Order posted 14th October Payment from my bank account 21st October Order chased ist November, and told goods out of stock. I asked why I had not been informed and was told my details had not been entered on the order, but goods will be in stock on 10th November Goods despatched 11 November and received 14th November I have no faith in your system or your quoted terms of business so will not use your services in future

I have had absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on 28th October 2014 and was told that the item was out of stock until 10th November. Fair enough. The money for this item was taken out of my bank account on 12th November, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER as at 27th November. I spoke to Customer Services on Tuesday this week, who told me that my order was "crawling slowly" to my address and that I would receive it within 48 hours, BUT I AM STILL WAITING! Needless to say, I will certainly NOT deal with your company again. WHEN WILL, I, RECEIVE MY ORDER PLEASE......

I have been forced to give the service received a POOR as the item was not in stock and I was kept waiting. One parcel arrived before the other and I had to ring for advice, receiving a very poor response - long hold, put through to Customer Services AGAIN which I had already rung, costing me money while held in a queue for over ten minutes. When I gave up, rang again, the lady I spoke to was wonderful. What a difference! My item did arrive about 5 days after the first (of 2) boxes, with TWO names of addresses, and an invoice for the other named customer but his goods were not in my box which was poorlly packaged, goods moved and one part damaged. Not an overall good experience. No reply to my e-mail which I said I'd send following non-delivery. Again POOR customer service.

Having Having waited for delivery well beyond the date on the confirmation email I rang the customer service people and was told that the item was out of stock until the begining of the following week. Why someone could not have informed me of this situation, as a customer, makes me think that they really are not bothered once they have your money. To make matters appear even worse, on the day when new stock was supposed to arrive at the warehouse, I actually got delivery of my order. I feel I was,at best, misled and at worst, lied to. I don't mind waiting a reasonable time for an item I have ordered but it would be nice if someone had the decency to inform a customer of any delays and not the customer having to spend time and money chasing their order.

My long reach hedge trimmer looks like it will do the job with ease. Unfortunately it will not see any action until spring but I am looking forward to many seasons of use from this well built and designed tool

My experience has been nothing short of dreadful. It doesn't get any worse than this. I ordered a Brush Cutter and Line Trimmer on the 3rd November 2014- and my bank account was debited on the 3rd November- and I still haven't received the item as at the 27th November. I have made at least 8 phone calls through the Customer line and each time I have had to wait at least 5 minutes to speak with someone. On two occasions I have been promised a call back by the Manager but I have received no calls informing me of the status and never a word of apology. On the 26th November - at least my 8th call-I was told the item had been dispatched from the warehouse and would be with me within 72 hours. I have never been provided with a tracking number Promises ,promises....If it doesn't arrive by Saturday 29th November I will be cancelling the order and demanding a refund.

Two items not available and I had to wait a month for delivery. On top of that I was charged for postage despite quoting a code for free delivery.

Eventually received the telescopic hedge trimmer on 10th November, originally ordered in August have recd 3 separate hedge trimmers all faulty the second item was sent back to us as a replacement. Good news it seems to be working ok but customer service for this company is sadly lacking. When returning items it takes forever for them to process their returns and issue raplace ment. cEven asking for a supervisor or manager to phone me is ignored I have never had such bad service from a company and would not recommend them to any friends!
