Let's start upon pulling into enterprise there was a car sitting in the lot dark Grey Nissan Altima when I went inside I asked what kind of car would i be getting.and pointed to the one sitting there. Employee said that would look exactly like that car but that one was getting an oil change so it would not be that car. I asked if they had anything else as this car for me sit really low and not easy to get in and out of. He advised they didn't have anything else at the time. So waited for car that they were supposedly cleaning and washing for me to drive they said sorry for the wait. Low and behold here comes a washed car same color same make same year still wet. Parks right next to the car that was there when we pulled in. Approx 5 to 10 minutes later they advise car is ready. My husband and I are walking to the just cleaned car and the rep takes us to the car that had been sitting out since our arrival. He says no to the clean car and says this is the car he opens the door and it was filthy not cleaned and smelled like someone had just smoked a bong. I am a cigarette smoker and not once smoked in this car not even outside of it if windows were down smoked before then drove it . Upon return you could still smell the weed just not as prominent anymore. And now they want to say it smells like cigarettes believed that I didn't smoke in the car but since getting in afterwards remnants and they couldn't rent it out until detailed and they would cut the cost in half. So im sorry they couldn't even find an ash because wasn't ever smoked in. So now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I suggest if your a smoker don't rent from enterprise ever again. Anytime previously in other states enterprise was my go to never again. I'd they had a zero choice itt wouldnt have even been a 1 star review. Be concerned!!!!

I returned my rental just as Willis was locking the office. It was a holiday weekend & he still took my return which saved me 3 more days of rental fees & went out of his way to give me a ride home. That’s what I call exceptional service way to go WILLIS. Many Thanks

They were unable to provide a credible explanation for the unpaid withdrawals. A day later, my account was frozen. As I did, I would advise researching more reliable choices and getting help from C-O-N-C-E-P-T-S-T-R-D*COM, where I was able to get my money back in just two days.

They are a fraud company. They charge huge security deposits and then levy unseen charges later to not return the money. Their management is fraud, they have also resorted to blackmailing and taking advantage of situations where tourists don’t have an option but agree to pay. Sincere request to not avail their services if you don’t want to end up losing your hard earned money.

Rented a car it was filthy inside and out! Tire pressure low! Had to put air in car twice! Agents are useless. I will never rent there again! Enterprise use to be such a great place now it is trash!!

This is about the Enterprise at LAX. We rented a car from them in August. After we returned it, they claimed we dented it. Not true. We disputed it. They continued to insist we dented it. Make sure to take pictures of your car and also have them sign off when you return the car.

Horrible. Very disrespectful people. They put you on hold for 10/15 minutes. They talk over you. They are sneaky and very unprofessional. Would not recommend

We had planned to visit our family in NJ for the week of Sept5-12 we flew into Atlantic City Nj, picked up our enterprise Rental Car and drove to our destination. Unfortunately, our trip had to be cut short and we needed to get back to our home in Florida on Monday evening. The only flights we could find to Orlando airport were out of Philadelphia. I called the customer service number which did not give me much help. After calling four or five different enterprises finally We were so fortunate to have gotten in touch with the Atlantic City enterprise branch manager, NORM GREGG.. he took control of the situation and arranged for us to leave the rental car At the Philadelphia airport enterprise. He kept in contact with us to assure us that he was taking care of the paper work needed for the change in drop off. NORM GREGG is such an asset to this company I wish there were more customer service people like him that are willing to help people no matter what the issue is. Because of NORM GREGG, we were able to get back to our home on Monday evening. Thank you again. Lisa B.

I WAS HAVING A TERRIBLE DAY AND THERE WASNT ANYTHING I WANTED ON THE LOT AT THE CLEVELAND HOPKINS AIRPORT LOCATION BUT TYLER TOOK HIS TIME AND WENT OVER AND BEYOND. I HAVE A REALLY IMPORTANT TRANSPLANT CONSULTATION COMING UP AND HE HELP ME CALM DOWN AND MAKE THE BEST DECISION POSSIBLE. THANK U TYLER. U DEFINITELY PLAYED A PART IN SAVING MY LIFE

They couldn't offer a reliable justification for the outstanding withdrawals. My account got frozen one day after that. I would suggest looking into further trustworthy options, as I did, and finding assistance with T O N E L I M I T E D., where my money was returned to me in a matter of two days.

