They sold non working seconds. We purchased 10 boxes of coils. 4 boxes never worked, 2 boxes failed within 2 days. When contacted they stated not responsible for items sold that so not work. Crooks!

They are thieves, do not order from them. They refuse to help if your package never arrives and they won't refund you. Go to local vape sho I its worth the extra money

Looking over the reviews, I wonder what changed at Element Vape 7 months ago. I was a loyal customer over the last 3 years, buying thousands of dollars worth of vape gear, with never a problem. Until my last 2 orders, both placed after the beginning of 2022 - the same complaint as the other reviews below. Fly-by-night, unknown shippers, lack of customer service from EV. Element Vape is able to ship via USPS because I had 2 orders shipped that way in 2022 and both arrived within a week, and I was able to get accurate and timely tracking info. Unless things change, Element Vape will be losing a loyal customer.

They use a horrible shipping company that will lie about attempting to make a delivery and element vape will not refund the shipping or signature fees. Don’t order from them because they are thieves!

I have had many good experiences ordering from Element until now. I spent $130.00 was sent tracking info which said to download a tracking app. So i did. 2.5 weeks later I still had not received the order. I reached out to customer service. No reply. I reached out again and was told that I did not purchase the tracking app. REALLY??? If I pay for my order and shipping tracking should be free. What happened to a previously great company??

I NEVER got my package! i have been waiting for almost 2 months now. They said that they will give my money back once the package goes back to them but that’s BS because the package can stay lost or stolen at the shipping facility and they don’t have to pay you back as long as it doesn’t go back to the company! In my opinion this company is a scam!!!! Save your money and time and do not buy from them! They don’t even deserve a star!

sent me a ijoy last order, came with repackaged plastic on it and a screen totally scratched up. sent it back and they send me a pic of a black model of the device. mine was stainless. ordered one more time seeing i have done business with them for so long. got back a dot mod and tank both plastic removed and the authenticity check with dot mod both come up as fakes. this business is the titanic folks.

They took my money and never sent anything. Take copies of your emails to the bank. They will get your money back.

I ordered a couple of kits, coils and pods and never got them. The tracking service they use is Route. They will take you in circles and bounce you back to Element Vape. EV will direct you to route. So basically they take your money and forget you exist. And they insist you pay to have your signature on delivery which never actually happens. Gotta be real slimeballs behind the scenes.

If I could give them a zero I would. My last two orders totaling almost $200 haven't been delivered because the delivery company they use is absolutely horrible. Element Vape will take no responsibility for this. They won't even respond to my email requests. I too wish I would have read these reviews before buying from them. I will be hitting every social media site to write a horrible review to let others know not to buy from this company.

I would give them a -10 if I could. They were great....then XDelivery came along and they lost all sense of what customer service is. That is their chosen shipping company that they contract with, but the company SUCKS. Element knows how horrible this company is and still refuses to assist customers in any way. They are really hurting themselves and I will honestly be surprised if they are still in business by the end of the year if they keep this up and don't either hold the shipping company accountable or find another company.

It is always depressing to see a company you have done business with for years let down the customer so thoroughly. I placed an order with Element Vape, had 1/3rd of the order magically canceled due to "out of stock" (website still shows items as well as variations of that item in stock). I reached out to Element and received a cut and paste message directing me to their "anything goes" policy. Normally, this would not be a big deal but recently they began charging a $7.00 fee for "signature service". (Same service you receive for $1.00 from competitors) If you are unhappy with not receiving your full order, your only recourse is to return your entire order (which they make you jump through a bunch of hoops over), pay for shipping out of your pocket (which they will not reimburse), and they still keep the $7.00 signature fee. With so many alternative suppliers available, I would NOT recommend Element Vape in any situation.

If your order can’t be shipped through USPS or another verified carrier such as FedEx or UPS, then DO NOT ORDER. Element Vape uses a third party carrier (DeliverOL) that is well known to make ghost deliveries. My order took over 6 weeks to arrive. My mom’s order has been “lost” for over 8 weeks. No response from DeliverOL and “not our problem” from Element Vape. Seems like they know who’s in their bed but don’t want to open their eyes to the scam delivery service….Not sure how this delivery company is still in business. My experience with Element Vape has always been positive until they started using DeliverOL. Now, I will look somewhere else to find my vaping supplies.

The delivery service they have doesn't actually deliver. I don't know what else to say. 45 days, no package. I could have walked there. I can't order again with this company after that sadly. After PACT act shipping the product isn't guaranteed from this company.

Zero Stars. Time to get our money back folks. Class Action lawsuit. Element Vape is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission’s 30-Day Law. The parent company is Thesy LLC run by Kenny (Vihn) Sy, dba Element Vape. Phone number is 626-283-8200. Headquartered at 10620 Hickson St. El Monte, CA 91731. Thesy LLC runs multiple smoke shops under various other names all doing doing in Los Angeles County, mostly in El Monte and Rosemead California. Revenue estimated at 3.29 million with 45 employees across its locations: Element Vape Royal Cigarettes Jungle Vape n Smoke My OG Tabacco, Inc. Best Smoke Shop They are working hand in hand with Route Shipping and GLS (General Logistics Systems). None of these businesses knows where my package is and none are accepting responsibility or accountability. Paid for the shipping protection that they say is optional but was forced to accept to even order. Option for credit card purchases include filing a Credit Card Dispute letter with card company.

I’m so frustrated. I’ve been trying to get a $288 purchase from Element Vape since DECEMBER 2021! There’s not a phone number to speak to a person. It’s shady and you’ve stolen from me. I even purchased the route protection. I filed a claim and was denied. I work from home! No one tried to deliver! I own my own business and if I ever did this to a customer I’d be out of business. Shame on you. Give me a refund or send my package!

Zero stars if possible. TLDR: awful company with no Customer Service. Their management needs to go and your online webshop should be shut down and or changed to local pick up ONLY. Ordered Feb 03 2022 It is now March 26 2022. Emailed EV March 7th and was told I'm SOL and need to email the shipping company and or file a claim... I email DeliverOL and they don't get back to me till 16th telling me to just use the link from Element Vape to track my package... It hasn't moved since it shipped... So decide to file a claim with Route and guess what? They reject my claim because its out of the 30day window... Great, I hope you enjoy your shop running into the ground.

Ordered an obilisk 60 took over two weeks to get. Was thinking about ordering a 5 pack of coils . Over 30 dollars the price is marked at 11$ . I know shipping isn't free but a 19$ markup come on.

Over a month and nothing .. Tracking is a joke..Tried contacting them. Nothing.. Messaged them.finally could a response. They requested screen shots of order, tracking and email address... Then I was blocked.. can't rate delivery it is still MIA.

I placed my order on Feb. 28 and received it March 19th. The shipping said it would take up to 20 business days so I can’t really complain about anything. Shipping was slow, but I knew that in advance. The worst part is the shipping service which isn’t necessarily elements fault. Certain states are destroying these businesses by not letting them use usps. They in turn have to use shipping companies like deliverol. Element vape did everything they could in their power to get the product to me. Thank you!
