Telephoned Easyjet obo my parents as their flight was cancelled due to the CD19 pandemic. They had been trying to get through for over 4 weeks and had lost patience (they are both over 70). I completely understand that Easyjet are extremely busy during this unprecedented period but the attitude of this company is unbelievably arrogant! The Customer Service rep who I finally managed to speak to (after nearly 2 hours of constant redialling) confirmed that Easyjet have received my parents refund claim but stated that they my parents claim will have to wait up to 90 DAYS (ie 3 MONTHS) to receive their full refund. When I informed the customer service rep that they are acting unlawful stating this and my parents may have to ask their bank to charge back the refund from Easyjet, he said "if your parents do that, they will then owe Easyjet the cost from the banks chargeback and will not be able to every fly with Easyjet again"!!! With an attitude like that Easyjet do no deserve to come out the other side of this successfully and carry on being able to operate. I was flabbergasted. I only hope that customers of this wholly unprofessional outfit remember the way they are currently being treated (awaiting for their hard earned refunds for cancelled flights and services they are not receiving) and go elsewhere. As I stated to the customer service rep (before I left the call), with an attitude like this, Easyjet will be lucky to still be around this time next year! My parents have already experienced bad form from this company (due to being victims of Thomas Cook) last year, they were left stranded in Turkey and had to resort to paying £1200 for 2 return flights. RIPOFF EASYJET - profiteering from poor customers who were desperate to get home.

Your avoidence to refund your cancellation, YOU, left me no choise except section 75, credit consumer act 1974, thus my c.c provider refunded me , and they had to endure your breaking the law by it refunding in 2 weeks , lay staff off and say too busy , right who ever is foolish enough to rely on a refund for a provider who can't deliver , for futhure cancellations by EASY JET , will have to implement a section 75, so please any booking remember EASY JET , SECTION 75, OR YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES

Slow to refund , they cancelled my flight the day before it was due to leave , ( no flights for weeks previously ) showed my flight as “ Full “ not cancelled causing delay in refund process. I know they are busy but when I pay them it’s instantaneous, money moved , doesn’t work both ways apparently, though they did get hacked and allow my details to be taken 4 months before they told me .

I booked 6 x flights only, to fly 23rd of July costing £1650 from Easyjet and I booked a separate private holiday let in Spain costing £1750. I have explained to Easyjet that I must cancel or rebook my holiday one month before we travel or I lose my money if we do not go (£1750) but Easy jet only offer 7 days notice as to whether the flight will fly. So if they cancel 7 days before I lose my holiday money and if i cancel my holiday and Easyjet say the flight is going ahead and i don't fly i lose my flight money (£1650), catch 22. I tried to work with Easyjet asking for a credit note or 6 flights next Summer both of which or not availabel to me as the flight has not yet been cancelled. So basically if easyjet cancel (because of the way they have behaved) I will demand a refund and never fly with them again. All other Airlines have advertised next summers flights to help out the situation but Easyjet are holding back until the end of this summer to limit their customers options thus capitalising from peoples misfortunes that this terrible pandemic is causing. Talk about kicking people while they are down and whilst capitalising from misfortunes, pleading with the government for handouts. But my biggest gripe is, in my 50 years of life I have never been made to feel so insignificant and angry as I did when the supervisor/manager at Easyjet who I was talking to just said "bye" and hung up the phone whilst I was mid sentence. They should show a little more respect and professionalism knowing that people are worried and have spent days trying to speak with them. could possibly be lost and Easyjets customer service supervisor/manager (supposedly a person of responsibility) just hangs up the phone as if you count for nothing. The big winners here are Jet2 who will undoubtedly pick up a huge chunk of Easjets future bookings.

Terrible customer service. It has been over 50 days since I request a refund from EasyJet for my cancelled flight on 29th March. They have advised that I need to wait 90 days for a refund which is just ridiculous. I applied for the refund online before EasyJet revoked this option from customers, they are now claiming that they have a backlog of refunds that were requested online and customers that called into the helpline afterwards were given priority. I will never fly with EasyJet ever again. They have made it nearly impossible to receive a refund. I have tried to contact their helpline 100 plus times and only managed to get through to them twice. This is putting me under an immense amount of stress which I do not need being heavily pregnant and with the current pandemic

Stop trying to hold onto people's money! You cancelled all flights due to Covid-19, now you need to give people their money back! Even Ryanair has!!

