“Was with talk talk for years with no problems. EE offered a supposedly faster broadband for less money, so I stupidly went with them, BIG mistake!! WiFi constantly goes off for ages and takes for ever to come back on. They have now said we need discs which will cost an extra £6 or £7 per month, which we didn't need for a good signal with Talk Talk. Now stuck in a contract with them......Avoid them whatever they offer!!!! Wish I'd looked at all these reviews first - I would never have changed to them if I had.”
“I've been extremely disappointed with EE's network and customer service. The internet speeds have been consistently slow, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved.
The customer service is even more frustrating. Online chat support often leaves me waiting for 2-3 hours with no response. Phone calls also involve lengthy hold times, only to be met with unhelpful representatives.”
“I couldn't believe a respectable firm could be so evil as to limit my withdrawals. I felt like giving up and admitting I was a loss because of all the pressure I had put on myself from the amount I had previously invested, but then I read a Trust Pillot review about Recoveryhacker101. Talk about bitcoin, you may get in touch with them at recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com. I contacted them and gained my entire bitcoin back in less than 72 hours.”
“Never known a company that takes over 30 minutes to answer then cuts you off. Then when you finally get through again after another 30 minutes you get passed pillar to post through different departments waiting at least 20 minutes on each occasion. This is all because they debited two accounts after an house move despite the old account being cancelled on two occasions( they didn't cancel when they should have the first time). Despite admitting this was a fault on their part they clearly have no idea what they are doing. Still not convinced the problem will be rectified and money reimbursed so more than likely will need to ring up again.
Their network is very good but it seems they don't have a clue when it comes to sorting out accounts.”
“Been with EE for over 15 years, went into store with his mobile phone in his name, and they’ve put it in my name, and joined the two number my number with his in my name? Why would they do that got to wait three months now Kyle at ee has been supportive but Jess was awful to deal with, as was Barbara in complaints , and the Blackpool store was hopeless they’ve made this mess I am paying for my fathers phone which I could be paying for ever he has always topped it up and he previously spoken with them, but they don’t understand his lisp, so for some reason they’ve put it in my name. Strange. Scam artists . Don’t sign any with them . Valued customer since orange and T-Mobile I will not be renewing my contract or purchasing a single item from ee again. What’s going to happen in three months time I am told it’s too late? I am basically paying for my phone and my fathers for ever! Don’t go with them extortionate prices aswell compared with Tesco and Vodaphone.”
“Been with EE ,T-Mobile ,Mercury 121 for the past 30 Years.!

They say the uk has a housing crisis but brothels are on every corner. Business in the uk are quick to take your money from your account and the takes five days to give it back. They have even embed prostitute mentality in business worse then prostitutea”
“Please avoid this company. They are the biggest thieves ever. If you try to cancel your contract mid term, they charge you for the remaining tariff and handset. Their customer service is a complete joke. I hope this company losses so much money. Words have power”
“Ordered a phone paid a deposit they took my money told me it would be 2 days till dispatch and a message knowone bothered replying I spoke with EE know one can help”
“Absolutely furious with ee they are rubbish I moved home and had to transfer my address, the new router arrived there was no connection it took four engineers to visit over a course of three weeks to discover the router was faulty. They gave me a good Will gesture of unlimited data and asked me to call in a month to cancel otherwise it would be rolling contact when I called that said everything was good. Then they sent me startents that my acc was outstanding when I called they told me know it was all ok and then disconnected me two months later when I phoned to enquire about connection issues I was told I have not been paying my bill!!!! My direct debits to ee were in place and correct and being paid directly within no payment issues . But they simply disconnected me because the good will gesture they had given me was in fact showing as outstanding payments on my account !!! They do not know what the hell they are doing!!!! customer service is zero !!! Rude and not helpful . They Talk over you with their jargon none has a clue what is happening from one department to another.”
“Scam offer. I upgraded my mobile phone with EE with an enticing offer to return my old phone and in return get £6.00 per month off my monthly bill. So what would have been £50 would be £44 pm. Which sounded like a great offer. In the email from EE with all my details and fees etc, there was a state saying ‘’ we will send you an envelope and all you have to do is pop your phone in it and send it back to us’’ This envelope never arrived. So I rang EE and they advised me to phone a company called ‘Likewise’ and they will send me an envelope. This seemed a bit strange that I had to phone a third party to get a packaging, but either way I did phone them. When speaking to Likewise they said they didn’t have my details and nothing was on their data with my phone number. They then asked me to phone EE and that they would simply resubmit my offer. So I rang EE back and they left me hanging on the phone for ages ummming and ahhing. Between EE and Likewise I was on the phone for an hour and a half plus. In the end I was put through to another person who then said they would send me a package to pop my phone in which is what EE said they were going to do in the first place. I have decided to sell my old phone myself and as soon as this contract ends I will be looking for an alternative network provider. I got suckered.”
