“I reserved the 15 passenger van on Oct 24 and pick up at pensacolar Florida. when I arrived at the branch they been waiting for me. walk through the out side things seem OK. when I open the door , terrible smoking smell, floor is clean , seat is so dirty and stain on almost every seat. there is some yellow warning light come on ( tpms). I refuse take the van but the guy said that the only one that they have in this are. leave me no choice to take that van ( I need the van because it is late at night and al so we are group of 10 people plus the luggages). the guy said he will pump more to take care of the warning( it is suppose to be ok after). so, take the van to road and found out that is the warning light still on and the back ac not working( either max fan or no fan). thing getting even worse when we found a couple little roaches inside the van . I think it is normal in the humid and hot climate like Florida. we saw more and more roaches and it even go inside our pack back. we need to wask all of our clothes first thing after we get to our air bnb. on the way I go to air bnb my 4 kids happen to see the roaches and the refuse to seat down . the stand up for whole time ( about 40 Mins) unstill we get to the air bnb.i call enterprise right after to report but the call center closed at that time. call the un the next morning then they would swap another vehicle for me at the counter. go there and found out that theyknow nothing about this and don't have the car to swap. I have no choice that request the 8 seater vehicle and the give me the 8 seat suv. in conclusion, why they rent out the vehicle in terrible filthy dirty condition and unsafe conditions like that to customer? I have terrible experience with enterprise this time . hope that I am the only one no other people”
“Had a reservation in for a Monday morning, but made the appointment for 2pm. Was told to do it later afternoon to ensure a car. It is now Thursday afternoon. 4 days later and still can not get my reservation filled. After having my car totalled and no rental it's a struggle. Employees are not helpful and give off the sense that they don't care.”

“All I'm going to say about North Las Vegas enterprise ghetto waited two hours for a vehicle and I got accused of claiming I smoke in the car. in which I have respiratory disease so I can't and got charge. This was in September but I ran into some issues with my finances then start spiraling downhill and I wasn't able to make the payment but I made payments even communicated with them once it was paid off had to pay $135 they put me in the risk management and now I can't for now I can't let calm down and I've been with these people going with seven years give them business for 7 years so the hell with Las Vegas.🖕🏾”
“my car originally went in for repairs on 10/3/24. After booking 2 weeks in advance and confirming a day before drop off, Enterprise forgot to pick me up from the body shop which delayed my work day. The 2nd repair drop off went even worse. I tried to confirm multiple times with Enterprise but they never answer the phone and again didn't show. Once they came 1 hour later, Ben exp he’s the manager and sorry for the same issue happening twice. He said don’t worry about replacing the gas for my inconvenience. once I started driving I realized the gas was empty, car was dirty, and Ben never gave me the key fob. I drove to another Enterprise but they had no cars available. I waited for Ben. Before I could express my true frustrations, Ben starts yelling in the parking lot “okay, I F***ed up.” Along with other unprofessional /unpleasant phrases. This ordeal lasted a total of 2 hours. Now I still have a dirty rental car and a disgust for Enterprise. So unprofessional on so many levels. I can’t wait to call corporate.”
“We rented a car in Atlanta at the airport location. It was a 2024 GMC Yukon getting ready to pass the gat to exit the add oil light came on. We were then provided a 2024 Wagoneer, it has som rattles but Sunday morning it would not crank and there were no lights left on. We are now an hour plus behing trying to get to the airport. I reached out to Enterprise in reference to running late and my wife needing wheelchair assistance and they really could care less. No offer of help. I dropped her off at the treminal and took the car back and had to hustle to make my flight all because of poor customer consideration. I now see why people don't want to use them and you can add me to the list #noenterpriseever.”
“I wanted to rent a car from the Enterprise Clifton Park NY office on Saturday November 2, 2024 just to take myself to work and back home in Clifton Park. I came with my debit card that I have used there before. They would not rent me a car to get to work because they said I needed an electric bill. I spoke to someone on the phone and no one mentioned a utility bill. I got a confirmation and everything so I thought I was set especially that I rented a car in Pa in January and no one asked for a utility bill. When I asked the employees why didn't anyone tell me when I had them on the phone, they said it was a third party that makes the reservations. I was totally inconvenienced. I had to lose a days pay because I couldn't get to work. And now I still have to take a taxi to work for the next few days because my car is in the shop. The taxi is going to cost alot. I don't understand this becasue I was in their system already from January 2024. My recommendation is to train your third party people to communicate better. If they did I would have brought whatever was needed. I noticed on the confirmation email it states if you use a debit card to bring a utility bill. However it is way on the bottom in tiny tiny letters that no one really reads. She should have told me verbally on the phone.”
“This is the so called clean interior of the car I rented while mine was being repaired. I was annoyed that I'm automatically being charged if there is any dog hair in the vehicle upon return. I work a search K9 & told them this straight on. I understand people have allergies to dog dander and do plan to vacumme it before returning if hair gets out of the dogs crate. But geesh. It wasn't clean to start with.”
“Reserved a midsize yesterday from Nashville to Alabama. Went to pick it up and got down sized and no credit. The car is like driving a tin can! Terrible vehicle!”
“I rented a truck to take up north to move my dad he cannot live by himself anymore tried to return the truck a day early but they were closed due to the hurricane coming in Florida I tried day after day to return it did not feel comfortable leaving it they had a sign saying that I was responsible for any damage if left there long story short got charged for the extra days I did not need the truck I had other vehicles in the area I parked in a safe place, but got charged an extra 355.48 the manager did get it refunded but corporate greed kept recharging it just chalk it up as lesson learned Enterprise is very greedy so stick to the contract or you will be screwed. Also when gas was not available at the gas pumps I had gas made sure the truck was back where it was when I picked it up trying to be the nice guy corporate does not care.”

