Do not use this company you cannot contact them, they claim item has been sent and it never arrives. I purchased a phone via PayPal. After 2 weeks I contacted them to be told it had been posted. Week later did a PayPal dispute and finally got money back after 8 weeks. Do not use at any cost

2 months ago my wife ordered a camera from you. Despite repeated emails I still have no idea where it is. You kept telling my wife "customs" had it. What! for 2 months. The item is JJD0002246747039871 Where is it?

Ordered a Fujifilm camera online through their website. Arrived on time but quality of camera seemed poor (eg average phone camera makes better photos) After about 2 months the camera stopped working altogether. Contacted the company who were unwilling to assist. After many emails back and forth they offered to inspect the faulty claim but only if I paid them 50AUD and posted the item to Hong Kong. I asked them about warranty but they said there is none.

Ordered placed on 2019-05-04, today 2019-06-15, my purchase not delivered. Opened the case in PayPal. Waiting for a refund. Avoid!

I strongly advise you not to use this company eGlobal Central (UK) is a Hong Kong based company that gives the impression that they are UK based and offer tempting prices. I purchased a Dyson V11 Torque Drive Cord-Free Vacuum Cleaner - over a month ago. I am still waiting for the product, not sure if I will ever receive it. It is apparently being held in customs. I didn't know when ordering it will be imported from abroad. When I made repeated enquiries they informed me with a standard reply; "We regret to inform you that your order is being held in customs, right now there is nothing much more we can do except wait for customs to process the parcel. This will either result in them releasing your order and it will continue being sent to the courier to deliver to you. Or customs will seize the order. In the event of this action, we can proceed with a reshipment or refund." The latest reply after over a month is, "the case is still under review and customs still has your parcel. We are still awaiting results back from the customs." Not even sure if they are scammers and how long they will be around in business. If anyone knows how to report them to some law enforcement authorities or a watchdog, please advise. I strongly advise you not to use this company.

Stay away from this company, they are only con artists, waiting for over a month for my phone and still nothing, no reply back from company and no refund which was requested.

I ordered a phone from them and it took them over a week to tell me it was out of stock. Then after waiting over 3 weeks to receive it they sent me an American charger with a cheap Chinese adaptor. When I asked for a UK charger they replied "Please be advised as our products are sourced internationally, therefore you may find charger for different regions. That is why we have provided an adapter for you to use the item in your region." they added that if I wanted to return the item I could do so under their "Moneyback Policy" which means that I have to pay for postage plus £15.00!!! I will never buy from China or Hong Kong again!

ITEM STOLEN/NO WARRANTY I bough Sigma 16 mm. F1.4 lens for MFT mount. It was working ok for some time. Then one day it stopped working. I contacted eglobalcentraluk.com and they adviced to send the lens to them for repair. I did that and even though they confirmed that they received the lens, IT'S 4 MONTHS NOW and they are still fixing it... All in all, I believe they just stole my lens. THE LESSON HERE IS SIMPLE: AVOID THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT WARRANTY/CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

This is a terrible company. I ordered my phone 11 days and I still haven’t received it. They state on the invoice “There might be occasion that the item(s) you are ordering is/are temporarily out of stock, our customer service representative will approach you for instructions so that we can serve your requirements promptly.” After 5 days I contacted them and they told me (By automated email) that the item was out of stock and will be in stock in 3 days. I contacted the again after 3 days and they told me that it will be in stock that day. I contacted them again the next day and now they are telling me it’s going to be another 3 days!!! I am wondering if I will ever receive the phone. Luckily, I paid through PayPal so if I don’t get confirmation that they have dispatched it within 3 more days I will go through PayPal for a full refund I will never deal with a Chinese company again (I know! Everything is made in China) this company’s website is eGlobalCentral(UK) but it is based in Hong Kong!!!

THESE BAD REVIEWS EXIST FOR A REASON. PLEASE DON'T RISK ENCOUNTERING A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY WORK OVERSEAS AND WHEN YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE PRODUCT, BE READY FOR GENERIC REPLIES. It seems this HK based electronic gadget companies having very split reviews either 5 stars or 1 star, which I don't know why. If I were the owner I would really like to go down the bottom and fix the situation. Based on my 2 past purchase experience, 1 ipad pro, 1 apple watch 4 GPS WIFI only (I would not suggest going for the e-sim one as you might have compatible issue with your local telecom service provider) as they are based in HK, so the stock they have might be configured to the local market by Apple. You have to be a bit of patient to wait for the delivery in consideration of the distance, 2 weeks max. Other than that, I would not fault them, a five star merchant from me. I would buy another apple watch for my wife.

Clearly there are a lot of unhappy customers already. I ordered a camera through eGlobal, then after several days received an Email following payment, to tell me that the price had increased and that my account would be refunded. They did refund. I then purchased I higher level camera and after about a week received a despatch confirmation on 23rd April. On 1st May, after several delivery delays from DPD, I contacted DPD to find that it was missing and eventually an investigation commenced. I have received no update from either DPD or eGlobal central, for the status and when phoned DPD received a flat refusal to give me a status. I strongly recommend not to use this company.