“Enfield branch: beware buying a limited 30 day travel sim from EE. We bought one for a two week holiday in Spain last year . At no point were we told in store to cancel this sim on return only purchased for 30 days. The shop were fully aware of our requirements . We were NOT told we must call to cancel on return or sent an email/ text from EE. EE have continued taking payments for the year and will not refund these additional payments to two pensioners . To add insult to injury the sim did not even work and we had to spend several hours in holiday with EE trying to connect to a local network.
When you buy a 30 day sim you assume it is for 30 days only. We were never informed and are very upset and angry at our treatment from EE . We do not recommend . The complaints process is also very poor and deliberately difficult to navigate”
“Please Please Please be careful out there because there are many fake crypto investment trading companies so as there are also many fake crypto recovery companies out there who claims to be real and legit. I was a crypto scammed victim who lost over $405,000 to a fake crypto trading site which after i was scammed i was needing a serious help for my crypto scammed funds recovery which unlucky for me i fell for a fake recovery company which scammed me $12,000. Belive me the whole situation got me frustrated and i was in bitter tears of pain becuse i lost both my life savings and also the money i borrowed from bank... So a month after of depression i was scrolling on a site called ’Scam Detector’ on the internet which i saw a review of one lady on the site giving testimony on how her crypto scammed funds was recovered successfully so i was thinking i was going to fall for another recovery company to scam me again but something truly moved me in my heart to contact the recovery company that helped the lady recover her scammed funds... So i contacted the recovery company that helped the lady recovery her scammed funds via the company’s email id, after few hours the recovery company gave me feedback asking me how I found them and who referred me to them so I told the recovery company how I found them and how I got in contact with them, so the recovery company demanded me to send every details on how I was scammed and how much I was scammed and all that, I sent it to the recovery company every single details they requested and after 24 hours the recovery company gave me a trace result from my details I sent to them specifying that my scammed funds is possible to be recovered that I shouldn’t wasted time at the moment that they will only need to upgrade my account from a basic account type to this TPM account type so I can be able to make my withdrawals to my bank account or to my crypto wallet and the recovery company told me that before they will do that, that I will have to pay a TPM upgrade charge fee of $11,600 because my scammed funds is so much to be recovered because the higher your scammed funds the higher your TPM upgrade charge fee and vice versa.. honestly then I was stranded and I had no money with me because I was in debt condition and moreover I was thinking this recovery company is a scam too, so I had to take the risks to sale my Mercedes Benz GLK 2020 model just to raise funds and pay for the TPM upgrade the recovery company instructed me to pay.. so I raised the funds immediately and I paid for the TPM upgrade then in 48 hours my $405,000 was transferred to my bank account and when I received my scammed funds back I was in tears of joy and in shock too till date… so please please I’m taking my time to share these useful and helpful information to scammed victims out there because I know how frustrating and depressed it feels to be scammed.. if your a crypto scammed victim and you really want to recover your crypto scammed funds do well to contact this recovery company that recovered my $405,000 successfully to my bank account via the recovery company’s Email id : paybackrecoveryltd @ hotmail . com
Once you contact the recovery company do well to follow the recovery company’s instructions and make sure you send the recovery company your details and how you were scammed and how much you were scammed details correctly and once the recovery company demands you should pay for the TPM upgrade charge fee for the funds recovery please don’t waste time just pay the recovery company the TPM charge fee immediately, if you don’t have money for the TPM upgrade charge fee just do everything possible to borrow money just to make sure you pay for the TPM upgrade charge fee on time because in recovering of scammed crypto funds delay is dangerous”
“Dreadful company, now pretending to be BT on the phone when you actually ring BT. The reason? So they can scam you into taking out one of their contracts and fool you into thinking you are changing your BT contract. BT themselves have admitted over the phone that this is a complete scam and said the contract was void and would be cancelled, but EE ignore BT, take zero notice of complaints and send threatening letters demanding you pay them money for the contract they missold you. Fraudsters and thieves. Will be reporting them to Ofcom for attempted theft. Attached is an email pretending they ard looking into your complaint. Believe me, they aren't.”
