to call Chevy service to get the car towed. I couldn’t get through to a human at Chevy and called another towing firm instead. I had the car towed to Easirent and left it it there. I have called several times to speak to a manager and never get a call back. I will never rent from them again and am disputing the charge and asking for reimbursement of the tow. Terrible customer service and renting defective and unsafe cars. I should sue them.

I would have to say I would give them zero stars. This was for the Phoenix location. Luckily I booked through Orbitz so Discover Card is disputing it for me and I have a record of what I was expecting to pay. Big scam. They put on the two insurance fees per day which I didn't ask for and specifically didn't ask for. They scam on purpose. That is their business model. DO NOT USE.

Change the names from Easirent to Easiripoff! Avoid givinf this business your money by any means necessay. Rates are low, but by the time they are done with you, you will be paying more for the rental than the big name rental companies. They need to be brought before Congress for their shady practices.

This was my worse rental experience ever!! Dirty location, rude and very unprofessional staff. This location by the AirPort by the Marriot Courtyard . I had to literally restrain myself from even interacting with them as it just wasn't worth my time and energy.

I went to pick up my car, took the tram to the car rental area and could not find them and then I saw a small sign and followed down and around a bit of a walk. Waited over a 1/2 hour for a shuttle. Got there and the money I had paid was not enough. They said I need insurance to rent with Easirent. I have Visa Avion Infinite Privileges. It covers collision, damages, fire, and vandalism up to 80k and 48 days. They said not good enough. I need a certificate of insurance. It took me 2 hours to get it. Never in all the years of car rentals all over the world has this happened to me. I then got it and gave it to them it was not good enough. I would have cancelled as it was free cancellation or so they said, but they already had 181 of my money from booking and they said you will have to ask Expedia for the money. So I talked to Expedia and they could not answer. I thought about it and looked on line at other companies and weighted out my options. At that time cars were a lot more money than when I was looking before. coupled with the fact that I would probably never get my 181 back. I decided it was late. I went ahead with it. I then had to wait for a car. I paid another 336 and then they said no car without a 350 deposit. nothing was said about that until after i paid the 336. I then said where is my contract stating my insurance and receipts for the money I paid they would not give me one. I have now been 4 hours from the time I was dropped at the car rental area. Now I am in the middle of nowhere waiting for a car and a person returning was telling me how bad their experience was. And they argued with them about their deposit and I don't think they got it back. That is by far the biggest rip-off car rental I have ever encountered. Also while I am there I got a hacker alert from google saying that there was a someone trying to hack you, but it was blocked. I am telling everyone that DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Trip to PHX, AZ 12/3; RUINED my short 2-day business trip, Easirent killed my entire 1st day. It took almost 3-hrs to get to the rental loc then to actually GET a car! Had to take the airtrain, then carry luggage across, down an elevator to wait 30-mins for a shuttle to drive 15-mins to the rental loc! Then find NO ONE at the counter 3 people waiting an hour already?! Finally a girl comes out, doesn't greet/address the people waiting, or check them in...I had to produce actual insurance coverage- luckily I was able to access or what??! Then telling me they dont have cars bc many get stolen into Mexico! I was outraged at the long wait and no care from reps.. then finally get the car - and the process AGAIN extended...checking off info like I was buying the car! finally got the car, got to hotel, but had to cancel a business dinner! not enough time. Then checkout- (returned perfectly!), which was promised 'would be fast"- waited, waited, the rep finally came to check it in -taking so much time- she asked if I got their insurance? I said no- used AMEX coverage, she then claimed 'there was a crack in the dashboard'-(LIE!!!) I argued the false statement took photos, looked like a white dot- I would not have commented that when I check over before leaving with the car as 'damage' it was a miniscule chip on the exterior of the glass you cant even see. NO LINE stemming from it- it was NOT a crack. We argued I took more photos, video to prove the perfect condition I brought back the car and had to catch my flight. Company doesn't care about customers, charges low to lure in then makes false claims to try to scam money. Awful experience! Wasted precious travel time