I ordered a new phone & paid £600 to Eglobal Central Uk. They promised delivery in 6-8 days. I got an email 3 days later to say my phone is in UK with courier. I got another email a further 3 days later again stating my phone hadn't even left Hong Kong. SIXTEEN days after taking my money, my phone finally arrived. As soon as i opened the packaging i could tell they hand sent me a second hand one. There was no cellophane wrapping around the box, the inside of the box was tore & there was no IMEI sticker attached to the phone. Upon switching on rhe phone i discovered it had faults. I contacted them straight away. They eventually replied to me & guve me rubbish solutions, none of which were useful. I demanded to return it. They wanted proof of the faults. I give them photographic proof & a clear description of where to find the faults. They didn't answer my communication to them. I kept presding & one week later they said they'd organise to lift it. This turned out to be a lie. They next give me a link to a courier firm & i had to organise all of it. I did so & the phone was returned. I got a notification 3 days later that my phone was indeed received by them. I never heard from them after that. 1 week later i asked what was going on? They sent me a video of someone checking my phone. He wasn't addressing any of the faults that i had detailed. They stated there was nothing wrong with the phone & would issue a refund minus £65 for collection & administration. I told them i had provided proof & this was not acceptable. They said they'd check again. 1 week later - same message 'Nothing wrong with phone'. I opened a dispute it with paypal. Heard nothing. Went to escalate it when Paypal said 'an escalated dispute can take 30 days & you can no longer have contact with eglobal about this from this point further' I have heard so many horrer stories of eglobal stopping all communications after a while & just refusing to give anything back that, with anger & bitter regret, i accepted the refund minus their £65. From the moment i paid, to the moment of getting my partial refund back took nearly 2 months (for a faulty second hand phone that i had used for less than 1 day) DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! And God help anyone who has already purchased a phone that develops a fault in the first 12 months. You have no chance! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have purchased an iPad pro tablet on this website. Everything's gone wrong with my order. First, I have been told they don't have the item in their stock a week after I made the purchase, whenever they have it in the stock they will post it but on the payment page there was a 6-8 days delivery information. I kept chasing my order until I received it 3 weeks after I made the payment. Secondly, I have received a damaged item. Package was perfectly wrapped and there was no sign of damage outside. It was obvious damage hasn't been made during delivery. I contacted with the seller and explained the situation and asked for a refund. They asked me to open a case on their website. I followed their instructions and sent them photos of the damage and told them there was no damage outside, it was wrapped with multi layers of bubble wraps and it wasn't possible to make this kind of damage outside the bubble wrap. They said they will look into it. After dozens of messages sent, they told me, they contacted the courier company, made a claim for me but they refused the claim, they have nothing left to do to solve the problem. I told them I know my right as a Buyer. As a customer it is my legal write to receive what I purchase in a working condition and undamaged if that doesn't occur my payment to be fully refunded. At the end they say, they have no responsibility for the damages happened during delivery and they offered me £5 compensation. I have contacted the courier company to understand what is the situation between them and the Seller. I was shocked with their answer. There is no claim has been made regarding my order. Simply, they lied about it. It makes me think they might already know the tablet was damaged before packaging. I let PayPal knows and open a claim/case. After PayPal involved, I have been asked a letter from an unbiased person, confirming the item has been damaged and it is not as described. I sent the letter to PayPal. Finally, I have sent the iPad back. PayPal was going to refund the money after the delivery confirmation. I was thinking the nightmare is finally ending but no. They sent me an email, they said they received the iPad but it had been damaged during delivery and they sent me the photos of the damage. It was the same damage why I sent it back. I haven't replied them back, let PayPal knows and PayPal refund the money. It took 2 and a half months to get my money back. Their deals are the best you can find online but the way how they work is nothing to do with being professional and they are dodgy. Thanks to PayPal. I don't even want to think what would've happened if I haven't paid via PayPal . Stay away. Do not risk it.

I purchased a Nikon camera from Eglobal… I purchased a Nikon camera from Eglobal at a very good price, it came no problem. Unfortunately it didn't connect to my phone via WiFi which is a function I particularly wanted from the camera. So I sent it back..... That's when everything went wrong, they kept trying to fob me off with lies and deceitful statements. I've had to get Paypal on the case as they are unwilling to fulfill a legal obligation to give me my money back. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH UK THE SALES OF GOODS ACT.

Send genuine item as described but Global Version. However the delivery and dispatching time is very very very slow. you should have a long patience. They will dispatch the item mostly after 10 days and the then arrived to you after another 10 days. You will be very lucky if you get the item in a week after the purchase. 100% recommended but very very slow process. Thanks.

This company is based in Hong Kong,not in the UK.I ordered 4 phones received 2 one stopped working after 2 weeks,one was ok,and I haven't received the other 2 phones. I spent over 1000 euro. My advice is do not buy anything from e Global.