My flight from London to Cairo was cancelled, and I had to change my flight in order to come back to the Belfast city on the same day. I checked in, and I paid for my bags. I went to my gate in order to get my flight and at the gate it was two ladies were checking in the passenger. The woman called Denise, was very rude and extremely vulgar to me. I had my small bag and my small laptop with me. I was chocked when I heard that. I think this sort of attitude is suitable only for a member of bandit gang not for an easyJet staff member. Pay to pass otherwise you wont pass. I told her that I came from Belfast with my laptop without any problem, and she is rudely repeated her message again and when I told her that you are really rude she went mad and she said that."I will call the captain, and you are not going to board." The funny thing is, when the supervisor came to solve the problem I asked him to talk privately and he was clearly supporting his colleague without even listening to me as a customer who has a right to explain what happened. And they start to ask me to pay another £110 in order to use the next flight. It is unbelievable when you use easyJet for 7 years and suddenly you have such experiment with a team that unprofessionally acting as a gang. I wont fly with easyJet again and I will share my experience with others. I think the team working for easyJet in LGW airport will badly effect the buisness more than Corona virus.

I booked flight 9/1 to flight to Majorca on 10/3 before Coronavirus news, now EasyJet keep sending me email to book later on but every way avoids to repay back my fair. Knowing EasyJet ground all fights. Nevertheless I will be claiming from my credit card company. So pathetic EasyJet.not reply yet.

I had attempted to book a flight back to London with this service and needed to cancel the flight I had booked because I found an earlier flight and being told by their customer service desk at Paris CDG that the only way to cancel the flight was online, due to Paris shutting down shops bars and restaurants. Then I went online and attempted to do so since 7am in the morning to be told 'sorry we are helping others right now' on their live chat system. so I attempted to call them and was kept on hold for an hour and 1.5 hours the second time round. If this wasn't enough, I attempted to then contact their messenger chat, and was told 'sorry the chat is not available until 8-8pm' and they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which I feel is a complete scam if you cannot get through to the representatives in order to cancel the flight. I do not recommend their service at all due to their poor customer service and simple inability to cancel a flight and make it easy to do so. DO NOT book with Easyjet, its a complete scam and a very poor service.

I had a fantastic experience I had a fantastic experience on an Easyjet flight yesterday Friday 13th March, Edinburgh to Stansted EZ232 - I would just like to commend / thank the Cabin Crew Manager ROSS who made our flight so enjoyable with his fantastic humour, I have never laughed so much on a flight. I wish Easyjet would clone him, he is fantastic, professional and extremely funny. I think I've told 20 people about him already! Also, the pilot ANDY for the smooth landing. Loved my flight, as did all the other passengers. It fair brightened up my day

Terrible company. 2h delay and redirected to Glasgow airport instead of Edinburgh. Not only that, but we weren't entitled to any compensation either!! I wouldn't bother flying with Eadyjet again. Use airlines like Aegean or Birtish Airways. What a waste of time and money.

Why if you know the flight is delayed do you not know that the crew are more than likely to run out of hours therefore increasing the delay by another hour and a half on top of the previous hour and a half delay??? Poor planning Easy jet.

I m an Easyjet Plus card holder and was hoping to get a bit more service in case of problems. I have spend the last 1.5 month to obtain an invoice for a payment I did but it seems impossible. My latest attempt, after having waited 35 minutes at their call centre, I tried to explain my issue and the operator simply hang up. Thank you Easyjet for your service and I will use for business and pleasure other airlines in the future.

UGLY airlines. Staff is so rude. Zero customer service. No respect for the customer. We have been denied boarding for no reason. Arrived on time, our bags are fine, boarding passes scanned, document checked, everything is fine. .The staff took some feedback about her guess of the bag size very personal and decided we are not travelling. They insulted us, called us crazy, shushing us and deprived us of our right to travel. My kid was sick and we had to stay overnight waiting for the next flight. One of the most terrible experiences with the airlines.