d killed me and my child that’s how I knew the horn didn’t work and that same day went to a park at Disney and got lost over an hour looking for our car with no sound on fob working. We called the company a couple dozen times and they kept hanging up on me or told me to bring car back to them when I’m not driving in Florida Orlando to be exact with no horn beyond illegal and they said I was being dramatic. Meanwhile all the security at Disney said absolutely not to drive that. It was so dangerous. They then kept saying managers were going to call me when manager called me he hung up on me also. This was supposed to be an amazing last minute trip for Thanksgiving to Disney with my child that turned into a complete nightmare with this company. I had to pay uber and Lyft the whole time then on top of that get AAA to tow the car back to them.., STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would pay hundreds more before I had to deal with this awful company that should have been shut down a long time ago. STAY AWAY!!!!

Avoid Easirent Houston at All Costs My experience with Easirent in Houston was absolutely awful. The front desk personnel are incredibly rude and unprofessional, making even basic interactions unpleasant. The customer service is shockingly poor, offering zero support or assistance. The airport pickup process was a complete mess—disorganized, cumbersome, and a waste of time. While the pricing might seem like a deal at first glance, the savings are absolutely not worth the frustration and poor treatment. I strongly discourage anyone from renting from Easirent. Spend a little more elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Easirent Car Hire Island is by far the worst Car Hire Company I have come across in over 40 years of travelling the world and hiring motor vehicles. The Easirent Business Model appears to revolve around the use of Fine Print and Imagination to introduce as many additional costs to you hire policy as possible. Things to expect as extra charges not in the original agreement, include: Although you have full Travel Insurance, that clearly includes "Rental Car Insurance Excess" Easirent doesn't accept third party Insurance, and therefore you are required to pay an additional 40Euro Per/Day for the excess or you may opt for a deposit of 4,600Euro that may be refunded after 3 months or so. Although it's not noted in the policy If you require a second driver you are required to pay an additional 40 Euro Per/Day for this special service. Although the Easirent policy states you may incur a service charge of 10Euro if a "fine" is incurred for non-payment of tolls on the motorway, Easirent charges all policy holders the 10 Euro service charge plus the tole fee "non-payment fine" or not. When questioning the desk operators about the fraudulent charges they explain that they won't be able to provide a vehicle without the additional payments, and when you have come some kilometres by buss to the Easirent office in the back yard of a trucking company, that is a good distance from the airport the money is quickly extorted from you. From what I have now seen as Feedback on the internet around the services of Easirent, I understand this appears to have been an ongoing Easirent internal Policy for some time and will continue against individuals, unless we collectively do something about it. I am now seeking legal Advice on the viability of a Class Action to recover fraudulent charges, associated damages and legal costs, on behalf of a group as a Class Action. For the people not already contacted by our group, please look for "EasirentIsland-Class Action" in the coming weeks online to allow you to forward the details of your experience with this company for inclusion in the process as well. I invested $17,500 here to trade based on their signals. The scammers provided me with videos of real trading based on signals, as well as screenshots of PNL. I was eager to earn the same, so I fell for it and invested the money. But I didn’t know that I was dealing with a fake broker, not a legitimate one. As it turned out, the scammers just took my $17,500 and then stopped responding and i got so worried about it, so I decided to share it out to my friends, before a friend of mine directed me to Mrs. ''' Morris Meihua '''.. she was the one who helped me recover all my lost both my profit and i was so glad, yo can also reach out to them if you are being scammed before or even finding it so difficult for you to withdraw the money which you have invested on any broker, they can help you out.... We flew into West Palm on Nov.8, 2024, shuttled to the car rental (advertised on Avelo) the company was called Easirent. We presented our license and credit card. The customer service rep insisted we show a copy of our insurance card (never asked before at car rental counters) We had to call our insurance agent late in the evening to please email our card to us. The representative then put a $500.00 hold on our credit card. Then the manager came over and told us…they had no cars. They made us go through all of that for nothing. We then had to shuttle back to the airport. There were no cars available at any rental agency. We were stranded in the airport for 3 hours. We had prepaid the car and asked Easirent for our money back and we were told, sorry you need to call corporate, called corporate was told they would open a case file and get back to us in 10 days (unbelievable)

