“Buyer beware, I knew delivery would take extra time, but delivery status was never current and the no name delivery company marked my shipment undeliverable because I wasn’t home and returned my order without giving me any notice that attempts were made. Now Element says I have to wait until product returns to them for a refund which took 3 weeks to get here. It’s in the possession of their delivery company. Complete lack of communication and effort to provide good customer service. What a joke. I was a consistent monthly customer. Not anymore.”
“On the 27th of Oct I ordered a mod and a tank as a kit. The shipping label was created the next day and tracking showed it left their "warehouse" the next day. Shipping would take this package from CA to FL, a trip that typically takes 3-5 days. Cut to a week later and it shows my package just arriving in Utah with an expected delivery date of 11-9. Not only is that nearly two full weeks, but the delivery date has changed no fewer than 5 times. First it said it would be delivered on the 2nd, then the 3rd, then the 5th, then the 8th and now the 9th. I've contacted EV twice for an explanation and all they do is apologize for any inconvenience. Order from anyone else on the internet because their shipping must be coming from China or something. They seem not at all bothered about my complaint and offer no solutions. I'll never buy anything from them again and I suggest you don't either. I'll be doing a charge back on this order to prevent them from defrauding me.”
“Successfully returned a defective mod but I had to pay a few bucks extra for return shipping because it exceeded the weight of the prepaid return label.”
“Very poor service. No clear communication or assistance with trying to get this order delivered. The carrier they chose is very poor (being nice) and although their stated hours of service are from 8am-8pm they never work after 4pm. After the first attempt I made arrangements to be home to receive it and they never attempted delivery that day. They came the next day when I wasn't aware and couldn't be there. There were no tracking updates to go off of either and trying to reach them or element vape for assistance was a complete waste of time. Element will not allow to choose a shipping carrier option (even to pay more for a better service) 2 weeks later having to start over and place the order with a different (more reputable) company. Do yourself a favor”

“I have been ordering from element vape for years and they have always had a fantastic variety of equipment and juice. They always have the items I typically order in stock and great prices as well as speedy processing and delivery. About a week ago I had my very first issue and it had to do with a coil not fitting properly and their support staff was amazing at working with me including sending tutorial videos made specifically for the issue I was having but reviewing the video I had made of my issue. They went out of their way to make this correct sending me out replacement coils. This company all around has been a fantastic company and will continue to be my go to vape company and where I direct everyone I know and meet that vape to purchase from.”

“I ran into a payment issue and i thought i had to delete my account but i didn't they straightened out my problem in minutes i was panicking cause this is the only place i will ever shop with for all my vape needs the customer service is super fast and superb their prices are extremely affordable and you always get great product i give them a five stars and wish i could give them 10 stars cause they deserve it i super highly reccomend i always get my product within 3-4 days when i order from element vape i could go on forever about element vape”

“I have hardly ever had an issue with Element and whenever I do have an issue it is solved fairly quickly and often with next to no effort on my part. The Honey extension has saved me a LOT of money too. It's not every order but often enough that over the span of about 20 purchases from them I've saved close to $300. I'm not saying they're the best place to order vaping stuff, I buy from other vendors often, but they hold their own and know how to keep people coming back for more. :)”
“I ordered a mod (SMOK Novo 2) and a bunch of pods to go with it about a while back, hoping to use them to quit smoking. Unfortunately I never quit smoking, and the mod/pods just sat around for months and months, and didn’t got used. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to finally stop smoking and used the mod that was sent to me. I then noticed the pods didn’t fit the mod, and found out I received the wrong mod (SMOK NORD). Even though Element Vape could have technically stuck to their 48 hour return policy and done nothing, they didn’t. They did the right thing, and replaced the wrong mod I received. In a day and age where customer service is a forgotten art, Element Vape valued me as a customer and corrected their mistake. I applaud Element Vape, and will always buy my vape stuff with them from now on!”