“I visited the Enterprise Car Rental at 537 North Loop W Houston, Texas 77008 for the first time in my life. I was referred to this car rental place by the insurance company because it was close to the location where my vehicle was being repaired from being involved in an accident. The Customer Service I received from a Joel Moreno ( Management Assistant) was very disrespectful and unprofessional; due to him not asking if I wanted him to perform a full inspection and informing me of the stickers out of date on the vehicles and how it works with the rental company and rules. He was not so helpful with that part at all. Most of the vehicles had out of date tags and etc. His professional level could use some retraining as well. He just made the place and unwelcoming atmosphere. I most definitely will not be doing business here again; referral or not.”
“If I could give 0 I would.Rented a car from lees Summit Missouri enterprise.My car had been stolen and destroyed.Was in the shop.Someone broke the door glass of the rental and tried to steal it.Took the car back.The manager demanded 250 dollars.I didn't have it.2 days until payday and 1000 dollar deductible.Left me and my 11 year old daughter stranded outside his store while they closed up and left.Next day I came in to pay the 250 and rent another car.Could not come until after 3.Had to call insurance and get a new voucher for the rental.My son loaned me the money with his debit card, which I had with me.The manager says, you need to make a new 50 dollar deposit.But it has to be on a card in your name.Even though they would take my sons card for the 250.Then still would not rent me a car.Tjen said I was a dangerous renter because of thieves.And a risk.I got upset at that point so he asked me to leave.Then sent a message to every enterprise telling all locations not to rent me a car All paid for by insurance by the way.”
“Giving one review isn’t what they deserved. I went to the location in Antioch and I was fully aware about the 25$ deposit and aware I was paying 6$ a day that insurance wasn’t but they decided to run my card way after my car will be ready and it’s not ok. They basically ran that card to get money to the latest date when my vehicle will be ready way before then. I’m not happy and will not be returning as well as letting my friends and family know”
“I was in a car accident and got a rental from enterprise. The other guy was at fault and his insurance paid for the rental but yet I was charged also. I had to dispute the charges to my card. I have rented from enterprise for years. Never again.”

Rented a van over the summer for a few days in July 2024, returned and inspected by a enterprise employee and fully refunded my security deposit. Over 2 months later received a bill for "impact damage" plus expenses and loses for a total of £785 They could not provide me with any photographic evidence of any "damage" or an explanation on why it's taken over 2 months to bring this to my attention. I'm now Constantly being harassed with emails and letters in the post, threats with debt collectors, absolutely disgusting behaviour, unprofessionalism. I've been forced to make a complaint to the BVRLA who monitor dodgy vehicle rental companies like Enterprise who scam people. As a customer for years with this company I will never use them again, they are a disgrace.

“Went to pick up an suv in south Boston Va. on 10/25/24. Went in and the girl at the desk was dealing with 2 women. I stood there for 15 minutes without even a hello or I will be with you shortly. Finally she asks if I’m there to pickup a car. I say either that or cancel and she says ok I’ll cancel your reservation. The 2 women she was helping could not even come up with the name they were renting under and called a man to see what alias he rented under and they tried 3 different names. I have rented from here quite a few times but I will never step foot in they’re door again and I will tell everyone I know to not use these people.”
“I went online to rent a vehicle from Enterprise I selected the location closes to me namely Clinton SC, I made the reservation with no problems, within 5 minutes Enterprise in Fountain Inn SC called me informing me the Clinton location was closed, a gentleman named Hunter informed me they could NOT accommodate me for a pickup as Monday the 4th they are short maned, I’ve rented from Enterprise for 28 yrs, I even was the approving authority for rentals from Enterprise when I was in the military for 28 yrs, unfortunately Enterprise is not what they use to be, My main question is, Why is the Clinton SC location still listed online if they are in fact closed,???”