If there were no stars I would choose that rating!!! First of all you need to take 2 buses to reach them because they are not at the Rental cars site at DFW, TX. Then we had to wait 3 hours because they were swamped, only 2 people working very slowly and had no cars available..... When we finally got the car, they informed us that we needed to give them proof of insurance or pay for their insurance. Nobody told us this so we had to fork out $300 and more on top of the rental cost. It was a nightmare and very expensive. People were cancelling their rental but we prepaid so we were stuck. NEVER AGAIN.

I only gave 1 star ⭐️ so I am able to write this review but the company doesn’t deserve my star ⭐️ at all. On my visit 10/12/24 I had a terrible experience with this company Easirent. First, it took so long for the shuttle to arrive and then drive us to the site. Secondly, walked into the office and the staff are talking over and against each with loud voices while attending to customers so unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers were not attended to promptly causing longer wait for us again after long wait at the airport for the shuttle. I realized immediately that we were at the wrong place and things were not going to go smoothly just by seeing how other customers were being treated. Now is my time, the staff told me to hold because she was taking care of her son who she brought to work since she’s couldn’t find or afford a child care. No problem because I understand our children comes first but then I asked myself why are they acting unprofessional and not polite towards customers while this child is there? To say the least, they were going to over charge us more than what was reserved. They tried hard to add insurance but we called our insurance agent, so no luck for them. Wanted to change our $200 deposit to $500 because I was using a different cc from the one I used to reserve it, decided to want charge me for the days price because the reserved price wasn’t guaranteed. I this point I had enough so I asked for a manager and the same rep Christine attending to me turned around and said hello meet the manager but said another name. I told her she was really messed up in her head and that she needed help to fix her mind. Now I was pretty done with them. I canceled and told them all F..K U and walked out of the smelly office. Lucky for us, we ended spending less than we would have spent at the normal price and even spent way more if we had allowed them to over charge us as they intended. We realized, we didn’t even need a car because we were near to every place from our resort, shuttle was available throughout the day into the night and only had to use cab 4 times from & back to the airport is 2 and from & back resort visiting a very nice fun show & club. The total cost was under a $100 with lots of peace of mind. I will never cross paths with this company again ever and I will never recommend them to anyone. Warning ⛔️ stay away from EASIRENT…

It is unbelievable! I rented a car through priceline with easyrent in Texas. I picked up the car on 13 September 2024 drove the car to the wedding venue and back to easyrent location close to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on 15 Sept. 2024. The lady that inspected the car told me everything is fine. Good job! There was no damage. Everything is fine. To my surprise, I received a claim today 31/10/2024 in the amount of $5,659.44 with a list of Phisical damages. This is outrageous! I wonder how many victims of easyrent out there. Please do not rent from Easyrent. I will definitely fight this.

I recently had a reservation for a vehicle. I waited for nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle they claim comes every 15 minutes. I called the office three times to maked sure they had a shuttle service. They never answered. The shuttle finally arrived and w ewouldn't all fit in the shuttle. We had a gentleman standing in the van. This was a shuttle van it was a regular van without any space to stand. I arrived at the location, signed in and waited and waited and waited. The process was so slow I only saw three people get a car. Others were calling insurance companies to make sure they had coverage. After about 45 minutes the group of us was told they had no more cars. The gal at the desk said they had 30-40 more reservations than they had cars. They told me to call Expedia (I should not have booked and pre-paid) to get a refund so I did. I was on hold with Expedia for 35 minutes while they tried to call Easirent to confirm they had no vehicles. Easirent never answered the phone. Expedia won't refund my money because Easirent claims I was a no-show. Easirent has not reesponded to my emails. Stay away from this company or unfortunately you may lose your money.