They don’t tell you (text, website, reservation confirmation email) to bring your insurance number at the pick-up. So you are obliged to buy their “protection” plan. A real scam.

I booked a car 1 week in advance and I had an appointment. The car was not there then they drove me across town to pick up the car. Terrible experience. Unless you have time to spare, don't use Enterprise.

You book a car then you call to confirm the date and time and then your told they don't have a vehicle. It's a horrible business model and I won't ever use them again.

Rented a vehicle at Atlantic City Airport,the windows and side view mirror s were filthy.There were dozens of knats flying around the inside of the vehicle.O received no paperwork and didn't sign anything.It was almost like the employee was renting his private vehicle.

On Monday the car I was renting had a system failure where the car just shut down on me. I understand things happen after sitting in a car for four hours in 100 degree heat I finally got towed to Tampa's car rental return. I requested to be given a similar car which is essential to my work. I understand that it's not always so easy to find suitable replacements especially given the recent flooding we had in Florida. I called every enterprise from the local and surrounding areas, and had no luck. As of yesterday I am paid up all the way to Saturday, and you think that would mean something it doesn't. Yesterday I found two cars that fit what I was looking for I was told one was on hold until 4pm, and the other until 5pm. I showed up five minutes after 4pm, and was told a different story by the same person that they give the customer an hour after the appointment to get the car before renting it to someone else. Because my phone number, and name is already in the system I've been placed on extensive hold times to avoid talking to me, and I have been hung up as a paying customer that's terrible service from a company who says on their automated system that they make it their goal to ensure every customer has a great experience, and they promise to put you first to go the extra mile. I was told they would make it up to me for being broken down on the side of the road for four hours in 100 degree weather i got compensated for one day which I'm grateful for, but I'm unhappy with the runaround I have been getting trying to find an adequate replacement vehicle.

I don’t even want to give them one star because they deserve nothing. I had a reservation confirmed and when I went to get my car, the lady pretended to look at the computer so she couldn’t look at me in the eye, and told me that there wasn’t any cars available. I told her I had a confirmation and asked could I get one the next morning and she said “none available.” Really? Is this what you do to customers? I will publicize high and low in every social media account that I can about your “customer service.” I saw lots of cars sitting in the parking lot, and it was almost closing time so I know you had cars available, but maybe it was because I only needed it for two days. I don’t know, but you shouldn’t confirm with a customer that a car is available when it’s not. I definitely won’t be back!

Can't give zero stars, should be an option. Get into Richmond Virginia. Call and make reservation to have a car dropped off at my hotel at 1030. Call them at 11am. Half hour later than drop off. Was to they can drop off the car for sure. Was put on hold 10 minutes. When they get back on the phone I was told they didn't expect me and can't drop off the car until the afternoon OF AT ALL. WTF. Why take a reservation when they can't fulfill it. Won't ever use them again. Waste of time and effort for nothing. Go anywhere but enterprise.

Website is not specific on what is required for rental, it sais inurance declaration paige, electric bill or phone bill, representantive Kyle Stanley for the Clinton Missouri office would not except anything except electric bill for verification, drove 50 miles and ruined my plans for vaca, now going to Hertz highly recomend stay away from this circus

My truck was hit on the jobsite where I work by a delivery truck while it was parked outside, my insurance company gave me a rental which I am supposed to return when my truck is ready I was working a second shift when I got the call that my truck is ready I told the auto body shop that I am working but when I get in Saturday morning I will drop the rental off and pick up my truck and you're telling me that Enterprise is so hard up for money that you want to charge me for the September 06 because I dropped off the vehicle on Saturday when I got home wow! You guys also need to have someone that check the cars out before they go on the road because the first car I got was saying maintenance needed and sounds like you driving a old dumper truck that as been around the block a few times already
