If you order anything you get scammed. People ring to say you have agreed to subscriptions that you haven't and money is taken from your bank.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

One star is too much! I made the terrible mistake of ordering some face masks from this company about a year ago now. Since then my life has been made a misery. My mistake was to order online and put my address as 155 instead of 135. An easy mistake you might think but I have tried for almost a year to rectify the mistake and Easylife refuse to do anything to correct this mistake. It means my neighbour at 155 is getting all the brochures, etc. from Easylife but they have my bank details and telephone number. I discovered £1.99 had been 'stolen' from my bank account by Easylife. I have been into my bank and they cancelled this £1.99 payment which would have been stolen every month if it hadn't been stopped. I am keeping an eye on my bank statements in case anymore money is taken. I have been constantly pestered by Easylife by telephone but I cannot make them understand that, at the very least, I would like my address to be corrected. They won't do this. It wasn't too bad when we had a regular postman as he knew me and would bring rubbish from Easylife to my house. I told my neighbour (who resents this intrusion) to put everything from Easylife in the bin so therefore, now I no longer have the regular postman, I don't see what Easylife is sending.

I am absolutely disgusted, they have taken money out of my account without my permission and won't answer emails. I am contacting my bank today to try and stop them.

Do not touch this company with a ten foot barge poll. Trying to get my money back for fruit trees lost in transit. If my refund does not arrive soon intend to contact trading standards. Tried to sell me some dodge card. This company definitely needs its profile raising on winifred Robinsons radio four consumer program

Do not touch this company with a barge pole - they get you to sign up for a card you don't want assuring you can cancel in 14 days - the card arrives after the trial period ends and the amount they take from your account differs to what is said in the "amazing offer" letter. To try and cancel it using their email address is a joke - all mail comes back as un-deliverable. The phone number is not manned at weekends and if you do get through it is not to Easylife. My advice - ring your bank and get their details cancelled on your account so you cannot get anything else debited from them.

I was going to order from them but having read these reviews they are about as bad as it gets. I will go elsewhere.

Apart from the quality of the products being of a very low standard at a very high price the returns policy is Byzantine. As they appear to target the older generation with their tat they should at least make it easy to return this rubbish. My mother requested that I deal with them on her behalf but they refuse to explain their returns policy and insist on speaking only to her thus ignoring her wishes and causing unnecessary stress. AVOID this company and buy good quality at much lower prices elsewhere. This is the sort of chunder that older folk used to be forced to buy on 'organised Coffee Trips' at extortionate prices from shiny be-suited passive-aggressive salesmen. Seldom seen so many consistently bad reviews on a company, -at least they are consistent and persistent in their awfulness!

I requested a refund and only now I have realised they not interested to refund or replace goods. I will not use them or any associated Easy group of companies. I have lost £27.98 Their customer service staff are rude and unhelpful and its probably what they are train to do. My 87 year old mother is stuck with an item which she can not use or get a replacement for a bigger size. Two sizes too small. so you can imagine she just had a look at it.!! I was going to purchase other items but not anymore.

My Mum who is also in her eighties, brought a knee bandage and has since been scam £74.95 for a reward card. I got her to telephone them and ask for refund, which they did, within days they have now taken £18.50 of her credit card again. The first call to them,"easylife said my mother had been called and agreed to take this reward card with them, but since June 2020 when she placed her first order to March 2021 when they took £74.95 she had a new telephone number so they could not have called her, as they stated. I would stay clear of this company as they help themselves to your money. Watch out for any family that are old and would not be wise to this company.

My dad asked me to buy headphones and masks costing £39.97, for him on Monday 29th March. Apparently if you spend over £30 you get free postage and packing. After placing the order I checked my credit card account and found I had a pending payment of only £19.99 from Easylife. I tried to ring their refund number but had to wait until the next day as they were closed. The next day I spoke to a representative and she told me that only the headphones had been ordered and so I asked for a refund as the catalogue clearly states that you can within 14 days of purchase. I was told that the payment was pending and there was nothing that could be done. The person on the line was rude and kept stating that it wasn't her fault, and if I wanted a refund I should speak to the representative who placed the order! The Easylife payment has now been pending for 5 days on my credit card statement and I don't know if the sum will increase in value. I have been advised to order a new credit card by my issuers and they have put a stop on any future transactions being taken by Easylife. If after 10 days the Easylife transaction is still pending I have to raise it as a dispute with my credit card company. I wish I had just told my dad I would look on Amazon.

This Company scams the elderly. My in laws had placed an order with them, but only half of order was delivered. Contacted customer service to complain but When asked to speak to Supervisor was told that they would not speak to me, insisting there was a misprint, although payment had been made in full, they would not honour the order. No refund made for missing goods and are refusing to send remaining part of order. This company should be stopped from trading as they obviously target the elderly, they should be reported to Watchdog/ trading standards. God knows how they sleep at night

I bought a hercul - easy garden hose in August 2019. When it broke in June 2020 whilst still under guarantee, I phoned Easylife who told me to return it to their warehouse together with a burden of proof letter from an independent company which I did immediately at a cost to myself of £9 postage plus £3 packaging. After several attempts by phone to obtain a refund or replacement I instructed solicitors. They have ignored two solicitors letters. The hose is still under guarantee and they have still not replaced or refunded the cost of the hose. This company is total rubbish, they are very short sighted because they have lost not only myself as a customer but my family, friends and neighbours too.

Asked to remove my address from mailing list, just removed my name, asked again, ignored, asked again, ignored... If this is how you treat potential customers wishes, I dread to think...

Ordered for my mum because she has no internet and paid using my bank card, after the order was delivered she was then phoned to ask her to sign up to a super card, which she did, I then had a payment for this card taken out of my bank account which i did'nt know about. or give permission for it to be taken. When I rang to query this because the Easylife account was in my mum's name, but the money was taken from my bank account, they would not cancel it. E-mails written returned, my concern is easylife may take this payment again when it's due for renewal. IF you order something make sure you don't get signed up for something else you don't want costing you even more . If it's not a phone call concerning the delivery of your order, put the phone down.

Signed my 88 year old mother up for Perx membership without her permission. £18.50 per month is being robbed out of her account each month. Don't touch them with a barge pole. The catalogue appeals to old people who know nothing about being conned. Be warned.

Agree 100% with the previous reviews, taking advantage of people and trying to charge them for things they won't use/don't know they have signed up for. Product itself arrived late, was notified it was dispatched, then it went missed, then it was dispatched again and eventually it arrived but I could have got it more quickly from a much more ethical retailer. AVOID.
